This is the third time we have stayed at the hotel. The location is too good. It gets worse and worse each time. Problems with showers and water not leaving the room don't seem to be such problems anymore. There are now a maximum of 3 towels in the rooms, there used to be 6 as they should be. And what happens at the pool is a horror. You can take only 1 towel for the pool per day, if you come to the pool in the morning and evening you will be without a towel. Towel for the trip to the beach you must take before 9 am, later you will not give it, if you decided to sleep and go to the beach by cab, buy your own towel. If you don't bring your towel, you will be fined. Every morning at the pool guests argue with the staff for towels. Guys, the towel is your responsibility, I do not have to go to the reception and beg for it. In general, this hotel is an example of how the inability to organize the work of laundry led to a complete negativity on the part of guests.

Super schön gelegen, der Park am Ufer nebenan ist mega schön. Das Hotel überzeugt mit super nettem Personal, schönen Zimmern und sehr gutem Essen. Von Dubai nicht zu weit entfernt und als Ausgangspunkt zum Laufen und Schwimmen gut gelegen.

Cleanliness is an issue in this hotel. Mould and soap scum in bathroom, hair on carpet in bedroom. The gym is not maintained and there are no hygiene wipes. People sweating all over equipment. Shower rarely has hot water. Overall, rundown, sad and in desperate need of a makeover. Staff are very good but seem overwhelmed/stressed.

I stayed at the HIH in Sharjah for five nights. The dinning experience was top notch. The raspberry crumble from the dessert section1 in particular was divine. My room and it's cleaning was half and half. I clean my space at home better. Surprisingly, it is also the smallest room I've stayed in I hate that the bathing area in the bathroom doesn't have proper drainage and water just seeps every where. First thing that hit me when I got into the room was the smell. I had the urge to buy block fresheners to make it better. I thought they were overly expensive from the shop on the ground floor and resorted to spraying my room with perfume. I loved the fact I was on the 10th floor. My view was the front and the fountains and then the rest of the area which I didn't particularly like. In all, it was average except for the food.

We had Organised our Cricketing function over this place. It was well organised by the hotel management, they provided good service like on screen display for the program. Food was really good and variety of items for buffet was served. They have huge parking area so it won't be a concern. Overall a good experience and recommended for business gathering.

I edited the comment because there are many reasons Firstly I booked this hotel three week ago and their services were good, andI booked this hotel 1 week ago, but every things changed. We can not host my guest and the handle change to worst. I canceled my booking after that they take the price of water.

Attended a full day corporate event at the premises. The location was easy to access. Plenty of parking. The hotel looked fantastic and the conference room overlooking the creek was amazing. The finger food and snacks provided during the day was delicious and top notch.

My stay was good , stuff are very friendly and smiling all the time and very helpful whenever I needed something they will help immediately thank you so much , but the restaurant need more improvement.

There was Yousra at the reception. Her behavior was very wonderful and quick. Room service was good and their response was quick. In general, all the employees were smiling all the time and had a wonderful way of dealing with them. I loved dealing with them and will come back again

I really feel very good once I enter the hotel since services are excellent as well Managers and staff All of them are very polite and always they welcome & receive us with a smile. Stay was ok. Rooms are quite old. No tooth brush or tooth paste provided. View is really nice if you take lagoon view.. swimming pool is good. And friendly staff and house keeping.

The service is below standards. The room lighting is too dull. Breakfast is pretty ordinary its basically same thing everyday . The servicing staff at the restaurent do not ask when the customers before clearing plates etc... Always problem with room key...had change my room over 03 times in 06day visit. laundry service was good. reception staff were nice n good.

A nice average hotel with amazing lagoon view,but we were really surprised that balconies' doors are locked so you can't open them at all this is a hotel policy. And you're not allowed to take any towel up to your room even if your kids are shivering!! one towel guy was so rough regarding this which really annoyed us as if we're gonna steal the towel! Other staff members were nice and cooperative.Although the hotel building and facilities are old ,but still you can enjoy a nice relaxing stay by the lake.

The rooms are good but it is really small I like the designs it's good but the size needs to be a little bit more bigger. And for the service is amazing I really love how they greet us when we come at the entrance so even if we forget something it's arleady with them so a 5 stars for service. And for the food it's really good chef Mohammed salah is a amazing chef he did a lot of good and amazing experience with the food I really love the food. Booked Al Dhana Banquet Hall for our baby's naming ceremony. We are so so happy that we got this venue as they made it such a blissful event for us and all the guests. Had a really wonderful time. The hotel so clean and with very high aesthetic appeal. I love balconies and i got a room with one. Staff so incredible starting with Ms. Jamaica from the Philippines who was so bubbly and welcoming she even offered me a drink whwn i was checking in. I also experienced the same high level of courtesy from the restaurant staff namely Ms. Ayu, Mr. Mann and Mr. Emmanuel from Uganda. Thanks for making my stay awesome.

I have never been more disappointed with a hotel experience than I was at the so-called “4-star” hotel we stayed at. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that their claim of providing a high-quality experience was nothing but a facade. The first issue we encountered was the abysmal treatment from the staff. We approached the entrance hoping to park our car conveniently, but the staff members we encountered were impolite and unhelpful. Despite explaining our situation, they adamantly refused to let us park our car on the premises, offering no alternative solutions or assistance. Their lack of courtesy and understanding left a bitter taste in our mouths right from the start.

I had an amazing experience at the restaurant of this hotel. The lamb curry and cherry pie were both fantastic and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Nikhil and Shrumil, our waiters, provided excellent service and made sure we had everything we needed. We arrived at the Holiday International Hotel and were pleasantly surprised. There is a wonderful Oasis restaurant here. We have breakfast and dinner. Breakfasts are delicious and varied. It is impossible to list all the dishes, there are a lot of them. Separately, the chef prepares an omelet with fillings. For dinner, dishes from different cuisines of the world are prepared. Always different, Iranian pilaf, lamb stew, fish, meat, chicken, lots of vegetables, sliced ​​fruits, salads, soup, desserts: beautiful and wonderful cakes, muffins and mousses. Very kind and friendly manager Ahmet, caring waiters, especially Bastiam, lovely ladies at the reception, everyone is friendly and polite.

I stayed at the hotel for two weeks in the first half of February! Never regretted my choice. The hotel is completely renovated, opened after restoration a month ago. Excellent interior, cosmetics. New clean pool, sauna, jacuzzi, sun loungers and towels! There are transfers to the beach and to the Deira City center. The location of the hotel is very good, when there is a strong wind on the sea, it is calm and warm here. Near the park for walking, cafes and restaurants. Great restaurant service The food is amazing! Loved the chicken biryani tastes authentic, mashed potato was so special and delicious! The alfredo pasta was also great. The buffet has a variety of cuisines and everything i tried was delicious. staff were so helpful. Thanks Nur for the giving the best service!
