This company is a FRAUD. You go there you lose all your money along with towel from bathroom. Not a safe place for any person. The gym toilet is leaking all the time and the gym lockers are very dirty. Smells like vomiting all time. Scam owner with fail management.

If you are fitness freak you will get a well equipped Gym, a good swimming pool and a decent pricing of annual membership. Deducting one star as swimming pool is most of the time occupied by trainers and learning kids. It has limited availability for rest of the members during routine hours. And if you wish to go for coaching its really expensive. You will hardly use pool as leisure. Deducting another star as Gym has only one trainer that too for 8 hours only. And he has some personal coaching too during those hours. Gym is good but you are almost all on your own to learn exercise in right way if you are a beginner. It closes at 11:00 PM. A time when some late returnees from office needs time to work out. And its always closed on Fridays when you have plenty of time to spend in gym. Recommend place if you know how to do exercise in proper way and not very enthusiastic about swimming. Annual membership is cheaper then equally equipped Gym at some other place.

The woman’s gym is super small with minimal lifting equipments whereas the men’s section has all the equipments that too in great condition , n the monthly cost is the same for both men n women but the women’s gym is not worth it if u r looking to train

If this gym were to be in Dubai it did shut down in the very first week of it's opening. Mediocre management with zero literacy about professionalism. If you'd like to train among animals this is a suitable place clearly with no morals, no upbringing, no effort put in decent education just straight out of the fetus. This is basically what happens when uneducated bunch of scams try to come up with an idea to make a living for survival.

Parking a bit hard Rescuing to gym is in the first floor so you need elevator done times it take time Gym offers are amazing 1 year with swimming pool access ( weather temperature controlled ) Nice pool They have good showers also Gym machine's are less than any other gym I did register on this gum for 3 years not bad if you know what to do in the gym

Coach Ali is really professional, I tried swimming classes before in another place but I haven't learnt that much that I learned here in such short time .
