Good store for wedding and party dresses, so many varieties but high prices and no chairs to stretch your legs.

Hello all , We stayed here for a month in a single bedroom apartment.... ....Very poor quality kitchen items, very poor quality furniture , carpets are dirty and smelly and linen must be 30 years old , sofa set is so old when u sit on it, one side shrinks , no washing machine in the room , laundry allowed twice a week only , house keeping is just once a week , parking allowed for only 1 car even if u are a long term resident , I was sick on one day and couldn't take my second car out of the under ground parking , and the hotel charged me 15 USD as parking fees even though over 100 parking spots are vacant on any given night , swimming pool is the size of an extended bath tub , elevator is so unclean , we have noticed cockroaches there , there is a board displayed outside the parking saying parking is free on public holidays , but reception staff disagree with the displayed board .........over all unfriendly and Impolite reception staff who don't wish to satisfy customer requirements , bath towels are so old , bed linen must be 20 to 30 years old , provided soap and shampoos is of very poor quality ,the WC makes the most annoying noise everytime we use it and doesn't flush properly....we used the gym for one day and stopped as the gym equipment must also be 20 years old ..... We later realised that Much better, and cleaner and newer options are available in Dubai .......good points include ...location, availability of super market close by and MC Donald's , hot water is always available ....

Al Bustan centre is one of Dubai's oldest residences. You can rent different apartment styled residences here with bedrooms and halls or go shopping for exclusive perfumes and high quality wedding dresses and suits. It has a very business casual environment and is located strategically near a metro station for convenience.If you want to pay ADCB payments and you are around that area. this place is the best for avoiding crowed and delays.

It was a remarkable experience. The property is quiet old and areas not very spacious but very well maintained. Location is very convenient. It has a party hall suitable for small parties.

I'm giving this place a 4 star simply because of the McDonald's in here, where I love having breakfast 🥞 The shops are almost all wedding gown boutiques. There is a life pharmacy, a mini food court, supermarket & halls for events. Parking available underground.

If you don't know this place, like me, it's best to enter the doors opposite Dubai Driving Centre to go to the hotel reception. Otherwise if you enter by the side of the mall, the walk is very long to get to the lobby area. The reception staff are very friendly, they give you the option of checking the room before check in! You can park for free in the basement and breakfast is included in your stay..Spacious studio room, clean and smell good. Fridge, toaster, stove, tea/coffee plus kettle and two bottles of water are available on arrival. Iron and ironing board available and Wi-Fi fast and easy to access with code. Will definitely bring my family to stay here when they visit us, we just moved to this area.

Rooms are spacious. Extra blankets were torn Rooms not clean properly Water etc is not refillable You have to deposit security even if you have paid the full amount for your stay Its over rated and Not worth the money I spent.

Excellent place to stay for short term and long term residences and hotel with a very prominent location, not so crowded and all amenities just a walk away. Lot of athletes stay here from who come for sports events from near by People of Determination sport academy and center. Have always seen staff to be very cooperative, helpful and always ready to assist all and one.

A great place to stay. Very convenient, perfect location, great services, very high quality cleaning, care and maintenance. Very convenient laundry service, medium sized quiet clean pool, great old style spacious gym. Cleaning is always taking place and always smells nice. Staff are extremely kind and polite. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed in reception for his exceptional kindness, politeness, helpfulness and great manners, Mr. Jamal for his great kindness, manners, care, helpfulness and friendliness, and Mr. Dhan in the mall's Al Teaba restaurant for his extremely beyond expectations genuinely kind treatment, smile, and being very very friendly. It feels like home because of them.

Nice environment inside, where you can get groceries from Shaklan super market, variety of Bridal and fancy ladies boutiques. MacDonald. ADCB bank, in one place we can find this.

And the staff is very helpful. Specially the Sir Sathija if I'm not mistaken the name. Bad cleaning service , night management who talk to me Mr.Ahmad he didn’t respect me and when I told him that I requested to change my room because of the bugs and bad smell he said we change it before of course I will change the room if I can’t Live with bugs and bad smell and they want to recharge me a 3 nights because I use my electronic vibe 🤔 I use it inside the mall they didn’t say anything I don’t recommend anyone with this hotel reception guys and concierge great but they can’t do anything it’s bad experience at this place

Center is good with Facilites, but the car parking and traffic is point of concern to visit the building or surroundings of area

I felt great comfort and the rooms are maintained really well. Lovely & friendly staff.

We only stayed here because of an event. Our room was clean, the breakfast was good, staff were friendly and they offered free laundry services (wash and dry) BUT it is an old hotel. The furnishings and colours were all dated. The mattresses were creaky. The bathtub was very scary, I would not consider it elderly friendly. Amenities are basic. Soundproofing is not good because you can hear people talking and walking up and down the corridor. I feel like if you are on a working holiday and only come back to sleep, it might be a good option. There is a food court there and a small supermarket. It stocks mainly Indian items but you can get fruit, bread, milk and cereal.

They've just celebrated their 25 years anniversary. It's an oldish building but well maintained. Rooms are clean and staffs are very polite and friendly. Strategically located with food outlets in the vicinity within walking distance. The hotel restaurant is located on the ground floor serving Western and Asian food. There's also a McDonald's outlet and a supermarket on the ground floor. The nearest Metro station is about 100m away. Value for money.

A nice place to find an evening gown for prom or wedding. They can customize the dress to your size, taste and in a short time. Look no further !

I went to the shopping center.. it’s inclusive in terms of cocktail and bridal gowns.. the center is smelly and bathrooms are not clean enough.. also the dresses there are overpriced as the same exact dresses I’ve found in few shops at Naif and in Ajman for half prices ..

Al bustan center is located in a prime location. However its as old as it can get. They have not upgraded anything in their rooms. The most concerning fact is WiFi is available only for a total of 45 minutes for the whole day, that too only on 2 devices. If you are with your family, this creates a lot of issues. The pool area was totally unguarded. The life guard was least concerned

We had a very bad experience here the 2nd time! I dont know why their fron desk is very rude. This is not the first time we are staying here and most of the time, front desk are not friendly. We booked for 450aed and once we are checking in, they suddenly said that it's 500aed. This may not be a big amount but what really upsets us is the way they communicated to us. In the end, the front desk even said that there's no more room available.

Nice place to be in . Staff is also very accommodating. Good service . Good room quality . Location is the best part as it is very near to the metro station. You can think of booking this for your short or long term stay .

I recently visited Al Bustan Centre in Qusais, Dubai, primarily for ADCB Bank, and I found it to be a convenient and efficient experience. The bank's branch within the centre was easy to locate and access.The staff at ADCB Bank were helpful and knowledgeable, providing prompt assistance with my banking needs. The branch had a comfortable waiting area and was well-organized, making my visit hassle-free.

I gave this 5 stars because you all have what you need here. The staffs are so friendly and the food they served taste delicious also. Rooms are spacious and clean. Keep it up.

I opted for the studio room at the hotel which is located very close to the metro station. The room service is done promptly and without delay. The staffs are friendly. One is provided with a tiny kitchen and few utensils in case one opts to cook. A supermarket and McD are present in the ground floor which is very useful. Overall a satisfied and happy stay at the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I gave it 4 star because of how friendly the staff are and how relaxing and quite the bedrooms are! The one star I haven’t given is because there is no smoking rooms for the smokers like me! You have to go all the way outside to smoke a cigarette. But also the rooms are very spacious there’s two desks for dining and for work. A big smart tv that has everything you need in it

Treatment of female guests is horrible. There is noise and smoke and food smell in the corridors. Cleanliness is non existent. Safety is weak because the management and security is never there to assist. A place like this should be shut down!

I am here for an ADCB cash deposit machine and i got plenty of room... And parking availability was good..

I lived here for long period like a year or so it really like a gated community or more like a safe housing society offering upscale rooms at good rental for months and per anum basis rooms are clean and spacious amenities are good here like pool gym sauna steam laundromat and will highly recommend this to everyone only problem is their wifi service which is quite slow and they only allow 2 devices that's bad

I have returned back to this place this time with yearly contract. Everything is perfect. I would like to say a big thank you to Joseph from the housekeeping team who is taking care of the studios of the second floor of the residences. A big thank you for his excellent services the last two months that I am staying on this floor and studio!

I don't know anything about the residences, however the shop I visited in the centre is amazing, LAROZA is the shop they have lovely party and evening dresses at reasonable prices compared to other shops. This shop LAROZA is a must visit and there's a very helpful employee there she did a great job choosing and fitting. Will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good quality party dresses at affordable prices.

Review for: Mirrors beauty lounge in Al Bustan Center Ruksana was an amazing technician. She made my eyebrows better than anyone I’ve ever had them done from before. The pedicure and corals bleach treatment was fantastic, my feet feel like baby’s skin . Super happy with the treatment. Definitely recommending her to anyone who wants to come to a salon. Her work is immaculate and I’m definitely coming again. Thank you so much Ruksana.

Me and my family enjoyed a month stay. Peaceful and good place to stay. All facilities are maintained. Easy access to metro and all transportation facilities are available at the door steps.

Good clean rooms. Laundry services were excellent. Close to Metro station. Parking area. Shopping center with few fast food and other restaurants. Overall a great experience.

Had a horrendous experience with a wedding gown store by the name Istanbul. The owners of the store are frauds, extremely rude and disrespectful towards women. Promised alterations but did nothing. Inexperienced tailors and craftsmen. Did not return even a single dirham the 60% advance cash paid to them even though it was clearly their fault for which they agreed but never returned the cash. Tried to file a complaint but got no help.

Service is great, rooms are convenient, accessible location, great prices, Essentials and super market shopping in the complex and near to metro station. Breakfast is good. Banking and money exchange facilities in the premises. Bath facilities are good.

We celebrated our wedding reception on 28/10/2021 .We had an awesome experience . The banquet hall is really spacious .Staff are really professional and cooperative .Mr. Omar and whole team supported us in all possible ways right from the food selection to stage decoration . I couldn't recommend more the delicious food they provided. One of their best attractions is their location .It is really easy to reach there Thanks to the whole team for making our event more memorable .

I really like this place because it makes things like traveling to and from very easy. International airport is about 15mins from the Hotel. There is metro, Bus and even pizza hut, McDonald's and KFC around the corner. It has a super Smart just underneath it. Lovely and easy place

Really good hotel, courteous and helpful staff and clean rooms. Also a good location near metro and fast food joints.

If you are looking for a wedding or party dress you can visit AL Bustan center, different style, you can buy your wedding dress or rent it from the Shop, there is shop called "tamilla germants trading LLC" I highly recommend them since I had great experience with them, other than that , very small food court available, you can find parking of the mall too

Al bustan center is very familiar location in Al Quesis area. Room are very neat and clean. My favorite is shaklan supermarket and the mini food court. Located close to Al Nahda metro station. 2 Driving schools is near by so always have access to taxi.

Good and comfortable rooms. Amazing gym with great equipment. Pool is a little odd shaped, but will do. Not much for shopping and dining.

There's something unique about this place which attracts people from all over the world here, you might be uncomfortable with some of their rules but without rules then there's no organisation. On the morning of my birthday the room service knocked on my door and delivered to me a box of a beautiful yummy birthday cake . Thank you Al Bustan Center and Resistance

Shocking pest issues, rude management with poor customer service, outdated smelly linens and furniture, unhygienic dirty towels, lack of bathroom vent fan to provide proper ventilation, limitation of 4 wifi internet devices, no safety deposit box, room service once a week only, among many other issues. Unfortunately my family stayed at this hotel in 2-bedroom hotel apartment and I would recommend to stay far away from this place. We had to leave early from the hotel due to disgusting pest issues of fruit flies and cockroaches. When front reception, including management especially, Ghaly and Mr. Ahmed were approached about legitimate issues, and pest issues they responded rudely, and in a combative manner with band-aid solutions, and zero customer service skills. They provided band-aid solutions such as several failed pest control attempts and a room change with pest issues persisting. Management failed to compensate for such issues, and even had the audacity to attempt in refusing a partial refund for my remaining stay, after we decided to leave early due to aforementioned issues. Management claimed pest issues are common in Dubai hotels and this issue will exist here because they have too many apartments with many guests bringing their own furniture. Overall, Al Bustan is a despicable hotel which needs to be shut down and reported to ministry of tourism for poor hygiene and pest issues, and management that needs to be taught a lesson on how to speak with customers.
