I didn't like this hotel, I loved it so much!!! The kind of hospitality I received was extraordinary, The staff at the reception were highly professional and kind. I was made feel so especial . I enjoyed the room, so fresh, and uniquely designed and the view was magical. The one thing I truly admired was the breakfast buffet, high quality food, with gracious hospitality from the attendents, Overall, I had a fantastic time at Pullman, can't wait to go back again soon!!!

Beautiful downtown hotel with nice roof top bar. Rooms have historic feel with old hard wood floors, yet modern as bathrooms have white subway tiles with TVs in each bathroom. Staff is wonderful and accommodating providing upgrades when available

This is one of the few Accor hotels I've stayed in where it really feels like they appreciate your ALL status. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind, and upgraded us to a suite without being asked. The room itself was stunning, and very spacious. We enjoyed room service and again, the staff were amazing. Both my wife and I were very impressed and looking forward to come back in future.

We had an AMAZING stay at Pullman Sharjah. My friend and I were doing a girls trip to Dubai and this was the hotel we chose on our last two nights to be somewhat close to Dubai airport. Incredibly beautiful rooms with brand new interiors, phenomenal amenities, and great service. Upon check-in, we were given a complimentary upgrade and a wonderful breakfast deal (100 AED for 2 people per day). We also used the pool on one night and loved how beautiful it was. The breakfast spread was great too - there were so many options and everything tasted great. If you’re considering this hotel, book it without hesitation. You will not regret it!

We stayed in Pullman Sharjah for a week, the rooms were very large and clean, staff were very nice and helpful, we got the package with breakfast which has a variety of foods every day : ) The pool also was very clean and you can enjoy the view too. They also offer valet parking which can be very convenient in case of having a car. Overall, very happy 😄

I was celebrating my 30th Birthday in this Hotel and it was amazing and successful. So I definitely recommend this Hotel to my Friends (I did) because we we're satisfied with the room they provide (very clean), the food, the services, the friendly staff and guests. The hotel was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well and the staff is delightful and always eager to help! Would definitely recommend!

Don’t ever book this hotel, especially not via Booking.com - they do not answer calls, neither emails. The hotel stuff will cancel your reservation without any explanation on the day of your arrival and charge you afterwards. I had a delayed flight and asked for the late check-in, which they refused to accommodate. I was will to pay for 2 nights, but staying only 1 - because my flight was delayed from 1am arrival to 6am. Tried to contact the property - nobody answered, upon arrival my booking was just canceled and again - nobody was picking up the phone. On Booking - they did not charge me, but after a couple of days I discovered that they did. And again no notification. I am trying to get my money back for a month now - and they keep pushing me from one manager to the other. This is THE WORST Customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Do not provide your card details to them - they will abuse your trust.

We stayed here for 7 nights, we’d like to share the following; - rooms are clean and well maintained but you have to request for bath robes which a little inconvenience - indoor pool was closed despite us emailing beforehand and the hotel ensuring us there was no renovation (in the hotels defence, we emailed early December so maybe they meant there was no renovation currently happening) - outdoor pool is awesome, nice view of the lagoon - breakfast buffet is always a win (omelet and Indian was the highlight) - not much people use the gym, despite the male side having a beautiful view (it’s organised and clean with signage on the equipment to help you out) - free parking is always good - very covid safe - lagoon view room was awesome despite that car park - price is very reasonable All in all, we were happy with our stay and will be staying here again when we are back in Sharjah. Some nearby places which will help you out; - al Ansari exchange walking distance - Sharjah aquarium - al khan beach, beautiful sunset spot - plenty of restaurants and shops - Bangkok town isnt far away, which has amazing Thai food Too many 2 list

Always a delight to come here for special events. Very friendly staff and lovely ambience. Abin and his team are always at there best and provide an amazing service. Buffet is very versatile and enjoyed by all my family members which includes a toddler. Highly recommended

We went for a Sunday family breakfast at The Junction Restaurant in Pullman Hotel. The buffet was superb with a great variety. Abin served us throughout our visit and was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

The rooms are so confortable! Lots of space, very good room service, especially for magharita and ice cube! But I can't understand why all the rooms are the same design!!! Maybe, I can suggest more color on each room to be more precisely define at the first sight in the morning. Thanks for us!!

This hotel is wonderful in every way. The location is convenient to be on the border of Dubai. The food is amazing, with choices from around the world. The swimming pool is crystal clear. The fitness rooms have lots of options for a workout. And best of is the staff. They are service-minded, gracious, friendly, and personable. My favorite was Emad in the restaurant. He knows three languages, is genuinely kind, and always willing to assist.

Rooms are large and clean. The customer service is excellent. Food quality, price and taste are awesome. A/C function properly as it was summer time and very hot. Last but not least, the location. The position of the hotel is great and allows you to easily go anywhere around the town. I will definitely recommend this great and peaceful hotel if you are visiting Dubai. You will be very well pleased.

It was a remarkable experience in Pullman hotel since I arrived in the main door util I left the hotel. Receptionist were so helpful and friendly, room was spacious and comfortable with sofa bed which good enough for to kids below 9 years old. Swimming pool is in the top with very nice view and the guard was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extremely excellent and variety and so many things. Highly recommended !

This was my second visit. Great location clean rooms and good staff. In all a good place. The buffet can definitely improve but even so whatever was on the spread was tasty. I enjoyed my time.

It was a great stay with some hiccups which we were given a smoking deluxe suite room even knowing that we have a toddler. Lifts also filled with smoke smell from time to time. Overall still a good experience especially David from F&B provided a tremendous service.

I really enjoyed my stay here in Pullman Sharjah. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very professional. I stayed for almost two weeks and every morning I would pick up breakfast from the cafe in the lobby. A special shout out to David for making the best lattes and being so kind and helpful. Overall the hotel is great; the rooms, facilities, food & staff are all excellent… However in terms of cleaning there are problems, for example would you in your own house clean the toilet and change the wastes bin, and then without washing your hands change your bedsheets with that same hand; because that’s exactly what the housekeepers did in front of us… I hope the management takes note, but otherwise as I said it an excellent hotel.

Amazing hotel, very high standards, great staff. The rooms are huge and comfy, squeaky clean with lots of day light coming in when needed. The food is amazing, I loved especially the seafood night every Thursday, highly recommended for its endless variety and top quality food.

The Moroccan bath experience was great. The interior and the ambience, everything was nice. The message was very average, the masseuse didn’t ask me what pressure I prefer before she starts nor if I have weak points in my body. It was only a relaxing experience.

This hotel was just amazing. It was luxury at it's best. It has everything. Water, coffee, iron, table, everything! And the view; just marvelous. The food in the restaurant is also great: you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner ( i went for a conference though, I'm not sure if they settled the lunch and dinner). We had a wonderful Christmas dinner as family courtesy of Mr. Emad who Made sure he recommended the best choice of meal for each of us! Rooms are great but they don't insulate sounds coming from outside , maintenance workers did cause an annoyance. Great location , a bit overcrowded sometimes in the main entrance door. Great Service especially at the Khan restaurant ( shout out to Mr Sean for his Great Service ). However , the laundry and the room services are late sometimes for their work.

Wow what an excellent stay! As soon as we walked through the door they have a valet service which takes your car and I was met upon Junaid who gave us a 5 star service. Even extended our late check out free of charge. The room was modern & extremely clean. The view of the lagoon was beautiful. The bathroom is one of the most spacious and cleanest I’ve ever seen on hotels. Brekfast was absolutely amazing and you just want tot eat everything. I am staying again next week and will share more pics.
