It’s a disaster. Nothing is clean here,can’t control the air conditioner, no tv works, only a few kitchen tools which are dirty and the towels are dirty too. The smell also stink in the hotellroom.

Old furniture and kitchen appliances No dishes or spoons , old TV with bad signal. Two elevators in the hotel not enough every time you have to wait. Internet speed is slow Location is very good in front of MEGA mall Very slow response to get what you asked for. Security does not allow food Delivery to go upstairs and you have to go down by yourself to collect your orders Staff is good and friendly but you feel they have a lot of work and they are disappointed Much expensive against value nor service

Hello,When I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked to hear that my room was given to someone else because they thought "I will never show up," and they told me they are full and have no rooms. After waiting for half an hour, they finally gave us a room, but it was occupied by another guest, so I went down again to tell the front desk guy about that, and he told me they have another room, but it needs cleaning because the guest who was occupying that room just checked out. So, after waiting for another 40 minutes, to no one's surprise, the room was dirty, with only one bed, and it was a smoking room. Please keep in mind that I requested non-smoking twin beds for 2 adults when I made the booking. Even with all of that, I was so tired and just wanted to get some rest, so I told them I needed another bed because we are two males and we cannot sleep in one bed,But they told us that they have no extra beds! I told them to either give us another room or an extra bed, but the hotel front desk guy told us barefacedly, "You can sleep together; we don't have another room or an extra bed!" Good location and convenient that is the only advantage of this property . I stayed in 3 rd floor and I faced extremely poor service .. Room telephone instrument is not working since I took the room and Conplaint several times for maintenance but no action has taken so far ( even after 4 days of my stay )..Room cleaning do not done on a regular basis , we need to request and hotel team do not do anything as an auto process .. extremely poor service !!

The cleanness of the rooms is on a level of a cheap hostel. No towels were in the rooms - we had to ask extra - and got just two big ones, no small towels. All hand sanitizers in the building were empty the whole week. In the room there is a coffee set but no little spoon. On the other hand breakfast is nice - lot of different dishes available, the offer was even changed a little every day. Hotel staff was kind to us, no problem to print the documents before our flight, they called us a taxi and even gave a free water to go.

Very rude customer service litterly they insulted us and made us wait an hour because we didnt have our ids, passports and the people are very rude and the hotels lighting is very bad and they pushed us out of the elevator and the ac is bad and the wifi is very slow!! NEVER COME TO THIS HOTEL!!!!

The service in this hotel is very bad. The cleanliness is very bad. The bathrooms are very dirty. There are insects inside the rooms. There is not even a water kettle. I drink coffee. I do not recommend this place at all.

Apart from the location, everything else is not good. The rooms are unclean, with dirty bathroom sink. The cooker is dirty, and not working. There is no microwave in the room, and we requested to provide it 4 times, with no response. There is no basic utensils, like a small spoon to stir your tea or coffee. An overall bad experience

I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. Had to make repeated requests and even after that the staff ignored. Uncomfortable bed/ mattress and shower head was broken. The positive points are that the hotel had a decent fitness club and it's location. Everything else was a mess.

Worst service... Apartment is ok. One telephone is inside..but no use.. it's dead.. get hotel number from Google and called them, drinking water ordered, even offered to pay but saying to order from outside!!!!! Tea kettle was not working.!!!!!! Bathroom towel kept only one pc. No hand towel provided. Quite disappointed!!!!!😠

The hotel is very very dirty and should deserve zero star rating. The room is dirty and smell smoke all the time. The toilet is dirty and water is leaking from the sink. You can check the photos. I will never never book in this hotel.

I came from USA last week, I requested a KIng size bed or a queen size bed, instead they gave me two twins bed in the room. When I came to room, I saw one of the bed's mattress springs were coming out. I told the front desk that I had requested a king or queen size bed but they refused to listen to me. Next morning, when I went to take a shower, the shower was broken from inside the walls. Also, I saw roaches crawling on the floor in the middle of the night. When I came to the front desk and tried to complain about all the things, he was extremely rude and didn't want to listen to me. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY IN THIS LOUSY HOTEL.

This hotel is beautifully made. Love the ambiance Service is amazing. Staff is very professional. Cleaning service is available in rooms. They have assistance for order of food and grocery too. Affordable rates. Great service!

I expected more from 4* hotel. Actually you can overnight there but it’s nothing special. Unfriendly receptionist, no towels in our room, when we ask to get some we got only two towels, the following day zero towels again, really old and dirty bath, no desinfection - all hand sanitazers were empty. I liked the breakfast, it was delicious and prepared well! I also like the man behind the door, he helped us a lot to call taxi and gave us water! ♥️ I wouldn’t recommend to stay here.

Fit for purpose but if you are planning to longer than 2 days .. re think or clarify things like amenities available in room.. Service and hospitality are ok to say as in one night stay i can not / should not judge this … value of money for short stay… breakfast facility is open and have ok service… its trade off between cost and services… Hopefully have good stay in there

Very good location nearby qasba. Located in the best are of Sharjah. Magaz area is centraly located in Sharjah. The lack, the sea, Mazaj garden, lot of shops and restaurants. Very nice mosque nearby. Lulu hypermarket is in the next door. Rooms are wide enough. Room service is very good but they don't make up the room everyday.

The hotel room is great, but the sofa set in my room is old, and there's lots of delays in providing room service (cleaning)

Very bad experience from the reception. I booked through agoda.com and travelled 170km to the hotel and when I reached at the hotel, they said my booking is cancelled. There was no cancellation mail, no calls. Guy in the reception was so rude also. 0 star.

Too bad hotel not recommended. This not hotel not sure how this hotel is 4* it should be 1 or zero. The beds are not comfort make noise. Shower water hoses not working complain no one care. All furniture toooo old. ..oops too sad but booked 7 nights have to stay.

Not the best hotel but considering the price and the amazing location i would highly recommend it. The rooms are clean and comfortable a little dated but they get the job done. You are a 10 seconds walk from Mega mall and in the heart of Sharjah.

Worst customer service ever, unfriendly saff, worst hotel experience- not recommended at all, not worth the money, family requirements they gave 2 single beds join together, given room not cleaned, not sanitized, bed smell, lots cockroaches all over the room, dirty bhatroom with lots of hairs. No proper parking facility. No COVID precautionary measures are being taken at all. Not safe either.

When I checked-it, I went to my room. I saw the lights are not working. I asked to repair the lights, they just changes one light. Also, my room does not have phone and I asked for phone, they said they will check. But after 2 days, they did not provide me telephone for room. Moreover, I needed sleeper and shampoo and body wash, they said they have finished and did not provide me anything. I asked for room service, after 12 hours I backed to my room, I saw no one did room service and did not provide anything even water. I called to manager, he said sorry and he said he will see me next day morning. Next day, he did not even answered the phone and did not do anything.

Really excellent service provided by Sharjah tulip, really nice room. Lots of toiletry products and the rooms have lot of amenities. Was greeted warmly by Mr. Irfan who explained the services and accommodated my requests with ease . Will surely recommend to avail their services.

The hotel is loctated near mega mall. Room was spacious neat and clean. Good to stay with family friendly staff and they always greet you with a smile.

This place is absolutely beautiful and the service is impeccable. From the moment we arrived we were waited on with pleasure. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay the most pleasurable ever. Food is great with lots of selection. The rooms are more spacious neat and comfortable. This is one of the worst experience u can have as a guest. Maybe the worst hotel in all sharjah . I dont know how it is considered as a 4 stars hotel. Very dirty rooms and the worst is the bed full of bed bugs,horrible bites in all my body. The people in the reception are very rude snd have no sense of hospitality . For cleaning you have to remind them always to clean ,to bring towels... I never saw a hotel staff cleaning at 3 am and talking loudly . Overall very bad experience never recommend it to anyone😑😑😑

1. Unwelcoming Service Desk! 2. no one answers the phone, if you call from the room. need to try 2 or 3 times. 3. If you are staying long. no water or tea or coffee refill for the other than the first day of check in. 4. Toilets don't have proper slope to drain the water. 5. AC condensation leaks and fill the entire toilet floor, ceiling and walls. 6. Health club & Gym open at 10am. if you are a morning person forget the workout while you are staying here. 7. It's one of the worst hotel experiences ever. 8. Not sure why it's a 4star Hotel.? even a homestay in a remote village would have a better facility and services. Enjoy your stay! if you dare or if you are bored in life and you want to get irritated do visit this place.

Worst place ever the place as soon you enter smells like urine. Went to the room after that was even worst the dirtiest toilet I have ever seen looks like a public toilet the sofas the bedroom every single thing has stains and looks super dirty. Also the booking I had was for the city view look at my view in the pictures. NOT RECOMMENDED DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Pathetic experience. stayed there for about 18 days, three families in two apartments. Housekeeping does not understand English properly, rooms are not maintained, water leakage issues in the washrooms, and repeated requests to fix anything is never taken seriously. Really regret staying there. will never stay there again.

Worst hotel ever, they dont have enough keys for the rooms, the rooms are disgusting, very rude staff and reception is disrespectful. I dont even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

The treatment was very bad, and the place was unsafe. We lost a gold chain and two rings from inside the room, and we informed the reception and the manager, but they did not care. One time, while we were inside the room, one of the employees broke into the room and had a card to open the lock. We informed the administration, and instead of understanding the situation, they assaulted us, and in the end we called the police. Even the hotel manager kicked us out and did not respond. The rest of the reservation money is the worst hotel in the Emirates. There is no security in it, and you can lose your belongings and they break into the room while you are inside. Instead of apologizing, they attack.

Very bad hotel I do not recommend to anyone the room is not cleaned No one comes to clean the room, you can tell them 5 times but it doesn't mean anything A big problem is that they give you new towels. You must to go to the reception 3 times to ask for towels te brought to you as if they should give their personal The window in the room cannot be opened It is very stuffy in the room without a window Only one power plug works Everything is very dirty the beach is 3 km away the first bus stop is far away I do not recommend to anyone do not book this hotel
