Worst service ever i had experience in this hotel no towel wifi working 1 r 2 hour hardly in 24 hours rooms are dirty and no room service. I stayed 3 days nobody came for cleaning and i complaint 3 time for towel they said bringing in 5 minutes but zero result

Ok place. Area has everything you need. Pharmacy, restaurant and supermarket are walking distance. Acceptable facilities available. Try to negotiate on rates after walking in and you may get good deal. Free parking outside but it's not paved so your car may get dust.

Al Salam hotel is a good place for small events standers is not that’s much good it’s ok I see on S floor there very good robotic center which is Young scientists every Saturday kid come and makes the robotic.. .............................. parking also available there but limited

This hotel stole $1272.00 USD on my Credit Card. I've never even been to this country nor this hotel. They were very rude when I questioned them about this. BUYER BEWARE!

Most pethatic place to live, room never been serviced properly. Staff is very much away from curtosy. Even they don't know the meanings of hospitality. Checked in in night no water available even on payment. Will never recommend to anyone to stay here

Its a 3 star, Location not good, Quite smelly, rooms are very small not like as shown in the photos, very bad service staff, bathroom and kitchen area is not clean Beds are ok Air cooling system is good, Its a commercial area, there are even more good hotels nearby in reasonable price, wouldn't prefer it to someone Look out for some other hotels instead

Booked through Hotel travel and refused to accept our booking. It took 2 hours before they gave us a room. We didn't even get the double bed room we requested. Room was unclean. Dirty courtains. Tv was very tiny and simple.

I usually don't write review at all but this time I had to. The place is very dirty and smells very bad. Staff were very friendly. We got to our room and honestly we were shocked. Its absolutely not a place to bring your family for a vacation. We stayed the night because we had to and the next morning we left for another clean hotel. It was a mistake booking at this place. But Indeed never again.
