Felt empty in the restaurant but the food was delicious. Nice options to choose from. Chefs are amazingly quick and patient.

Every time I come to Spokane/Airway Heights I try to make it to Mongolian Fry. You fill up a bowl (different sizes= different prices) and they cook it on the spot! Plenty of different sauces for you to add to your bowl. They even have suggestions on what to mix if you want a certain flavor! They serve you some white rice in a small bowl at your table. The people are always friendly. They are quick on refills and the place is always clean. For me, it’s a little on the pricier side for one bowl, so if you really want to make it worth it, come with an appetite and get the all you can eat bowl. Quick note, if you fill up your bowl more than 3 inches, they will charge you an additional $3 I believe. Just do overdue it. I’ve seen a lot of people fill up over. They are pretty cool. Definitely worth checking this place out if you’re deciding on a place to eat in the area. Don’t forget your fortune cookie they give you at the end! Enjoy!

This was really good. We love visiting with family. It's great to choose your own ingredients and all you can eat is worth it if it's your first time. There are so many options! Service was just okay since we had to go to them for drink and rice refills. It was a little tacky to ask us if we had paid when we were leaving (since we certainly did at the table). In any case, the food is always so good and fresh, we will be back.

I really enjoyed how clean the restaurant was, and the open bright room. I liked how they had the bowls set up with clear labels and they switched out the tongs and sauce ladels at least twice while we were there. The waitstaff were kind and present without being overbearing. The restaurant overall was nice, however the food was a bit of a let down. The sauces were very watery and the seafood medley was a bit questionable. I liked the restaurant, but the food is what generally makes or breaks a restaurant and this food is broken. I would be willing to try it again, but this was pretty disappointing for a first try :(

Very delicious noodle with more than a dozen sauces to mix with and around twenty choices of vegetables (including orange slices, ginger, mushroom and various herbs) and meats, including beef and crab. Make-your-own-bowl style. Staffs are super kind and helpful, the chefs are fast and experted and the whole place is very clean and spacey with beautiful artworks. Great all-you-can-eat prices.

I've been here before wasn't happy with the food quality then, and still wasn't this time. Me and the wife had A.Y.C.E went for 1 single round. All sauces were super watered down along with extra water on the cook top. Like most reviews say before mine. Only came here for convenience of not having to drive into spokane for moons or to huhot in the valley. From now on I'll just drive there so I can actually feel like the premium price I pay reflects the quality of the food. 7-8 ladels of sauce and asked for "well done" so it wouldnt be watery, still was. Will not be back here.

The place was very nice with great service in a do-it-yourself style. The chefs were very efficient and it was cool seeing the food getting cooked in front of your eyes.

This has been one of my favorites since they opened up here! Up to you to figure out your favorite to flavors. Build your bowl with your favorite raw ingredients and follow one of the printed recipes for the spices. The wait staff is attentive and helpful. We eat here often!

My husband and I went out to eat and it was a wonderful experience! The staff were not only helpful and informative but very thorough in explaining how the resturaunt works and how the flavor combinations of the sauces worked. The host was kind as well, he helped us through the whole process as we had never been to a Mongolian fry resturaunt. I'd recommend it to anyone who has restrictions or food aversion because you get to pick what's in every bowl.

Date night with the hubby and we have lived in Airway for 2 years. We’ve never been to Mongolian Fry but we decided to try it tonight. We were not disappointed. The food and customer service were amazing. Definitely worth going back.

Mongolian Fry was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I loved the variety of ingredients and sauces to choose from. It's definitely a top-notch spot for Mongolian cuisine, and I'll be returning for more!
