A great airport hotel for catching early morning flight or late night arrival in Dublin! Here’s what I like : ✅ They have a complimentary shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes to and from the airport. ✅ The room was comfortable, spacious and very clean! ✅ The staffs are so friendly and accommodating. ✅ Breakfast buffet was great, plenty of food choices! Best of all the chef is filipino hey 👨‍🍳🇵🇭

I attended a training organized in the hotel Comfortable Free bus transfer from the airport, Well equipped rooms, clean and comfortable, good washing cosmetics, great breakfast, good conference room There is a park just opposite of the hotel where we walked in our free time. The restaurant could offer more choices but the food was good.

No power points in bathrooms. Hair-dryer didnt work but given another one there was no powerpoint near a mirror. Bath leaked from the bottom. Lounge closed. Restaurant for dinner closed. Coffee bar closed. A waiter at breakfast needs shoes his size as it sounded like a homeless man shuffling around. Overcharged for bottle of wine til we pointed it out. Second hair dryers heat function didnt work. Kettle was tempermental. Vanity mirror light didnt work. Beds comfy. Staff polite. One remote controller for 2 tvs.overpriced for the lack of quality.

Great location if you want/need to stay close to the airport. Friendly staff. Spacious, comfortable, and clean room. Excellent service in the restaurant; Anna Maria was very attentive and kind, and the food was very good. Do not miss the salted caramel and chocolate brownie sundae if you want a delicious dessert! Highly recommend.

Had to wait for room at check-in but reception let us use the lounge to have a drink whilst we waited. Price was excellent. Room was very good. Housekeeping were amazing as my wife had a few emergency requests. Room Service was ok, just ordering from restaurant menu. Prices not bad. Free shuttle to airport was punctual and comfortable.

This hotel was great. It had a separate bathtub and shower. The bathroom was huge! Bed was comfortable. Our tv had issues and they came right up to fix it. The room service was great. The front desk was helpful.

Really great hotel! Definitely recommend. This was an awesome place to stay. They had a shuttle service from Dublin airport which made travel easy if you are unfamiliar with the area. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and let us check in early. During check in, the staff provided us with maps of the area as well as recommendations of local activities to do during our stay. The food was top tier with the hotel restaurant being open 12pm-10pm and having vegan friendly options as well as a full bar and cafe.

This is place I was at many times. With company, Xmas parties and so but also privately. Used their Airport Parking facilities also. Generally good experience throughout but had misunderstanding with shuttle bus which was sorted by Liam from reception. What I find impressive is that even in this instance they made sure my experience is good, never went away disappointed, it's a really good place to engage with.

We stayed here recently for a work event which was being held in the Crowne Plaza. The hotel itself is in an ideal location close to the airport and on the outskirts of Dublin. We were delighted to be told on check in that we received a complimentary upgrade from a twin to 2 x double beds. We have to give a special mention to James in reception who was such a ray of sunshine! He got our evening off to such a positive start and is an overall credit to the hotel. Rooms were lovely, beds super comfy and the food and service were all great.

Never stayed in a room so can't comment on that. Bar and restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. But the menu and the options would need a big overall. When you have 5-6 dip sauce selection. But nothing simple to go with drinks like crisps, peanuts, olives, etc.. The building itself has barely changed in 10 years. Good paint, bring in more light inside with better windows, mirrors, change bulb types. Have some music playing on slow days. Like jazz etc.. It can't compete with the gourmet parlor nearby but it could do much better as there are no other restaurants in santry outside of McDonald's.. Do some change to interest business nearby for lunch or early birds dinner before people go to town or the airport. Improve the lounge area.

We checked late around 9 pm and were so excited that the hotel restaurant was open until 10pm. We hadn’t eaten dinner and were all very hungry! Aga, our server was attentive and helpful. She told us about their specials and was patient with our party of four while we decided what to eat. We had various items from the soup of the day to the beef cheeks croquettes, prawns, noddles and chicken. Everything was fantastic. Hot when it came out and was really tasty. The Singapore noodles were good but a bit more sauce would have been great. Not too worry we poured the extra prawn butter mixture into the noodles and they were divine. One of us had the brownie sundae for dessert ( the rest of our party was pretty stuffed) and that was also really good. We were so grateful that the restaurant was still open and available for us to grab dinner. We were also pleased to hear that there was 24 hr room service available. Breakfast at the hotel was pretty amazing. Great choices and beautifully laid out. The staff was available and helpful. Everything we tried was just great!

They gave us another person's room, and we walked in on them. We got here from the airport and they were professional and very helpful. We quickly got a room and went up. However, when we opened the door there was a woman there. Thankfully there was nothing more disgraceful or disturbing than walking in on a fully clothed woman. This was still an extremely embarrassing situation. The woman at the desk was lovely and got us another room immediately. The rooms are nice enough and the bed was very comfortable. Though, for the price, I would say it is not worth it if you are just staying overnight and not taking advantage of the full time you pay for or the breakfast, Wi-Fi, and gym.

Old hotel without recent update. We stayed here twice within a 10 day span. The first room we had faced the park on the second floor and was full of mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. We informed the front desk and they didn’t seem to care about it. The second stay was on the first slope and with the canopy for the front door of the hotel, that consisted of our view. The TV in our second room kept turning off every 5 minutes and restarted back to the menu. The coffee shop is incredible and the on-site parking in convenient. The service in the bar is very slow!!

Review based on one visit. While the stay had some disappointing aspects, it also provided a lovely experience in certain areas. I will start with the positive aspects first. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the stay. The genuine Irish hospitality certainly contributed to a more enjoyable stay. One of the highlights of this visit was the large selection of food offered at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast, in particular, was exceptional. They served a mouthwatering English Breakfast, and a large selection of desserts that included a delightful honeycomb, adding a touch of luxury to the meal. It was a unique and pleasant surprise that set the breakfast experience apart. However, despite these positive aspects, there were some significant concerns that impacted the overall satisfaction. The state of the furniture in the room was disappointing, with evident signs of wear and tear. The bed sheets and towels were stained, which was off-putting and gave an impression of poor housekeeping standards. Moreover, the doors are not closing slowly but quite fast and abruptly. That was very uncomfortable in the morning when people were leaving their rooms and you could hear the loud banging around you. Also, the cribs are fair small. It is something to consider when traveling with kids. But the most important and the main reason I only have given four stars is that there was a pungent smell of cigarettes in the room that persisted. While the pleasant staff and enjoyable dining experiences improved the overall impression, the other issues detracted from the overall comfort and quality of the stay. In conclusion, this hotel offered a mixed experience. Addressing these issues would elevate the hotel's appeal and ensure a more satisfying experience for future guests.

Great hotel, nice room, comfortable bed, sparkling clean, large bathroom. Our flight got in DUB after midnight and the cab cost 13 €. Had room on the 4th floor with access to the Club Lounge. I wish every airport hotel had that kind of quality. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, really nice! Taking the shuttle)every half hour) back to the airport.

The location to the airport was the best part and they have comfy beds. The price for what you received is a bit much. We still had to pay for a very expensive breakfast and there were only two small bottles of water in the room. The shower water temperature was good but the shower did not drain well. Finally they don't run shuttles for later flights so we had to pay a taxi to get to the hotel.

Close to the airport, there is a shuttle but we got in so late it was better to get a taxi so we did. Night service desk was wonderful. Our beds were comfortable, enough for all 4 of us. The breakfast was great and had many options including gluten free, vegetarian, vegan. We were able to get a later check out. Wifi is fast! There is a great park near by as well. Totally recommend the place and wish we would have booked more days.

A perfect way to end or start your trip!!The club floor is totally worth it and the walk in the park is a great way to stretch out before or after a plane. Would recommend to American and Canadian travellers for quality price and amenities. Perfect airport hotel!

Have stated in this hotel before the pandemic. Returned this month for a last minutes stay. The shuttle bus is big and on time. The room is great and big bathroom with separate shower and bath. Very comfortable. Breakfast has smoked salmon and other goodies. Very nice. But, there are few problems. First is the sound proof. There are loud people down the corridor and children running up and down in late evening and morning. It is an airport hotel and such noisy ruins the stay. Second, the shower unit has water power issue. The water was very weak. I was on 3rd floor. Third, hotel is very stingy about late check out. I arrived at 7pm, and enquired about late check out the next day. The checkin agent could not make a decision for this poor Diamond member, saying hotel very full. Check with the guys in the morning. So I did. The next morning I checked with a nice gentleman in the desk, got a 2pm as a favour for my 8pm flight. Being Elite with Marriott, 4pm is a given and no question asked. Dublin Airport needs a Marriott branded hotel!

Service was good from reception desk, restaurant and breakfast room. Food nice. Impressed with some little changes made to remove plastic and single use plastic from rooms. Now refillable soap/shampoo dispensers. Might want to consider biodegradable bags in bind if insisting on using bags to line bins. Free shuttle bus to and from airport every half hour - friendly and helpful drivers.

Location close to airport and they run frequent shuttles which were very helpful and we took twice. Staff friendly and helpful. Very nice fitness center. Gorgeous park right across the street from the hotel to explore. Rooms were big enough and quite nice + comfortable. Hotel Bar food was tasty but a bit overpriced and the workers were a little snooty.

I attended an awards event here. The rooms are quite big and the bed is very comfortable. The dinner we had was excellent and the beef was cooked to perfection. The staff were all really nice. The breakfast was buffet style and there was a very good selection of hot and cold food available. There is a multi storey car park attached to hotel but I though it was a bit pricey at a tenner a night. Thankfully the kind man on reception validated my card which saved me a tenner. All in all it was a great night and I would visit again.

I stayed in Crowne Plaza Hotel for about five weeks, It was great experience! I want to thank the Manager Sherif and all the Receptionists particularly Alison and Beatriz, they were super friendly! Housekeepers do put a lot of effort out there, I did like the Restaurant too but unfortunately I stopped going for Breakfasts and Lunchs after couple of weeks because of the three older ladies working there, they are so loud and very rude!! Anyway this didn't stop me to enjoy my stay!

Absolutely incredible customer service from Nadia. I needed to change a reservation I made through a 3rd party and she was able to help me get in contact with them as well as give them approval to make changes (which they wouldn’t have allowed otherwise). She made what would normally be a challenging scenario much easier. Thank you, Nadia!

I was booked to the Holiday Inn Express and got transferred here. My stay was lovely. The room was clean and quite comfortable. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is incredible. The restaurant is nice, I had a small problem with my food but the maitre handled it. The airport shuttle service is also very convenient. Highly recommended.

We stayed for our last night in Ireland due to its close proximity to the airport. Staff was very nice and helpful. Food in the restaurant was pretty good. Overall a beautiful hotel. However, I did have some concerns about cleanliness. The table in the room was sticky and I could tell the bathroom counter was not cleaned as well as it could have been. The hallway on our floor and room smelled a little musty.

I have stayed here 4 times, the night before end of vacation departures, and have nothing but praise. This is a quiet and secure property and is clean and fresh. Clean room and bathroom, and a comfortable bed means a good nights sleep. The bar can be lively and the food is above average for hotel restaurant food. The shuttle is top notch. Last but not least is the staff, professional, efficient and friendly.

What a fantastic place to say. Firstly, the location near Dublin Airport and the complimentary airport shuttle mean that it is a convenient place to stay if you have an early or late flight. The shuttle goes from 3:30 in the morning so it's great if you have an early flight, and it also goes very late at night. The shuttle drivers are very friendly and professional. The staff at reception are amazingly friendly, we felt very welcomed. The rooms are fantastic, beautifully decorated, and the beds are so comfortable. The bar food is absolutely delicious, fully worth the price. I highly recommend getting the cajun chicken burger, it is so tasty. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough.
