Stayed there for 2 weeks. Hotel is new and has great interior. They keep the rooms and the hotel super clean. Lobby, gym and the pool area are also very well maintained. Staff is there biggest strength. They do their best to server you. Majeed, a genuinely humble guy from the hotel staff kept our room super tidy and helped us a lot throughout the stay.

Wonderful hotel. Modern rooms, very quiet and great staff. It's a little far away from the main sites but an easy taxi ride and close to the airport. Also has a free shuttle running several times a day to and from the World Trade Centre which is great if you want to save a little on taxi fares. Price was very reasonable for Dubai.

My stay in Rove hotel was full of life. Whole staff is cooperative. Especially manager Ramdan made stay full of comfortable. location is really good. Easy access to every point. rates are also client's pocket friendly. View from my room was giving next level soul satisfaction. pool is good and full of fun. Gym room also have awesome view of pool.

From the moment we walked in to this place we were welcome with smiles and great customer service. Housekeeping staff, front desk staff, waiters and waitresses were all amazing and could not have done anymore to make our stay great. They were fabulous. We had breakfast whilst staying here and the buffet spread was great. It varied slightly every day which meant we had options- this was great as we were there the whole week. They also have a menu to order from (included in breakfast rate) which has full breakfast meals. These were also so varied and they had a great selection of things to choose from. This menu changed during the week as well which meant we had alternative menu options for breakfast. Housekeeping are awesome too and so helpful. Whenever we needed anything it would be given to us promptly without any fuss or delay. The hotel in general was very picturesque and modern. It was clean in all areas (rooms, bathrooms, swimming area, prayer room, lobby, breakfast area) Overall a lovely place to stay with amazing customer service and a great atmosphere.

A clam and clean hotel with very good location! We set up here for one month, feel the staff are very kind and helpful. A girl called Sanu each day comes to clean our room, serious, careful, kind, making us feel as comfortable as at home. We will continue here for another 10 days. We are sure we will enjoy it. We will come to Dubai again for one month in this December, we will be here again.

This branch has surpass my expectations. Also shared helpful information esp. since this was our 1st trip to the UAE, how & where to get metro cards, schools around/near and other amenities close to the hotel. Thanks Denis 😀🙏 I cannot forget the Daily Restaurant staff, Nelson and Islam for making our stay wholesome with healthy options on their menu. We are considering to extend our stay, since we are hoping to place my daughter in 1 of the schools around (as we wait for feedback from 1 of the schools around). [Great Experience] Stayed here for a week with the family, which included an infant. They did everything to make out stay as smooth as possible, first we were given a twin bed room and when requested a king size bed they immediately helped us. Each member of the staff is super friendly and helpful, this was nice, we were always greeted with a smile. Rooms are clean, all materials are high quality and they room service was great. Free parking available, the gym has lots of equipment and it's very clean. Outdoor pool has heated water, we enjoyed the pool even if it was cold outside by Dubai standards (22C) Breakfast is delicious and has lots of options, with the only comment that there are not many meats available. We had only the horrible mortadela delis for the first days.

We had an issue regarding how I booked our stay which was my fault. Tourek, at the desk, had the foresight to look over our reservation before we arrived at 3AM. He presented our options so we could make a quick decision as we were so tired from our 18 hr trip from the US. The hotel and room are modern and very clean, the staff extremely helpful and friendly, and the quality of the food was excellent. The Daily restaurant has THE BEST light buttery breakfast croissants I ever had in a hotel. I wish I could have taken those home with me. The menu is adequate and not elaborate but the quality, freshness, flavors and service were excellent. The only thing a tourist should be aware of is this is more of a business hotel in a residential/business neighborhood. You will not find a concierge or sightseeing brochures. Neighborhood restaurants and the metro are nearby if you like to walk, and the Covid testing site is just across the street at the American Hospital.

Perfect stay with good service and very friendly staff. The cleaning staff and room boys were also so well mannered especially Mr. Rakesh. I loved the chic and colorful interiors as well. They have a peaceful and happening shared work space and meeting rooms. The breakfast was lovely as well. Highly recommended

My husband I have been staying at Rove Health care for years. Love the location and customer service. We have just visited 2024 for a day and I can see the service has improved even better. John who served us at Breakfast was absolutely amazing.

I had a late check-in almost at midnight, the receptionists were so kind, friendly and welcome us. Especially Mr. Uraiz who is from pakistan he explained about the hotel facilities and services very well:-) This hotel is 5 star hotel to us. Extremely clean, beautiful rooms and a perfect view matched with centralized location to anywhere you want to go to. The internet is very strong and stable which mean u can work from there without any issue.

Rakesh from room service was awesome and helped greatly. But! The hotel as a whole is excellent. It is amazing that such a relatively cheap hotel provides such high quality. We took two adjacent rooms for 3pax. On 7th floor there was some issue with the room. DO GO to front desk. They helped on the spot and moved us to 3rd floor. Excellent.

I enjoyed my stay at the Rove. My room was very clean—thank you, Monika. Breakfast had a nice variety of food, including some good vegan options. The staff are friendly. I liked the spacious shower. The wifi had a strong signal and was fast enough. There’s plenty of parking in the basement parking garage, too.

I have always visited the Daily Restraunt for a quick dinner and a drink, sometimes a take-away. Ali is one of the boys when he is there is an excellent host. He is so courteous and polite and always has a smile, as well as knows his job. It’s always a pleasure seeing him and being greeted by a smile. I drop by whenever I feel like having something with my wife and friends dinner/drinks and even sometimes a take-away. Yesterday I had lasagna, my complements to the Chef it’s the best Lasagna I have ever eaten. The taste was awesome and the presentation excellent. I would like to say thank you ! Keep up the good service as it’s my pit stop 😊

We stayed here 6 nights in October. This hotel is very very good, although a bit far from the main attractions. The staff was extremely helpful, the room was very clean, we reveived everything we asked for within minutes. I recommend staying in this chain. Thank you Rovers for a perfect stay in Dubai!

I had a great stay at Rove hotel in Healthcare City. I'm surprised it's a 3 star hotel because it's should be at least 4 or 5 stars. The service was top notch, excellent room, really clean. They have a convenience store inside the hotel and a gym and pool. They also have self service laundry. Everyone working there is happy and ready to help you with anything.

This place is amazing and our stay has been very comfortable. The staff is super friendly. I would stay at rove whenever i come next. Vikram’s hospitality was great too.

I lived in this hotel for 8 days, simply awesome, and Mr Emad receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. everyone on this hotel staff is very good. location was a very good place. nearest have many good restaurants not so expensive but the food quality is very good. Overall i feel very good

The place I’d absolutely come back again when I’m in Dubai. The overall facility is complete and good. Gym and swimming pool is high quality and hygiene. I went there everyday. The receptionist Jona is very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!

I’ve been staying long term at the Rove for the past year and just want to say a big thanks to the amazing team at Rove who have been so good in making sure my stay has been great. I’ve never felt so accommodated whilst at a hotel and want to thank everyone who has gone a long way to make my stay here feel like a home. I’m still at Rove and intend to be for some time because of the amazing job the front of house, house keepers and kitchen do each and every day. Would love to also call out all the front of house team including Julie and so many others for being so kind to me as well as my house cleaning team like Arafat for being so amazing and on top of the job

I stayed 3 nights last November Wonderful place, modern, clean, nice smell at the reception area and great pool. The staff are all amazing and professional. Originally I was supposed to spend 4 nights (paid in full at check in) but then got some change in plans and ended up staying only 3 nights, there was longer than usual delay in refunding the 4th night but the team handled it quite well and contacted me to explain why this happened. Will definitely stay there again.

Stayed in Rove Health care City, Dubai during Nov 2021. Great, clean and contemporary hotel. Value for money. Parking is a bit of concern, as only limited spaces were available in the property. Front desk guys are great especially Emad whose work is exceptional. Recommending to others and will surely come back in the future.

I had a great stay at Rove hotel. Every thing was just perfect, the cleanness level is above expected, the reception is very welcoming and helpful especially Mr.Emad who took very good care of us, the aroma at the hotel is very fragrant, the staff and room service are very helpful and respond quickly to any requests, the environment is very comfortable you feel like just home. It was my first temporary accommodation provided by my company after arriving in Dubai in January 2022. I was really impressed by the politeness and helpfulness of the staff. Also, I had several meals at "The Daily" inside the Rove Hotel, where I had the blessing to be served by the amazing team working there. In particular, I cannot forget to mention the great pleasure to getting to know Rajesh: he's friendly, considerate, and professional in his job, and put me immediately at ease since the first day I was there.

Stayed one week here. To sum it up…. Beautiful interior design and decor, excellent service, great facilities like the 24/7 gym, pool, laundry, chill out space, office spaces, etc.. Friendly staff, clean and hygienic, excellent house keeping, good location, metro and restaurants close by, and most importantly, it’s affordable. It’s definitely going to be our favorite hotel every time we’re in Dubai.

Good affordable hotel in an ideal location. Rooms are fairly good in size. Bed is comfortable. Amenities such as slippers, dental and health care kits are not available in the rooms but can be provided upon request with no charge. Staff are very friendly and check-in/check-out process was fast.

I had an amazing stay at Rove Healthcare city. The room was spacious and clean, the staff are very nice and welcoming. The hotel had Tesla chargers and other EV chargers which was awesome. The breakfast was very delicious, and the team at The Daily were fantastic especially Mohamed. The room price was really good. I would love to stay there again

I've been staying in Rove for almost a month now using the monthly rate and highly recommend this hotel. Staff are very professional, helpful and friendly, especially Ramadan who assisted me several times during my stay. Rooms are very clean, Gym and pool are very nice and convenient. I have not tried the breakfast but some of my friends staying in the hotel said it's quite good. I will be extending my stay for another month here. This Hotel is better than some 4 stars hotel I stayed in.

A very comfortable and nicely decorated hotel. A team of charming receptionists, good human relations, smiling, fun to get to know them and their personalities. They will always answer positively to every request and question. I was there for 4 nights and moved for 3 nights to another 5-star hotel. From a hotel with 0 complaints, I moved to a hotel with complaints. Rove healthcare is much more pleasant, compact, calm and pleasant atmosphere, thanks also to the team that came with a cake and balloons to the room to celebrate my brother's birthday. And another cake for breakfast. You are charming, keep up this level. A hotel with a bus stop very close. Clean room, clean shower, comfortable bed, nothing was missing. A small drawback for me - very cold air conditioner, I did not expect it to be cold in the room even when it is turned off. There is a laundry, there is a cozy lobby separate from the entrance, there is a real mini bar that refrigerates, My brother and I had a really, really good stay! Already when we were in another hotel, we wanted to go back! Thanks everyone, see you next time!

I stayed at Rove Health Care City, and I found the rooms to be clean with a refreshing scent. The breakfast buffet offered a lavish spread with a wide variety of food items, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. I want to commend Vikram at the reception for his outstanding efforts.

The hotel is a great value for money, They have many different facilities and activities for people staying to do. It’s also very close to dubai mall which makes it very convenient. But what makes this hotel really great is the service they offer and their quick assistance to anything when needed. It was always a relief to come back to the hotel at the end of the day to find the room spotless clean and comfortable, thank you rakesh for your efforts and always making sure we had a comfortable stay!

This hotel totally wins on quality of the value. The facilities are very clean as well as the rooms, one thing tho is that some scratches and patches need to be repaired. The room has a couch that can turn into a single bed for extra space. They also offer a storage room for your luggage and a scale you can use. Overall it’s a great accommodation with a great price.

I am a great fan of the Rove chain. The design is very interesting and laid-back and the staff very professional. This particular branch is noteworthy because it's close to the airport, just a five minute drive.

The stay was worth the price. The place is clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean and organized. The timings of swimming pool is good as its until 10pm and some would like to have some dip at evening time. Refillable filtered water is a plus!!! Less expense and converse water at its finest.

Great price and value with regards to the location and services. The hotel is also committed to ensuring sustainability in everything, starting from water bottles to bathroom amenities, which I found really interesting and commendable. The hotel is writhing walking distance of McDonald’s, Starbucks, etc. Overall, highly recommend for short business stays.
