agree
there
is
a
wide
range
of
items
and
feels
abit
old
fashioned
which
is
a
nice
feel.
This
year
in
my
repeat
purchasing
the
last
few
years
of
a
birdseed
product
(Large
bulk
bags)
recently
I
have
found
after
purchase
that
the
bags
had
been
damaged
and
clear
taped
so
as
to
not
be
noticed.
The
latest
purchased
appeared
to
have
been
'sliced'
then
covered
up.
There
was
seed
in
the
tape
which
indicated
spillage
of
unknown
amount
from
said
weighed
product
you
pay
for
and
or
contamination.
When
phoned
first
occurence
asking
to
speak
to
manager,
a
male
(M)
answered.
When
explained,
the
continual
answers
and
negative
attitude
relayed
was
"Well,
what
do
you
want
me
to
do
about
it?
"
The
attitude
was
rude
and
unprofessional.
He
stated
with
impatience
that
the
taped
over
ripped
bags
sold
are
fine
as
nobody
notices
anyway.
I
disagreed
with
the
explanation
as
damaged
goods
should
be
pointed
out
to
allow
the
consumer
to
purchase
or
not
and
or
a
discount
choice.
When
I
asked
who
the
owners
were,
only
then
was
I
then
offered
to
bring
it
back.
Tonight
phoning
on
current
ripped
bag
the
woman
(Y)
stated
after
explaining
..."And?"
When
I
explained
again,
'the
same
indifference
flippant
atitude..."And.."
.i.e
so
what?
what
do
you
want
me
to
do
about
it....Everytime
I
made
a
point
the
answer
was
a
dismissive
"And..."
I
will
be
making
an
extra
trip
tommorrow
to
return
at
my
limited
transport
cost
as
after
abit
finally
recieved
a
bring
it
back.
I
have
frequented
shop
for
years
since
2006
but
its
sad
to
see
the
current
attitude
for
customer
service.
There
are
helpful
courteous
individuals
there
but
sadly
not
all.
