Omg I got a lovely new bracelet for my birthday and it fell off while I was in Butlers enjoying my coffee and croissant this morning. I was at terminal 110 which is 9 minutes walk away when I realised it was missing. I rang Butlers and lo and behold I got the most gorgeous girl on the phone. She found my bracelet and literally ran all the way to my boarding gate and delivered my bracelet as we boarded the flight. I don’t think too many people would do such a kind deed. I’m raging I didn’t ask her name but she was so out of breath that she mightn’t have been able to tell me!!! Thank you 🙏 Amazing customer service Well done to Butlers with your great staff Melanie

I am currently in the airport waiting to board my flight and was looking forward to a nice coffee beforehand. I ordered a very dry cappuccino with all foam and practically no milk. The first attempt was like a flat white and when I explained to the lady who poured it that this was not what I asked for she insisted thus was a dry cappuccino. I politely requested a new one and the barista instructed the lady to spoon in the foam. She had a total look of disdain the whole time and slopped the foam into the cup defeating the whole exercise. The barista was lovely and very professional but this lady was the opposite and her customer service leaves slot to be desired. I appreciate this is a very specific order but I was very clear and polite and have no difficulty getting this elsewhere and expected better from butlers.

Very expensive, but we enqueued here because at 6.30am there are no many alternatives for a breakfast... After an endless queue, one cash has been closed, and the two queues merged... this is totally unacceptable!

Got a cappuccino, a Portuguese pastry and a crossaint today just before 11am. The cappuccino was tasty, the Portuguese pastry was very nice but the crossaint was definitely from yesterday. That is unacceptable at those prices. Please stop selling garbage.

Friendly staffs. Nice place to stay while waiting for your boarding time. I love their coffee and it comes with free chocolate.

Their hot chocolate and croissant are a must try. They also have vegan sandwich which is delicious 😋.You can take their chocolate box as a souvenir for your friends and family 😀

Have been to multiple butlers branches in Dublin. Wasn't expecting a branch in the airport to have the best coffee so far. The consistency of the foam in the cappuccino is perfect. Friendly staff too. Congrats to management and the staff.

Always come here for coffee when flying from Dublin. Overall I'm a happy customer, even if it's a little overpriced. Not the cleanest place though as it's also a highly frequented spot. I found odd that the praline shelf was cleaned twice during our stay but the dust between the bars next to our table was not seen and had not been cleaned in several weeks.

If you want to boil your throat then be sure to order a flat white from here.

Guys there are really hardworking. I got my coffee with the milk way too hot, but four of them at the till were functioning like one body. They were very quick and relatively organised.

Lovely place to get a quality hot chocolate and treats! My 12oz hit the spot, it’s so delicious. I also bought protein chocolate, looking forward to trying that. Thanks Daniela for the light chat, it was nice following on from the rude customer just before me who spoke inappropriately to the associate operating the till (there’s always one)…!

Asked staff are the chocolate muffins fresh and after confusing looks I got yes. I don't think I asked rocket science question and since the staff works there I assumed that they might now. Muffins were anything but fresh. Disappointing.

Very limited choice of food and always the same! Trip after trip! Some variety would do no harm! Would have loved to see some foods salads as well as more sandwiches with no mayo / no onions, but they seem to almost everywhere! Coffee is good, love the iced latte

Great friendly service, and their latte was spot on. However, I had a cheese and onion toasty which was toasted on the outside and soggy in the middle. I ate it all because I didn't want to waste it, but this place doesn't know how to make toastie. I could make a better one at home in 2 minutes. Disappointing as they charge alot for their food and beverages.

Butter croissant wasn’t bad. Complimentary chocolate was a nice touch. However, napkins were run out on a weekday morning… only thin kitchen towels as alternatives. Seats could be dirty.
