Mohammad Sageer is the worst ENT doctor. His education turned him into an uneducated person. He is absolutely rude, doesn't listen and doesn't let anyone speak. Absolutely no respect and ZERO people's skills. There was a dispute regarding the payment. He suggested I put some drops (4 times a day 4 drops each time) in my ears for 5 days before my second visit. They charged me 160 dhs first (80 dhs for consultation and 80 for cleaning) which was absolutely fine. I paid it then itself and was told I don't have to pay the second time I come. During my second visit, he cleaned my right ear and wasn't able to clean the left ear and HE ASKED ME, "Did you put medicine in this ear properly?". To that, I NODDED and that's it. He then told me to apply the medicine again for 5 days and come. Today, I went and he cleaned the left ear. HOWEVER, I was charged an extra 50 dhs out of nowhere! When we went to discuss the situation with him, he just wasn't willing to listen to our side of the story! And to top it off, he plainly and bluntly called me a liar saying that I told him that I didn't put the medicine properly. He is telling me, "You told me you didn't put the medicine properly last time, so whose fault is that?". He was putting me down without listening and also saying "Okay don't pay, don't lie like that it's not good. Please I have other patients!" Excuse me Mohammad Sageer, if you are reading this, just check your camera during my second visit and you will know that I never lied and I never said that I didn't put the medicine properly. What offended me more is that you called me a liar. You could have acted like an educated person and discussed it but rather you escalated the situation and repeatedly kept saying that I told you I didn't put the medicine properly? My God knows I never said that. Learn to respect your patients and learn to listen to them if you want to continue this profession honestly.

Ent doctor is rude and not listening to us. He keeps on blabbering his own . I think old age caught up on him. Better dont visit . Weirdo doctor after getting the response from this clinic . now we are 100% sure even the management is not good. confidentiality is not maintained and full report is mentioned on google. i can sue your clinic for same. i think ent doctor is in the management body. i have full right to write a review about him. and regarding the fees and receptionist we did not have any issues. they were very supportive and good staff. for disclosing patients details on web i will make sure to sue the clinic. we usually visit al gharafa medical centre as the ent doctor was not available we came to your clinic. worst decision

Not recommended at all my wife is pregnant and she visited ENT doctor they requested multiple tests that are not necessary and even though we said she is pregnant he wrote a medicine that is not safe for use during pregnancy.. Seriously disappointed never again visiting this place

DOCTORS especially Doctor SHIBIL attention to solving any issues that we really think unsolvable because of age or what we think is gum decay. Nothing is impossible for Doctor SHIBIL ma sha Allah he is very quick to resolve the main problems with teeth , problems that are there for many years till the pain gets to the highest level . Patient and humble while offering suggestions to really benefit the stubborn customers who are in denial of there issues . Available to solving after treatment issues and adapting to the specific new changes in the teeth. Very merciful with people of different budgets and insurances. Thanks to Doctor SHIBIL again for matching the proper antibiotics and dosages to every situation successfully, teeth issues can camouflage with so many other medical conditions , I really appreciate all your help Sir .

Got a filling done for my wisdom tooth last month and the filling has already fallen off today. What’s worse is that she kept drilling/filing the tooth so much that it reached my gum. I had a similar cavity on my other wisdom tooth which I got filled at Prime medical and that tooth is giving me no issues. I’m in horrible pain thanks to the horrible work done on my tooth at Al Shrooq. Please don’t go here… they are cheap when it comes to charges but their quality of work is also cheap 😡

It was an excellent experience with them. Doctors and the other staff were so good and co operative.

My experience with this clinic is very bad… today I visited dentist with appointment at 8:30pm but due to traffic I reached 10mins late… but doctor did not consider the situation and informed his receptionist not to take anymore patients. I travelled from Dubai to Ajman luckily it was not something major, I wonder how they would treat a patient with severe case. 🙄
