The clinic is amazing. Employees from reception were taking care of me from the very first minute and then send to the doctor. The medical service was so professional and I felt safe and secure here.

Visited for the first time and right away I was taken to the dr with just 5 mins of waiting. Dr Malaz-internal medicine, she was too polite and wanted to listen to me, she took my complaints and even kept asking for more, very compassionate and then after that i was immediately taken to xray. They asked me not to wait for long as insurance clearance would take time and they will call me later to come for other tests. Even though i still don’t have a diagnosis to my condition but just by seeing the dr and having a talk made me feel comfortable.

I highly recommend Aru for lazer. My skin is pretty sensitive and I've always had a pleasant laser experience with her. I waited a while to write this review because I wanted to make sure that the service was consistently good. As long as Aru is there, I'll be a client at DCDC!

They provide high quality services here, I went on time and they didn't let me wait, they did everything on time, they have perfect team, the call center, the reception and the nurses. I like this clinic mostly because of their staff, all of them are really polite, caring and helpful. Specially nurse Miss. Rakhi, she follows up with any concern like the patient is her family, every time i want to visit i make sure Dr. Maryam is available. He is the best dentist I’ve ever dealt with, he explained to me properly the issues in my teeth and did an excellent work to repair my teeth and with no pain, I’ve done a root canal and crown replacement which was in perfect shape. The treatment of the center’s staff is wonderful and very elegant, and Dr. Randa’s work is excellent. The results are immediate and impressive. Frankly, they exceeded expectations. Very bad service and scheduling. Was kept to wait more than an hour after my appointment time. Only after 45 minutes of waiting they figured out that they were checking the schedule of a different doctor and we're insisting that I didn't have an appointment. Highly unorganized. Did not end up seeing the doctor and left the facility.

It was a very good experience. The staff was super nice and cooperative. We got late for our appointment, but they were helpful in the entire process. The radiologist was very professional and helped us clear all of our doubts and questions.

Dr.Hiba is the best dental surgeon in UAE , I have seen many other doctors before , but she was the best when it comes to giving right treatments and I keep coming here and my entire family too , because she doesn’t recommend anything unnecessary treatment at all even if it’s covered under insurance, she only suggests and gives the right treatment , not at all money minded Masha allah , hands on experience , she follows us up for after care , even after leaving from hospital , makes us comfortable if we are nervous about treatment and you can close ur eyes and give your head to her. I’m one of that nervous patient , but with her I just trust and sit quietly no doubt rare to find a doc like her and she is the best in the industry.

I was their customer going for laser for a long time but sadly the last time i visited the staff forgot to laser a part of back of my neck which i cant see but after finishing the laser i realized she missed a part, when i told the staff they refused to do laser for that part and told me i should have said while in the session. They made me wait for the manager but unfortunately the manager had the same approach. Very bad experience and service Im really disappointed that this is their service to a longterm loyal client.

Aru has been assisting me for more than a year with my laser hair removal. I’m most comfortable having her besides she’s nice and professional. And all the staff are accommodating. I’ve never switch to any clinic because of Aru.

Extremely unprofessional reception staff. Wanted to charge me co-pay for radiology when it was already approved without co-pay. Even though I was 10mnts early (1020am), I waited for 25mnts at reception. At 10:50am, I was told that there is a patient in MRI room and I have to wait. Then why was I given an appointment??? Then I had to wait for my parking ticket validated which had expired due to their delayed process. That wasted another 15mnts. I was just informed that report will be emailed. but did not mention how long it will take.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Booked via nextcare and the doctor was not in the facility when I got there and had to wait 35min to get tested. Then the doctor did not speak good English plus was curious about my implants which was very awkward situation. Then next day the lady of the reception said I had to pay as my insurance rejected my claim, so they made me go there and pay 300aed and the very rude lady at the reception was talking to me receiving the money and denied me a receipt saying she would send me via WhatsApp and started talking to another patient. Next day my insurance approved 227aed and denied 104aed only! Went to message them and the person on WhatsApp did not want to say the name but rudely did not provide information about it and typed all messages on capitol and send me receipts made up with their prices. Anyways, horrible service in general! Will never get back there.

Hi, first of all I should say a big thanks for the new system of open MRI I have done in DCDC .I was a little reluctant to go for MRI , because most of MRI s are closed type and also the atmosphere creates too much phobia.But in DCDC it was a new experience really , !!!!!!
