I recently visited Grand Mall Ajman after years of passing by on the main road, prompted by a visit to Prime Medical Centre on the ground floor. The mall is quite spacious, but the underground parking can be confusing due to inadequate directions. However, it offers ample parking space. The entrance from the parking area felt dated, reminiscent of a bygone era, like something out of the Soviet Union. The escalators also showed signs of age. It's clear that there's underutilized space throughout the mall, especially on the ground floor. Upon reaching the ground level, I was surprised to find that most of the shops and restaurants were Chinese, with all signs in Chinese characters. There were a few small mobile accessory shops, perfume stores, Chinese groceries, supermarkets, and restaurants. I also noticed Prime Medical Centre in a corner, complete with a pharmacy and diagnostic centre. As I explored the mall's three floors, I noticed that many shops were closed, and the overall atmosphere lacked tidiness. It seemed that mostly bachelors were roaming around. On the top floor, I discovered Star Cinema and some Taiwanese restaurants. Overall, Grand Mall Ajman offers a unique experience with its predominantly Chinese offerings and a somewhat dated ambiance. It could benefit from some renovations and better utilization of space.

There is too much overcrowded place, but it's a great place for buying indian stuff along with vegetables and spices at a very reasonable price. You can get there all types of vegetables, meat, dairy, fish items along with all kinds of electrical items and household items. They have huge parking space on their basement area. Overall, it was a nice experience

I used to live there with my wife and daughter. I think it was the 11th floor. So my electric used to be 300 cause it’s A/c included. Then I started receiving bills for 1k+. Then I was that the apartment I’m in is not under a local. Right across from us was over 40 Africans in 1 apartment. They were always arguing always fighting. After 6 months of complaining the police got involved and it was closed. Grand mall used to be beautiful, especially the amount of money I spent on wall paper and paint. Paid my rent on time. Then the elevators stopped working. Literally stopped working, maybe only 1 elevator worked. There’s like 15 floors. Then it became trashy, you would walk into the elevator and there would be candy wrappers ice code sticky and disgusting. Eventually everyone started moving to jasmine towers. All I can say is Grand mall used to be beautiful. Downside was the traffic when you want to leave. Other then that it was fine. The occasional Nissan patrol backfire at 3 a.m waking my child. Anyway this was 3 years ago so maybe things changed. I missed my stay there but I’m happy where I am now.
