Dear All i am sharing my experiences with the Miracle doctor of Novomed DHCC- Mustafa El Ali. CHIROPRACTOR I have gone through severe problems of Dizziness, vertigo and tinnitus, in which i have been to most of the specialists ENT Doctors, my condition was so worse, i cant drive my car due to dizziness. One day i was going through the treatments video on you tube and google i came across his videos then i decided i should go and met him. The day i came he examined and figured out the problem, i was very much surprised and he suggested me 12 sessions in which i almost got cured in 8 sessions. Alhamdulillah. I was suffering from a lot of pain in lower back and neck for a while and decided to try Chiropractic treatment. Doctor Chris was so professional and great throughout the whole treatment process. All the staff was kind and very attentive. I was assisted by staff in a special format of billing invioce requirement. Highly recommended for all your Chiropractic, Physio and Decompression sessions. Great place to get better quickly. They have a nice coffee machine in the lobby. There is a big parking lot across the street where you can park for Free 3 hours.

Dr Ellie is THE best ! I can’t believe my pain is gone from just one session with him! The methods he uses for re adjustment are not from this world but soooo effective. My sleeping pattern has improved as well as my lifestyle and it is incredibly amazing. I really recommend dr Elie Ayoub for any back pain neck pain or chiro treatment , after visiting multiple ones I must say he is The One , very professional and will talk you through every aspect of the treatment in really simple way. I visited Novomed for the first time this week. I dislocated my kneecap and was unable to walk without a knee brace, multiple doctors suggested a reconstruction surgery however I wanted an alternative treatment. I have received 4 sessions in total, it's just the beginning of my Rehab and I already feel so much better overall. I can walk without the knee brace and use my leg a lot better, they've given me a lot of hope and made me more confident in using my leg again. The whole staff is great and amazing to work with. Their prices are quite affordable as well. I would suggest anyone who might be suffering from similar injuries pay a visit to Novomed and consult Dr. Moustafa Chris. Chiropractic treatment and physiotherapy are extremely beneficial and are helping me a lot.

My first visit to a Chiropractor and I will admit I was a little nervous, but Dr. Chris Moustafa Al Ali was awesome. He explained everything to me and my husband and made us feel so much better right away. The staff are very friendly, wonderful facilities, clean neat and everyone is very professional. I thank God that i found this clinic by chance on internet, at the times when i was totally lost and hospeless about my lower back pain and ortho and other doctrs were even unable to figure out the issue. Later on when i got diagnosed by Dr mustafa that i have a disk bulge issue all the other doctors said this is uncurable and you got to remove the disk ultimately, but fortunate enough doctor mustafa thought otherwise and gave me a hope. And this is the part from where its starts to become more interesting, the ortho doctor whom i was visiting challenged me that my bulge (6mm accordin to mri) can not be cured with any possible things and technologies, but novomed and doctor mustafa did that for me.. yes i am so so thankful for them to guiding me on the right path, since doctor mustafa have left the clinic there is more exciting news that now doctor elie is there who is also a master of physio and chiro.. so i highly recommend everyone suffering from back pain and all please dont waste time and head straight towards novomed. Dr Shawket Alkhayal, just WOW. The best Doctor i have ever met. He is damn Professional and full of knowledge. i went to the clinic after seeing google reviews and i know now all are absolutely genuine reviews. Dr Shawket reviewed my condition very carefully and solved all my problems in one go. I felt so safe and satisfied by the way Dr Shawket guides you. A wonderful human being. of course not to forget the Staff at the reception, too good very professional and jolly and the nurses are really professional Specially who gave me the injection was very careful and he knew his job well. Thanks to Novomed for having such wonderful people in their team. yes the prices are high but worth the service and care offered.

I recently had issues and sought to have a chiropractic treatment done at Novomed. As it was part of my insurance network, the whole process was hassle free given it was through direct billing. From the moment I inquired, I'd like to commend Nourhan who has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She has been instrumental all throughout, her customer service is just top notch, it is essential to have these kind of people as she embodies caring for people. Aya and Citadel was also very accommodating, polite and helpful. They are a gem to the clinic! Initially, I was connected to Novomed Marina Branch as I need a recommendation letter from an Orthopedic doctor, in which I had the pleasure to be taken care of Dr. Amer Mansour who was really gentle and great at what he does. The receptionist Aurelie was very polite and always willing to help, nothing was too much of a trouble for her. Gancy the staff nurse was also very accommodating and was with me all the way. Finally, I wanted to say my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude for Dr. Elie Ayoub, the best chiropractor in Dubai, for looking after me and the magic that he does on my back/spine. You can really tell 23 years of experience comes into play. I immediately felt relief after he did the adjustments. I cannot really put into words how excellent of a job he did to me and I feel better than ever. Thank you Novomed Team!

I've been seeing Dr. Moustafa (Dr. Chris) and Dr. Antonette for a sore lower back, and spasms, occasioned by some worn out disks. I'm two weeks into my treatment plan and I'm happy with the level of care and results I'm experiencing. My treatment plan is a combination of Chiropractic care and Physiotherapy. I would like to thank Dr. Chris for his kindness and support throughout my daughter’s treatment. My 14-year-old daughter was suffering from a lumbar disc that caused nerve compression and leg pain. She was in pain for more than 4 months. She was unable to sleep and practice her daily activities for a long time. After our first visit to Dr. Chris, we noticed an improvement in my daughter’s back and leg pain as well as an improvement in her movement. Stumbled upon this clinic late at night when I was in severe pain! Immediately booked a session with Dr. Chris Moustafa and went in for a session. I have been suffering from terrible back and neck pain that made me lose sleep. All orthos recommended to take pain killers and wait it out which was not helpful at all. Once I visited Novomed, I was surprised at their approach. Dr. Chris is a highly experienced chiropractor who advised on the correct steps to take for the injuries in my body. I can’t recommend Novomed and Dr Moustafa (Chris) and Mai enough! Their patience and professionalism is second to none! After drying my face one morning, I heard a loud crack in my neck and couldn’t move it. I walked into Dr Chris’s office in agony and was met with a warm smile and welcoming presence. Due to the severe pain that I was in, I was extremely apprehensive about anybody being near my neck and was certainly not an easy patient to treat however Dr Chris took his time to explain what the issue was and talked me through each step as did Mai. They answered my many questions and went at my pace (which was VERY slow to begin with because of my fear). When I first visited the clinic, I could only turn my head less than 5% of the way and after amazing treatment from Dr Chris and Mai, I was moving it 80% more by the second day of treatment. When the injury happened, I immediately began to search Google, desperately searching for possible treatments and I am so glad that I chose Novomed. I highly recommend anybody who is thinking about visiting the clinic to book an appointment and you won’t regret it! The receptionists are amazing too!

I can’t recommend Novomed at Dubai Healthcare City enough. My Chiropractor Dr Mustapha Alali was amazing. I came to him because I was experiencing severe pain on my left side as well as difficulty breathing. He diagnosed me with having a rib out of place that was pinging against a nerve. Within two sessions I was back to my normal self. He did an outstanding job. Moreover Dr Mia the rehab specialist has been instrumental in my recovery from a major knee operation. Her sessions and methods have allowed to recover faster than i anticipated from knee operation.

Consulting a chiropractor was the best advice I got from my doctor to treat my back pain. I found here in this clinic a very professional and experienced staff that does all in their power to assist you in your healing process. I was very sceptical at first and didn’t believe that my back issues could find a solution with a chiropractor; I was wrong! I felt the improvement after the first session already and now it’s getting better. I recommend Dr Mustapha Allali. He knows his stuff and takes the time to explain you what is the issue and how we will solve it.

To say that I’m happy to find this place is an understatement. I’ve finally found relief from my chronic back pain (as well as finding out the causes). Dr Moustafa (Chris) is wonderful, he’ll listen carefully to you and explain how he plans on treating the problem. The whole staff at the clinic is wonderful, cheery and friendly. It’s easy to make appointments, and find parkings. Oh and there’s a coffee machine and lemon mint water in the lobby to enjoy while you wait (you won’t be left waiting for more than a minute or two, because they’re very punctual)

It has been very beneficial for me. A multiple therapy approach. Very unique and helpful. Chiropractic adjustments, physiotherapy and decompression in every visit. I came here with multiple issues. Shoulder surgery rehab, torn meniscus and multiple disc issues. This approach has become much more preventive for me than anything else. Dr. Chris and Dr. Mohammad are great. Ladies at the front desk are amazing too.

I am very happy with my experience at Novomed DHCC I’ve been seeking treatment for my spine alignment under the care of Dr Mustafa (aka Dr Chris) and Dr Sarah. With their expert care I’ve been relieved of chronic upper back and shoulder pain. My headaches and knee aches have just disappeared and I’ve never had such pain relief in years! I had almost learnt to live with the constant pain but now I feel like a new person. Not too sound too cheesy but my friends notice a difference in my general well being too cause I’m not in constant pain anymore. My hunch is visibly lower and my neck and shoulders are not tensed up anymore. Based on my experience I highly recommend Novomed for pain treatment and pain management. I suffer from neck and mid back pain due to long working hours sitting at a desk. I visited many Chiropractors in the past, I found Dr. Chris Moustafa Al Ali to be very knowledgeable, he addresses the root cause of the pain. Dr. Al Ali has a unique approach that involves combining Physiotherapy treatment and Chiropractic treatment all within the same session. This approach gives an almost instant long lasting pain relieve.

I'm at the end of my first pregnancy and wanted to make sure everything was aligned to prepare for delivery. In only 2 sessions, I feel brand new and my lower back is better than it has been in years!
