Review
based
on
one
visit.
While
the
stay
had
some
disappointing
aspects,
it
also
provided
a
lovely
experience
in
certain
areas.
I
will
start
with
the
positive
aspects
first.
The
hotel
staff
was
incredibly
friendly
and
accommodating
throughout
the
stay.
The
genuine
Irish
hospitality
certainly
contributed
to
a
more
enjoyable
stay.
One
of
the
highlights
of
this
visit
was
the
large
selection
of
food
offered
at
the
hotel's
restaurant.
The
breakfast,
in
particular,
was
exceptional.
They
served
a
mouthwatering
English
Breakfast,
and
a
large
selection
of
desserts
that
included
a
delightful
honeycomb,
adding
a
touch
of
luxury
to
the
meal.
It
was
a
unique
and
pleasant
surprise
that
set
the
breakfast
experience
apart.
However,
despite
these
positive
aspects,
there
were
some
significant
concerns
that
impacted
the
overall
satisfaction.
The
state
of
the
furniture
in
the
room
was
disappointing,
with
evident
signs
of
wear
and
tear.
The
bed
sheets
and
towels
were
stained,
which
was
off-putting
and
gave
an
impression
of
poor
housekeeping
standards.
Moreover,
the
doors
are
not
closing
slowly
but
quite
fast
and
abruptly.
That
was
very
uncomfortable
in
the
morning
when
people
were
leaving
their
rooms
and
you
could
hear
the
loud
banging
around
you.
Also,
the
cribs
are
fair
small.
It
is
something
to
consider
when
traveling
with
kids.
But
the
most
important
and
the
main
reason
I
only
have
given
four
stars
is
that
there
was
a
pungent
smell
of
cigarettes
in
the
room
that
persisted.
While
the
pleasant
staff
and
enjoyable
dining
experiences
improved
the
overall
impression,
the
other
issues
detracted
from
the
overall
comfort
and
quality
of
the
stay.
In
conclusion,
this
hotel
offered
a
mixed
experience.
Addressing
these
issues
would
elevate
the
hotel's
appeal
and
ensure
a
more
satisfying
experience
for
future
guests.
