We stayed at the hotel last night. It was my partners birthday and we had also recently received good news, so we wanted to celebrate. We weren’t going to be travelling to the airport so the location didn’t come into it for us. The rooms were clean and comfy and the hotel had left us a plate with macarons & congratulations written on it, which was really nice. We were grateful for that, it was a nice touch. We had booked dinner in runway 28, and we arrived at 19:10. We made our order and our starters didn’t come out for approximately 1 hr. Similarly it took another hour and ten minutes for our mains to come out. Waiting over 2 hours for main courses to come is far too long. We ended up skipping dessert as we didn’t fancy waiting another hour for that to come. We mentioned it to the waiter, who mentioned they had recently installed a new system for taking orders using iPads and it wasn’t working well and they were falling behind. The waiter understood our frustration and agreed the time to receive our dishes was far too long. It seemed they were understaffed and completely caught flat footed. The waiter was kind and polite so the 1 star is not against the waiter, or other members of staff but rather the poor service overall from the restaurant. By contrast, a couple sat down beside us, ordered starters and mains, and were paying their bill before our mains even came out. The waiter did give us a free drink to compensate for the poor service. We were due to go to an event after dinner and ended up not going as we ended up quite delayed. We got breakfast the next morning, the selection was ok, but they were running out of pastries by 9:30 and breakfast goes on till 10:30. We had to go find someone to get a coffee. We mentioned it at the front desk this morning, and we received a half hearted apology, with the main focus being “that they were busy”. The food at runway 28 was good so it’s a real shame it would have taken 3 hours to eat a full meal there. It really let itself down and it wouldn’t encourage us to return or to recommend it to friends. The response we got from the front desk didn’t help either. It doesn’t come across as a 4 star hotel.

I was in room 150 and there was a water/boiler pump which would kick off every now and then through the night which would wake me up. The TV screen had a crack in it!! Room was clean though. Food- was fast and tasty Service/staff- the service was efficient and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and a bus stop to get downtown. The complimentary shuttle was greatly appreciated. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the fan was needed. The room could use a deep clean / upgrade as you can tell it's been open for a while. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, good stay.

There for a meeting for a day , good facilities. Booked lunch for 12:30 , lunch did not come until 1:15. Food was okay , but not very good. I had caesar salad , the size was a little bigger than a starter. Colleagues had the steak sandwich, looked great , but was a bit tough. They said that they had started a new process for lunch the previous day , I would say that it is not working

Hadn’t planned to stay here but our flights were cancelled and we had the airline put us up here with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything about this place surpassed any expectations I had of an Airport hotel. The location is excellent and close to the Terminals but not so loud with plane noise all the time. The Hotel is modern with comfy rooms and facilities. The food also is very good here with good service. Good sized meals and tasty! We might even consider staying here on our own dime in the future if we had an early flight.

Definitely a place you stay because you HAVE to not WANT to. We ended up staying the night here due to a canceled connecting flight and we could not wait to leave. Don’t let the fancy ground floor fool you, the rooms are dingy and accommodations slim to none. The upper floors smell old and musty. Rooms are run down and unclean. Shower had mildew growing in the grout, our hand soap and shampoos hadn’t been swapped out (incredibly unhygienic), the bathroom showed signs of water damage on the wood veneer, sitting chairs were peeling, there was no number for the front desk and even if there had been the phone was unplugged from the wall and disconnected. The ‘king’ bed is actually just two springy twin beds pushed together. No AC, no water bottles, no hand or body lotion provided. Service in the restaurant was painfully slow and unorganized and the people who seemed to be the managers were very short and rude with guests. Avoid this place if you can.

Very local for the airport (as you’d hope but isn’t always guaranteed), I arrived after midnight after a typical Dublin night with friends and the reception chap was very efficient and helpful booking me on the bus to get to the airport. The room was a good size, very clean, bed was comfy, noise insulation good, and I was on a quiet corridor. I don’t do breakfast but I agree with other reviews that the booking confirmation could be more explicit as to whether you have a Room Only rate or B&B but it’s a small gripe. I’d use it again as it was a reasonable price doing everything I wanted.

Lovely stopover after a flight,warm welcome,friendly shuttle drivers.Room large and very comfortable with a glass balcony and added extras like tea tray,biscuits,bottled water etc. Breakfast selection was excellent.

A beautiful hotel, and a lovely buffet breakfast that was included also. The rooms were clean and comfy, however the reason for 2 stars, we were overcharged initially (fault of our own), so we wanted a refund. We’ve been pushed around from pillar to post and still no refund, even though it’s been 3 weeks. Hotel took our card details too to process the refund and still nothing. Really unimpressed with how this situation has been handled.

Be aware of what you leave in your room. On the 17.Jan.2024, I left in my room, my shoe protective bags (two) and the respective shoe shape holders. The cleaning lady decided that the bags and the shoe shape holders were trash and throw them away. I spoke with the hotel reception, which told me that she shouldn’t have done that and that they would address the issue with the hotel management and they would contact me. Next day, I went to the reception and asked for a feedback and they weren’t aware of anything. They said they would take care and provide feedback. 3rd day at the and still no feedback from the hotel management. Checked out on 19.Jan.2024 without my shoe protective bags, without my shoe shape holders and no feedback from management. Poor customer service and staff not appropriately trained.
