I recently stayed at SKAF hotel in Dubai and I must say I was impressed with my experience. The hotel is located in a convenient location, close to many tourist attractions and shopping centers. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and they made sure that I had a comfortable stay. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with modern amenities such as air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained, with a good shower and toiletries provided. The hotel has a rooftop pool and lounge area with stunning views of the city, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. There is also a well-equipped gym for those who like to work out during their travels. One thing I particularly appreciated was the breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of dishes, including continental and Middle Eastern cuisine. The food was delicious, and the staff was always ready to assist and make sure that everything was in order. Overall, I highly recommend SKAF hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. It is a great value for money, with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and excellent amenities.

I had to call again and again to get the simple things ???? I had to call ask about basic things like towel, toothbrush, set even after several calls as well there was no response, attitude of staff is like they don't care! that any hotel needs to have staff inexperienced and impolite even they don't know how to speak politely and you know what also the worst experience, i never been angry and rating a hotel on google like that i dont have time!!!!! so i don't understand how they can work in hotel with NO experience, poor breakfast nothing to eat and limited india area lol hey guys i spend money to stay in hotel ??????

Poor absolutely Unprofessional staff allocated at Front office. Room Cleaning - they don't change your used laundry to fresh. They replace it with used laundry. Beds and linen will be the same. Basic Room supplies will be only available after multiple Calls. Dont be fascinated by the room discount offers, as the experience will be worst then even poor

I've spent a full four days here, and unfortunately, my bathroom has yet to undergo many repairs every day. It seems like the hotel could benefit from a comprehensive infrastructure review and improvement. On the bright side, the service is incredibly prompt, and the staff responds politely, although the actual assistance provided is minimal. Despite this, the hotel is situated in a prime location. So looking at the location i am okay to stay here

Very old, poor hotel. The wifi connection is terrible, sometimes it’s gone for half a day. The clothes of staff members smell so bad that after housekeeping your room stinks! So disgusting!! I woke up at 8:30 am because of the sound of renovations upstairs!! They don’t care about customers at all!! The pool area has no direct sunlight.

Check-in experience – Minus Zero I arrive at the hotel reception around 8 pm 1 person in whole lobby with wired uniform makes you feel uncomfortable of you should stay at this property. The person at the reception with no name batch and not so welcoming even by facial expressions asked me yes, like why are you came here, when I told him, i am checking in, his first question was when did you make the booking not even the booking name or confirmation number. I have to forcefully give him the ID to search the booking by name. His efforts was like ignore the ID and just tell me first when did you make the booking. Then I have to give him my booking confirmation and he asked me sit. Then almost half an hour he called disrespectfully by hand gesture, no explanation why i waited. Then first thing he asked if I have any preference of smoking non smoking room, which I already mention on booking smoking, still I told yes smoking please and that he don’t have and then I told him i have 1 more booking next day, you can do all the formalities now to keep for same room, he don’t want to bother himself for any extra job and he told me do it tomorrow. Room experience – Minus zero Then he gave me the extremely worst room any hotel in Dubai can have. I found small cockroaches and some hairs on the bed fallen frame on the wall, main door chain holder is broken, bathroom flush not working, hand soap shampoo bottles and tap is moving and not fixed properly and many more. Next day early morning I went to pass by the reception for extension booking, now the new first asked me the concern I told him I have new booking do the formalities of extension, now I am already staying the this hotel they my room number, name and all the necessary requirement a hotel need for check in process. But then the same process started again when did you make the booking and give booking confirmation. Now new thing suddenly this new guy at the reception so new booking and he asking me to come back again because gentleman behind who just entered in the hotel came first and he want attend him which I don’t understand with which logic. Government should not allowed this hotel licence. This hotel is big scam. I will not suggest anyone to choose this hotel at all. I am sure all positive review are fake by the hotel staff nothing is matching.

Room never been vacuumed from people hair before me .. wallpaper damaged , mini bar without fridge inside the view was very bad the stuff was friendly and supportive and allowed me for early check-in

Disgusting and zero level of hygiene. I heard two more people complaining and that says a lot. Do not waste your time and money.

A very nice place to stay the rooms are clean and staff are friendly but there’s a few comments the room we got had no fridge or drinking water only one mug no coffee no milk only tea and sugar and you have to call to get everything but still they didn’t have milk 🥛..

We had our baby's baptism celebration at the hotel. The manager and the staff were so responsive through out the event. the food was amazing and everyone enjoyed it. I would recommend the hotel restaurant to a family or friend for any functions or parties.

Good location near al khail road exit. Close to metro, grocery nearby. Free parking. Small room with balcony, old furnitures, room a bit dirty. Corridors are very smelly. Very noisy hotel as there are 4 night clubs in it as per the reception. Budgeted and affordable price. Food are okay with good price. Staff customer service is zero. Poor customer service. Apart from the location, its not recommended especially if you are on vacation. Too noisy at night.

Location is fine but Google maps takes you to back side of the hotel, where there’s no access. Google Maps ignoring the front side road and leading to the sandy lane back side. So please use caution to reach this place using Google Maps. Otherwise, hotel is good, new place, clean and comfortable.

The only 2 good points about this hotel are staff friendly and it’s located near metro station Unclean, I had to asked them to replace the towels as they gave me dirty one. Noisy, I can only sleep in the morning They gave me upgrade to a room with empty balcony and empty land view 😂 Swimming pool was dirty because of the bar at night

It was the worst thing I could experience in my life! Starting with the staff, they were so unfriendly. They had no desire to do their job. The rooms, pure disaster, so unhygienic. The bathroom was extremely dirty, as if they had not cleaned. The carpet was full of hair from previous guests??? The facilities such as the bedside table or the table was stained as well as the mirrors. Everything was dusty. So who values cleanliness should not go to SKAFF! It stank very badly of smoke in the room. Was unfortunately booked by the event giver, otherwise I would never have come here! Not even 1 star earned.

I will give this Hotel 3 stars. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fine. Needs more cleaning. The location is far from the downtown, it's close to the metro station, but needs about one hour of Metro travel to reach the downtown.

It's a Nice Place. Staff was Super Duper Helpful. I mean really courteous. This matters to Travellers. They Stand to the the Phrase "Good Hospitality" That's what we Travellers look for. Good decent rooms. Breakfast was good. There are 2-3 Clubs in The Same Building. Which Really Gets Annoying after a Point. I have not seen more than 1-2 clubs in a Property. You over look the club's then it's a Nice Place to Stay. 👍🏻😊👍🏻

My experience here wasn’t that good , they charged me twice , inside the hotel and through the online platform. They cancelled my online reservation after taking the amount . The receptionist was so rude and without any knowledge. Thanks to one Moroccan supervisor that helped me . The music is too loud because there are more than one club in this hotel . Also I ordered food but they hold it down and no one informed me so I had to wait for more than 1hour till I had to get down so I can get it by myself , Last but not least I reserved a room but I found my self in a whole different room than the one I reserved.

No Hot Water No hot water in the morning in one day and the other day not even cold water in the morning. Spoke to the manager Simab but he did zero management to the situation or find a solution. I asked the reception staff to ask the operational manager whom his business card was placed in front of the reception desk, but till now I heard nothing from him. Very disappointing. Hotel with No water and the management did nothing about it or offer any alternative or solution. Wasted our money. Location wise it's good. The breakfast very basic.

Well, management is not that helpful as they keep changing their word as they promise. Rooms are not that clean as described and advertised in their website. Location is a bit far from the centre but 5 min walk to train station which is good. The hotel is surrounded by construction site as it was really annoying and so noisy early morning.

For the few days I worked in this hotel, I felt at home, the entire management was good to all their staffs, there is mutual respect between all staffs. Hotel is located near the metro station. Snack bars that provide people with good entertainment music, Spa with soft and beautiful ladies to take you to heaven are present in the hotel. Comfortable gym for workout. I miss this hotel. I recommend every one to visit the hotel.. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The breakfast buffet was pathetic, I literally have to ask for most of things and food weren't fresh. But rooms are fantastic and have to ask for items everytime

Took 1 hour to checkin. You cannot sleep due to the loud music from night clubs and even at higher floors. Some basic items were not available at the bathroom.

Booked on Agoda and landed here (on 27th Jan 2023) to find out that they have no rooms available. Looks like they have given it to walk in customers who would have offered higher price. So my honest recommendation is not to book in this hotel because even if u book there is no guarantee that they will give you the room and get you stranded in Dubai.

In the beginning the hotel management need to improve more during check in I am waiting around 45 min till I get my room is ready, when I receive my room I didn't see a shower towel, hand towel, the pillow cover was dirty, then I ask him to change it, the electricity power was broken, during night I can't sleep because of night music is so noisy,, I wish to improve more... The location is good near to metro, supermarket

Very bad service .. we come all over to have a pleasant stay .. but I have never experienced such a poor service. We reached hotel around 1-2pm and got our room keys around 4.15. We requested for our room to be cleaned every.. not even single day the room got cleaned. We had to stay in an untidy room.

We were here to have a party organized by our school old boys. Food and service was quite good and we have enjoyed the function.

They didn't want to check my booking without booking number, however later another hotel employee successfully checked the booking with Name and Surname. However all other services are good

Very worst ever hotel in Al Jaddaf “DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL” you can see nice pictures but in reality NO AC in reception and in corridors it was worst like they use scrap sofas and chairs sink it’s RUST and LEAKING, no hot water in shower, no complimentary coffee and sugar, FLIES in room. You can hear the CLUB MUSIC till morning can’t able to get sleep, if you want to go hotel to relax and have a peaceful life DO NOT book this SKAF HOTEL. Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had my breakfast and this Lady she don’t even ask me what I want she served BURNED SCRUMBLED EGG, 1 sausage and little cut fruits, I asked her do they have any other options of food she said NO then I said why I can see you are serving other kinds of food to other Guest then she said that’s Indian food then I returned the burned food which she served and I take Indian food. She is very RUDE. Very bad experience in this hotel I wasted my money. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Nice place tk stay but the smoke smell is filled in the elevator and corridors all the time. There is something need to be done for that. Parking is available in plenty. Breakfast and service is very good.

Service was absolutely horrible, phoned to book a room and also tried to book in person as we didn’t feel like the man on the phone understood us we where told to check in the next day at 2pm and we can pay then on arrival they had no rooms available for myself and my husband and staff where rude and have awful communication skills. Staff where arguing with other customers as I was waiting to be seen very unprofessional. Would not recommend

Bad experience. The service they provided was unprofessional. We are not at all recommending this hotel, especially for any official gatherings or functions. Skaf Hotel coordinator Ms. Venkat was unaware about the facilities they have. Few things I would like to share, 1. Zyka Hall - Against their promise, they allowed to enter other people to our party hall and allow them to drink. 2. Perola restaurant - we booked the buffet and selected the menu. Menu provided was incomplete, and they removed the food and stop buffet service before complete the party (Before our booked time schedule). After that, they openly said that its not available. 3. We paid to lifeguard - During the party one of our attendee fell in pool and none of the life guard was there to take care. 4. They delayed to provide the offered services - lightings they arranged after party begins. The most surprising fact is that, the coordinator left the hall without even collect a feedback from their customer (us) and collect all the amount before party end. Atleast she must be there and ensure that we were satisfy or not on their services. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE........

I had a very nice staying at SKAF. Rooms are comfy, clean and well mantained. My main compliment goes to the housekeeping service carried by Amin, which was very professional and beyond expectations.
