The owners should teach the managers how to be professional and give them customer service courses.. 1. You have to search for the staff to make an order 2. Hassan ( The manager of Ashrafieh main street branch ) has insulted his employees in front of the customers.. 3. No Greeting, very aggressive and bad attitude. We will never set foot in that place again.

Well very good presentation especially that young girl called alaa she is helpful and all the staff are always smiling and servicing. We feel like home realy. And prices are reasonable and the staff is understanding.

Sassine branch is the best among all other branches. It excels in its atmosphere, service and staff especially Mohammad who’s always smiling and energetic and the SOLE barista i count on to prepare my Java Chip Frappuccino ❤️

Such a wonderful experience , the staff are super friendly , they greeted us in an amazing way , the store was packed and we had an issue with the seating and the manager Zein made such a lovely effort to fix it all and made us feel welcomed. Out of all the branches , the beverages here taste much much better in terms of flavor and quality. I’d definitely recommend this branch for everyone

The rate is zero!! This not the first time they sent me the coffee like this! Plus today the taste was so bad! Literally do bad! I always write comments to close it carefully and send it but they don't take any into consideration, i order coffee everyday by toters but this time i can't see this and don't complain about it! Plus i called the branch but no answer several times!

My wife and I visited on 1 September. Nice cafe, very professional staff and they were very friendly. Our drinks were very nice and just what we needed. We purchased our Lebanon cup to add to our collection of Starbucks country cups.

Located in the middle of Sessin Square, this Starbucks branch is one of the busiest branches in Lebanon. The servers are friendly and helpful, and you'd get a typical Starbucks experience. It'll be a hassle to find a table from afternoon till night time. Inside seating is smoke free, whereas the outside area mainly serves smokers. During winter, a tent is placed in the case of light rains, turning the outside area into a smog, you'd be inhaling pure smoke.
