At one point of time, it was one of the best hotels in the area. Today it barely even qualifies as a hotel. The manager and staff is very rude and egoistic and have no idea of hospitality. Would recommend to avoid this place as much as possible and look at other options around.

The outdoor pool is a busy place...frequented by many. Children love the place! The hotel is well connected and centrally located.

I stayed here for 6 years. In the initial years service was good, with in house dining facilities. However, over the years the quality of service has declined significantly. Rooms are bit run down, as the hotel is old, and the management has not upgraded the facilities for some time. Some of my colleagues who were residing here for years relocated to other accommodations near by which are more value for money.

Very Courteous & prompt service. Reception desk was very helpful. Housekeeping perfect & promptly cleaned the room daily. Finally the breakfast was superb & service excellent. We enjoyed our stay here for 16 days.

Disaster hotel. Rooms are clean. But pictures are not true. Hotel is definitely very old. Floors till 3rd smelling ok. But upper floors till 9th are smelling like a cheap bar. Smell in the rooms is terrible. Fungus in bathrooms. Very old furniture. Kitchen smelling bad. Service is ok but not helpful. Day of arrival we asked for invoice with company our name and 3 night later I spent 1h in reception to get invoice and all of them where saying that when reservations are made by booking.com they cannot give invoice ! Take care of you need to get one. If someone asked me to recommend the hotel I would say NO! It’s very old and very used and not worth the money they asking for. If it’s 20€ per night it’s fine but not 74€!

We stayed at the studio apartment here for a fortnight. We found the location extremely comfortable to travel around the entire city. Bus stations are hardly 300 mtrs away and closest metro station is around 1km and is very convenient for walking. Have a supermarket which is open 24 hrs right opposite to this hotel. Breakfast provided was superb. Swimming pool is also amazing. Overall we enjoyed our stay quite a bit. We covered almost all the major attractions at Dubai. P.S. avoid taking taxis unless you have extra big budget for local travel. Else, public transport is easily available just like at your doorstep.

There are no one to carry the bags, reception is small, air-conditioning is limited, the location need taxi or car to move to malls or metro. The price is normal, but you may get better deal with other hotels with better options and services. I didn't like the bathroom, but the room is good though.

Stayed here in winter for a couple of weeks. The room/fully furnished studio was really good. Had no compliants with any accessories or appliances. Room service was provided everyday and was prompt. Enjoyed my stay here and the view from the balcony was a real take away. The management and service staff was coperative and courteous. The location is prime and pretty much accessible by any means. Had complimentary buffet breakfast everyday (which for non-residents was 25AED, otherwise) was one of the best part of the stay. Overall an amazing and welcoming experience!!

The hotel room is good but they have a door / partition in between two different rooms which i believe is the biggest set back. Reason being, the person occupying the next room can be clearly heard if he talks bit loudly. Rest, breakfast offered is awesome but they don't have full meals option. Hygiene is well maintained.

This hotel is world class despite what the price says, rooms were spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful and overall I would recommend this if you are coming with family or solo

The hotel is so noisy, not organised, not properly managed, appliances are in bad condition, breakfast is very poor. The basement parking was flooded during the recent rain and it smelled like sewage water. The hotel management are not able to control some guests' inappropriate non-civilized behaviour and the hotel ends up so noisy like a market. On top of that, the price is not reasonable. Not recommended at all.

The rooms have most of the amenities required for a short stay. The service staff are prompt with cleaning and also fixing anything that is broken. Haynith and her staff made our stay at the hotel a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this place for tourists and visitors who want a place where they can be self sufficient.

Very good place. Supermarket is very nearby. Moderately priced. Metro, taxi, bus all transport is available round the clock. Hospital is very near by. Apartment has cooking facilities. Not a luxury hotel, but very clean, with spacious rooms and very well equipped with several facilities for a long stay. Reasonable prices and nice personnel, ready to help and make your stay comfortable. Recommended.

Great place to stay with a choice of studios, 1bhk and 2bhk furnished apartments. Ideal for families as they have a nice outdoor pool too for kids and adults to enjoy. Reasonable rates.

Very clean, neat and spacious rooms, services were really good, breakfast was reasonable and good, pool is not so big, but very well maintained, very courteous staff including the life guard. I highly recommend for families. 👍🏻

Furniture needs to be replaced and all interiors components. Simply an entire hotel renovations must take place to make it look more modern and classy.

The staff in the front desk call as in the day of arrival (after two hours) to remind us about the checkout time the next day 12pm and another person from front desk call again at night to say that same thing checkout time 12pm and in the next morning my wife called asking for drinking water but the front desk refused to give water claiming that we had two 500ml water bottle in the first day and that's enough for a family with two children??! IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE for me staying in any hotel in Dubai

Lovely hotel apartment..the rooms are very very spacious and clean rooms.. I am loving my stay here..
