Not recommended! Super materialistic!!!! He didn't help at all! He didn't even support me! He diagnosed my case quickly and directly prescribed for me antidepressants drugs that made me feel worse!!! Bcareful guys, not everything you read on the internet is true! & This is not a fake review Mr. John Not every bad review you jump and say this is fake! No it's not fake! Take a deep breath and accept that you are not recommended as a psychiatrist for us to visit.

Many of the clients I work with in therapy happen to also have Dr. John Gebran as their psychiatrist. I see they improve very fast and the side effect profiles tend to stay at an acceptable level. He is very sharp in picking the least number of medications to cover the maximum number of symptoms. The best part is that Dr. Gebran is always open and available to collaborate and communicate with me as those patients’ therapist. Together we share (upon the clients’ consent of course) important and useful information to better help each person who is struggling. I have never met Dr. Gebran in person believe it or not (at least not yet to date), but I felt like he deserves I write this comment because his patients love this collaboration we have for his/her/their ultimate mental health care.

When I first went to Dr.Gebran, I was in a severe depressive episode; I barely had the energy to leave my bed. I was starting my new job in 5 days and Dr.Gebran had to get me back on track in a short time which he did. The very unique combination of medicines he gave me for my very special case and situation was just phenomenal. I will always be so grateful to him and I know that what he did, is something very few doctors can do and I'm saying that based on personal experiences.

SIMPLY THE BEST I had a panic attack while overseas. Came straight to see Dr John. i was not able to work anymore and was turning down multiple offers. My life was suffering. He made sure that i did not have to wait. i felt very calm, and could not help notice the humble demeanor. He diagnosed me and gave me options. He slowly increase the meds and offered me his supportive therapy. I visited him 3 times . I AM BACK TO MY LIFE. DR JOHN IS SIMPLY THE BEST

His assistant was intolerable. Made me wait for an hour since I was late by 10-15 minutes, I had a panic attack before my appointment, it was horrible. It seemed to me that he took issues very lightly and I had a feeling that he was not very understanding. It was like I was taking an online test in a way, I bet that would work way better. He prescribed me anti depressants and assumed that my panic disorder stemmed from my childhood and did not try to understand my concern... I don't think I'll be coming back honestly.

I was impressed with my first visit with Dr John. He was very welcoming, humble and kind. he asked me if I wanted my Mom to stay or not as he is very keen on my privacy. he took his time, about 1 hour . he asked many questions. he told me my diagnosis and my treatment plan. He gave me options. he was not pushing meds at all, but was rather gently guiding me. I highly recommend Dr John, as I am doing very well now. Thank you Thank you Dr Gebrane

Dear Dr Gebrane, I would like to thank you for all the help and support that you are offering to our son... we have noticed a very good improvement this week. I can say he has improved 50 percent in 1 week.he started going out alone, went to the university and registered for his courses. Dr. john has been a huge part of my journey towards good health. He is one of the few Drs that actually think outside the box for new solutions. He gives his patients time & listens carefully. Just like any other medical professional he is not a “magician”, treatment might take some time & requires some patience. I recommend a 100/100.

Worst psychiatrist ever; money-oriented; neglect their patients when they are in need; arrogant; never respond to patients' messages in order for the patient to take multiple appointments with him for financial gains; charges $200 per session. I am a real patient who has visited his both clinics in Hamra and his house in Ain-Saadeh more than once.
