    I just love Stark Fitness. Have been going there for four years. I find that Steven is so knowledgeable and puts together training programs that really help you to progress in strength and mobility. Training together in small groups is very motivating. I really enjoy the camaraderie of the other members. Even on the mornings when my motivation is low, I know that I will feel so much more energetic when I'm finished. Programs are designed to suit all abilities and ages....from teens to seniors, men and women. Give them a try!

    My first day entering the gym I wondered what "Stark Record Breakers" meant. Three months later, I was breaking my Previous Records of lifting week on week. That's the kind of impact Steven the coach had on me. I feel more fit, energetic, stronger and am probably in the best shape I have ever been. All thanks to Steven who has a great, easy to follow program. He motivates each one of us, knows our strengths and weaknesses and works around them. If anyone is looking to start out, needs form improvement or just needs motivation to push harder and love's to work with a small group Stark fitness is the place to be.

    I joined Stark Fitness a month ago to improve my strength and achieve weight loss. After a month, I can say that it was the best decision. I feel incredible improvement in my overall strength. I had issue with my neck muscle which has considerably improved as well. I have been working with Coach Steven whose insightful understanding of human body shines through in every aspect of his guidance. He always challenges me beyond my comfort zone, which has motivated me to go further, lift heavier, and surpass my own expectations. The gym is clean, organized and a very motivating place for workout where everybody feels welcomed and part of healthy community. I totally recommend Stark Fitness. It's an investment in your health and well-being that you won't regret. And I am not finished yet. The Stark Fitness App is a rock star on its own which is more like a health and fitness encyclopedia on the go. It has wide variety of workout video tutorials, fitness programs and nutrition basics that you can learn from every day. Thanks Steven and the team for making my fitness journey so engaging and motivating.

    My partner and I have been going to Stark for the past ~6 months. The coaches here know what they're doing - they know how to program for your long-term health and also how to guide you in other aspects of daily life to achieve optimal performance. Super welcoming environment. I'm a long-time gym rat, while my partner is relatively new to working out. We both have a blast each session. Great crew to train with. Highly recommended!

    We've been with Stark Fitness for the last few months and we absolutely love it! I am relatively new to strength training so I was a bit intimidated at the start, but Steven and his team are extremely hands on. They truly make the experience fun, challenging and comfortable. I would highly recommend them if you're considering group training.

    My wife and I were looking for a local gym we could go to get some coaching around how to stay fit and be safe, and I'm so glad we found Steven and the team at Stark Fitness. From the first outreach, he was responsive, accommodating, and gave us a clear path forward. Since then, every coach has been encouraging, focused on helping us stay motivated and true to our goals. And most importantly we've loved the results! We signed up for this as a way to stay fit, but I don't think we expected to look forward to going as much as we do. Steven and the coaches have built an inclusive, welcoming place for people of all body types, and abilities to come and improve themselves. For anyone who might be on the fence, I really encourage you to give Stark fitness a shot. It'll be one of the best decisions you make for yourself.

    Update: One year (or so ) later I’m still working out at Stark and it’s been one of the most worthwhile time investments I’ve made. So far I’ve put on 40 lbs of muscle (180lbs to 220lbs), I can squat and bench over 100 lbs more than when I started and my deadlift is up to 405 lbs. At 43 these are things I never thought I’d be able to do. My general quality of life, energy levels and attitude is just so much better than a year ago. And because of the guidance of Steven and Aidan, I feel like I’m just getting started. TLDR want to make concrete improvements in fitness and quality of life —- join Stark. Old review: I started at Stärk a few weeks ago in an effort to get back in shape after three years away from the gym. So far I'm having the time of my life and I've already added significant weight to my squat and deadlift. Steven is a knowledgable and attentive coach who uses his knowledge of training methodology and anatomy to provide highly effective programming. There's a very thorough initial onboarding which involves questions about your current health and training goals, along with a cataloging of any injuries that need to be taken into account. Steven keeps immaculate records which helps keep training on track and ensures you are making progress. The group sessions are fantastic and the other members are friendly and fun to work out with. Highly recommended.

    I joined stark fitness as a novice to strength training in June of 2022, with the goals of learning some challenging workouts/programs, and getting stronger. This was without a doubt, one of the best decisions I have ever made. The trainers Steven and Aidan are incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. They make an effort to get to know you, your strengths/weaknesses, problem areas, and motivate you accordingly. In less than a year, I have learned so much, and made tremendous progress with my physical strength/ overall well being. Regardless of your age, or experience with weight lifting, I recommend this gym, and any of the programs offered to anyone looking to get healthier and stronger!

    When I first met Stephen in July 2022, I had just been released from the hospital recovering from a major stroke in 2021. I was unsteady, weak, and tired easily. I told Stephen my history of open heart surgeries and strokes (2 of each), then we got to work. I credit Stephen with my ability to walk normally again.     Hands down, the best strength gym in town. Steven and his team are both incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Not only do they take the time to guide you through every movement, but they explain the why behind it. Furthermore, there’s a great sense of community & family. Over the past months, I've had the privilege to join the gym and be coached by Steven. Below, I'd like to speak to his character and talent, to help YOU gain a better sense of why YOU should pick him as your next coach to achieve your goals. 1 - Professionalism: Steven brings a level of professional servicing that puts the client first. He actively listens to understand the needs, interests, and just as importantly, the "feel" and "personality" of his clients.     8 Week Program Update: After training with Starke's 8 Week Program, I've put on at least 10 pounds of muscle, feeling better and I'm getting more acting callbacks and auditions. It's not hard to see why, my clothes are fitting better and my face has slimmed down. A Plus. I've been going to Starke Fitness for a few months now and my trainer has been great. Knowledgeable about fitness and exercise. Most of all though I appreciate they change up their training style depending on the client to get the most out each person in my work out group. Highly recommend.

    8 weeks at this gym changed my body! The group training method made my return to fitness easy and comfortable. I was encouraged to keep pushing and worked out within a community of likeminded people. The trainers are professional and the program really encouraged growth. Highly recommended!

    I love working out here. I joined because I wanted to get stronger and feel better about my body. After about six months, I definitely see results. Steve and Aidan really know their stuff and are top-notch trainers. They’ve created a motivating and inviting workout community that I will continue coming back to.

    Regardless of your current fitness level, if you want to get stronger than you've ever been, while spending the least time you thought possible, then this gym is for you. My partner and I have been members for a year, and we both feel that the Stärk program is nothing short of magical. Compared to CrossFit, which we have both previously enjoyed, we have seen remarkable results in strength, endurance, and body composition, while only going 3 times a week. It’s also a super friendly place, with coaches that encourage and know you, and help you work through injuries, and a stable set of workout buddies who come at the same time. Why does this program work so well? Probably the key reason is that Coach Steven knows the human body really well and builds his programs to gain the most without over-training. And (although I am a big fan of overdoing it) he is right! One of the programs the gym cycles through, the 80/20 Powerbuilding, epitomizes this philosophy: get 80% of the gain while expending only 20% of the effort. Following a child-bearing injury to my abs, and a few attempts at personal training and physio, I was skeptical I could ever reach the same fitness level or lift the weights I once used. After just about 2 months of the 80/20 program and only 4 months at the gym, I hit a PR on the front squat and bench, matched my pre-pregnancy deadlift number, and was able to do strict pull ups for the first time in my life (nope, 5 years of CrossFit failed to get me there). I have also seen many members new to weight-lifting flourish in this program. The other thing about Stärk Fitness that makes it work really well, especially for busy people and tired parents, is that you commit to coming at a specific time 3 times a week. This means, reliable schedule that can be fixed and the program designed to be effective with this time commitment. And of course, I could not stress enough the excellent coaching of Coach Steven and Coach Aiden, who are there to push you (or stop you) and support you every step of the way.

    Stärk fitness had been so good to me. I decided to start strength straining following a back injury at one of those HIIT gyms. Coach Steve is super knowledgeable and took his time to strengthen my core and not only I got stronger but my back pain completely went away. Highly recommend!!!

    5 months ago I started training at Stärk Fitness and It was absolutely the best decision I’ve ever made. When I first started I had a horrible form, couldn’t squat properly to save my life😏, I had no clue what to do!! The coachs are very meticulous with their work they take the time to explain everything, ask about formal injuries,fitness goals. Each workout you gonna do, you’ll know exactly what its for what muscles it’s suppose to work on. So after less then 3 months I built triceps, biceps, quads even. I’m able to do good quality heavy weights lifting and I couldn’t be happier. I’m the healthiest and strongest I’ve ever felt. Steven is a walking health and fitness encyclopedia which can help, he even post different articles on his website about regimes and ways to boost your health in order to reach your goals and so much more… Beside the above, you workout in a safe environment where everyone is extremely helpful, friendly and encouraging. Highly recommend 💪 they’re the best.

    My husband and I joined Stark Fitness a month ago. We are having an amazing experience with the gym and Coach Steven who is playing an instrumental role in developing our strength and achieving gradual weight loss. Steven’s extensive knowledge and expertise are truly remarkable. From the moment we began our fitness journey, he displayed a deep understanding of workout science, nutrition, and the human body. He always ensures that every aspect of our workout routine is well-informed and tailored to our specific needs. After a month, we both feel incredible improvement in our strength and energy levels as well as those annoying shoulders/neck muscle pull. We highly recommend Stark Fitness for a transformative fitness journey because they always strikes a perfect balance between pushing you and maintaining a safe environment, with a motivating attitude. And of course the amazing app which has been so helpful with our fitness journey, nutrition, workout knowledge, communication and plan subscription. Separate 5 stars for the App as well :)
