The practice is beautifully decorated and modern. Unfortunately, appearances are deceiving. Today we had an appointment with anesthesia (this was made weeks ago). Our two-year-old had to be fasting due to the upcoming anesthesia (no food for 6 hours and nothing to drink for 2 hours). Of course the doctors knew this, after waiting for over 45 minutes we were told that it would take at least another 30-45 minutes. The procedure had to be redone due to poor work from the previous procedure. It's an absolute disgrace to keep a small child waiting for such a long time. We will take all possible legal action and report the practice to the medical association. PS.: Kind regards to Dr. Houma (practice owner), who “warned” us because our child was crying too loudly (because of hunger).

Unfortunately I have to give it one star. My husband and our daughter had their first dental check-up in October 2022, where we were recommended to have our teeth cleaned. This was then done in December 2022. Unfortunately, we were not informed that this treatment can also be billed to the cash register once a year. Therefore we had to cover the costs of around €90 ourselves. We were recommended braces in February 2023, which is why impressions and x-rays were taken in March 2023. We would have had the cost estimate discussion in May 2023. Since the previously mentioned costs seemed very high to us, we contacted the health insurance company and wanted to get a second opinion. The other practice then requested the impressions and x-rays from Dentropia at the beginning of May 2023 in order to prepare a cost estimate. However, the Dentropia practice misunderstood this and we were told that we did not want any further treatment (we never expressed this wish, the other practice simply requested the documents for a comparison offer.) and the documents were sent in full to the orthodontist who would provide further treatment became. Therefore no cost estimate could be created. For me, that's not how I treat patients. The shot down was a letter from Google today on June 1st, 2023, in which a complaint was filed that I was not a patient, that there were no other points of contact and that my rating only represented untrue statements of fact. I hadn't written this text yet, but only gave it a 1-star rating.

⚠️ ATTENTION ⚠️ Great interaction with children, no question! But don't let yourself be ripped off!!! You're being taken for a ride. Anesthesia for the child, you should pay for it immediately, you can submit it to the AOK. But you will receive an invoice for a private treatment, this is not refundable!!!! The AOK would have covered the costs for the anesthesia!!! You could have billed directly via the card!!!!

Schlechteste Erfahrung die ich je mit einer Zahnarztpraxis gemacht habe!!! OP Termin vom Kind!!!! Einfach OHNE Rücksprache storniert, nur eine kurze Info per Mail, mit der Begründung, dass ich mit den privat Kosten nicht einverstanden sei! Dabei war ein Rückruf mit der Leiterin vereinbart, die mir den Mehrwert bzw. welche Vorteile diese Privatleistungen (die bei vielen anderen Praxen nicht mal angeboten, geschweige in Rechnung gestellt werden) bringen sollen?! Ein Anruf hielt sie nicht für nötig!! Dafür einfach den Termin storniert und dies feige in einer Mail bloß mitgeteilt!! Einfach nur eine Frechheit!!! Und hier geht es um eine Behandlung vom Kind!! Wer Keine Fragen stellt, alles brav zahlt, ist bei dieser Leitung in besten Händen!!!! Gegen das Team und den Zahnarzt der uns die kurze Zeit betreut hat kann ich nichts negatives sagen!

Meine Tochter hat seit einer schlechten Erfahrung (bei einem anderen Zahnarzt) sehr viel Angst und ist übermäßig skeptisch, wenn was an den Zähnen gemacht werden muss. Daher haben wir lang nach dem Optimum gesucht aber endlich gefunden. Bei uns stehen im Zuge einer künftigen kieferorthopädischen Behandlung mehrere größere Behandlungen an und heute wurde, nach einem super Erstgespräch im Februar, mit den eigentlichen Behandlungen begonnen. Die Extraktion heute wurde sehr ruhig, freundlich, verständnisvoll und gut erklärt durchgeführt. Es ist das A & O, den Patient, seine Bedürfnisse, Ängste, etc. ernst zu nehmen und zu priorisieren. Das wurde zu 100% gemacht und wir sind völlig begeistert. Auch die Auszubildende, die heute dabei war, hat ihre Sache vollkommen professionell und mit Liebe gemacht. Eine rundum gelungene Behandlung und meine Tochter hat vor dem nächsten Mal nun auch deutlich weniger Panik. Wir gingen völlig entspannt und gut informiert nach Hause. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür. 🙏🏼

The care is simply great. Even though our daughter was scared at the beginning, she was quickly taken. The orthodontics with care from Arzu is really TOP. You can see the progress after a short time. Thank you all. Keep it up.

A really lovely team, our son was looked after very well. At our first appointment we were informed about further treatment and costs. The investigation was carried out very well and only as far as permitted. It's great that you can communicate via WhatsApp, which saves you having to wait on the phone. On the day of the anesthesia we were treated very well. One parent was allowed to be with him during the anesthesia and when he woke up. My son felt good, he said so himself after the treatment.

My son suffers from anxiety. Unfortunately, especially today when having his teeth cleaned, I have to experience again that he is still afraid and questions a lot of things. However, it gets better from time to time. Everyone is so super nice. Also the lady who did the teeth cleaning. So patient, kind and with so much heart in the matter. We can only recommend the practice.

I have been in the practice for 7 years with 2 children. The kids don’t want to go to anyone else. I have also been treating both children for braces for 1.5 years. Orthodontics, especially Ms. Özcan Arzu, does extremely competent work and results! She is also very likeable. Great practice from Ms. Kustermann and her team...absolute recommendation!

Ich war diese Woche mal wieder mit meinem Enkelkind da. Die Ärzte und auch die Helferinnen sind immer freundlich und haben einen guten Umgang. Aber zum DRITTEN Mal! musste ich mich nun grundlos von der blonden, unfreundlichen älteren Mitarbeiterin mit Brille am Empfang vor meinem Enkel frech anmachen lassen. Der Ton macht die Musik! Unmögliches Verhalten und das in einer Arztpraxis für Kinder? Wir sind am überlegen den Zahnarzt zu wechseln.

I finally got my braces out last week after 2 years :) I had a really pleasant time with Ms. Özcan Arzle and the time with the braces was really great with her treatment. My teeth now look truly incredible and have improved greatly with her treatment. Thank you very much Ms. Özcan Arzle :)

We are extremely satisfied with the practice. We went there on the recommendation of a friend. Very nice team and the doctors are also very nice. They take a lot of time for the little patients. ☺️
