    What an experience here! We came to have a ultrasound for my wife then they apply in insurance we wait for 3 hours untill they closed for nothing as the staff who process the application for insurance was not send all the details that insurance company need which is not the first time happened. As he give me the reason that the insurance didn't ask for that requirements. But when I talk to the insurance company they are requesting for it to approve. They must check it always specially that this is not the first time my wife is pregnant and she feel stressed about that. They should care for it. More than 3 hours of waiting without nothing happened. The OBY only is the good Person there and the lady who was taking the BP. Note that we informed them that they need to call the insurance for some questions to approve. But they don't do and they don't care!!!!!!!!! And they blame us that it was our mistake
