Not recommended if you have pain due to slip or herniated disc. There is no scientific evidence that by rubbing oil or hot oil on the the skin will heal the problem inside, this is obviously unscientific. Even though I am scientific person, and since I am constantly stressed die to my lower back pain, I tried 13 sessions as was recommended by the doctor at this centre, my pain increased instead of getting any relief. This message may be good if you have normal wear and tear of any muscle, in order take this procedure just as a message and not as treatment. Better to consult a doctor if any issue like slip disc or bone degeneration.

We are very happy to find this ayurvedic center. We consult Dr. Dimju Gopal for my family and very satisfied with the treatment offering to us. I had unbearable shoulder pain for over half of the past year, and the pain was so severe that I could not sleep properly at nights, even though I had seen different doctors and did different treatments, nothing seemed to work. One of the worst. I can’t believe whether this is kottakkal or not. Usually Kottakkal give much importance to their patients and customers. Here they have only one experienced masseur and remaining all are under experienced or new. Because of availability of the experienced masseur I stopped my course in between and never did they call or enquire about it. All were fighting for the only one experienced masseur. Really below satisfactory for the service I received even with a lot of payment.

After consulting a bunch of orthopedicians and trying various remedies for my spinal stenosis, I landed here in Kottakkal Kerala Ayurvedic, Ajman. I did’t even know that such a thing even exists in Ajman. It was my first experience of going for an ayurvedic treatment but at the very onset, Dr. Aneesa made it so clear and easy for me. I met Dr Jijo and she was amazing. She loves to explain and is ready with the right images to explain her points. She is patient and calm. I took a 10 days treatment package. Divya was helpful on my first visit. Reshma was my therapist and she is super. My father in law had a severe case of pain in the left shoulder.He wasn't able to lift it at all.Had gone to many orthopedic doctors but they just gave painkillers yet he couldn't move his shoulder. My husband had a case of neck pain which was also resolved under Dr Jijo's guidance and therapist Midhun massage . I have worst experience there. They have Indian style of working. I have to wait 10-15 minutes for therapy everyday even i have appointment. One day i have to wait 40 minutes even i had appointment and no one even asked. So frustrating

The Doctors is fantastic here... I have come here with my wife for headaches and eye pain of which is my wife suffering for many years... And She has got change on the very first week of the treatment... And cured totally within 1 week and She’s alright now... Another thing I want to share is My wife even had Eyesight issues and took the medicine one month back and her point came down to 0.25 points and improved the vision. Thanks to Dr. Aneesa Hassan .. Hats off to her great treatment and caring.

Good evening, I have been suffering from my back for a long time. Tried a lot of places but it didn’t improve at all. All my suffering have been relived since I visited this place. Dr. Dhanya sree was supervising my progress throughout my journey. My therapist Bajeena did a great job, all my sessions with her were wonderful & incredible. Receptionist Tasneem was really helpful, I always get convenient timing for my sessions according to my needs and free time. I bought 10 sessions, to be honest from the fifth session I believe that there was a great difference.
