Beautiful location, Beautiful view from some of the Rooms & terrace. Reception manager was not helpful and very rude with the guests. Need to improve Toilets & Food hygiene.

The interior of the hotel was very beautiful, spacious and eye catching. The food served was of best quality, proper hygiene was maintained we were served hot tempting food each and every dish that was served to us was equally good specially the Hara bhara kabab for the starters and the honey chilli potato, we booked it for a small family gathering, very reasonable cost full banquet hall was provided to us so it was our private space that was given to enjoy ourselves also there was music setup and it was quite spacious to dance and enjoy ourselves , there was also enough space for the buffay to get set up, each and everything was served with love beautiful place must recommend this for small parties and gatherings a comfortable space for 30-35 people at a time .

We were three people our room was upgraded from standard to deluxe as soon as we arrived for which I'm really grateful to the hotel staff. There are several things I liked about my stay here at royal melange 1) It has lift access which is very important for Senior citizens. 2) Good buffet breakfast options such as Idly, poha, poori, saag, Kellogg's and chocos, fruits and fruit juice. All veg though 3) The staff was very courteous and actually understands the customer service and values your requests. 4) One thing i really liked more about this place is they allow food inside which most of the hotels do not. 5) Hot and cold water facility available 6) Mini bar was not very expensive and they charged minimally 7) Car parking available and just 2kms from dargah Shareef. VIP darshan is complimentary from the hotel 8) Very affordable for the service that was provided.

One of the best hotel experience, Staff is very supportive and your all needs will be taken care of. I was on fast and asked them to prepare specific food item for me and the staff did exactly that, even though kitchen was about to get closed.

Location of the hotel is good.. Staff is supportive.. Rooms are clean and hygenic.. Washrooms are clean but need a little bit maintainence.. Kindly clean the buckets in the washroom.

Stay at Royal Melange was quite good. What they need to work on is their bathroom. They are very bad . No ventilation in the bathroom, bathroom were very shady. Rest the hotel is quite Satisfying. Big rooms , a huge spread of breakfast with everything tasty. 24 hrs hot water. Instant room service . Very good front desk service. Hassle-free check- in. Everything was just perfect in a place like ajmer. Just work on the washrooms , so that I can give you 5 star

My stay at The Royal Melange Beacon in Ajmer was decent. The rooms were neither impressive nor disappointing, falling somewhere in between. They provided a comfortable but unremarkable stay. It is within 2Km of railways station, and the lake. Rooms are very much preety and so as the service , I liked the morning food here.

Location is good, on a wide road close to everything. But hotel rooms are not clean specially bedsheets and pillows. And no extra blankets provided in cold december month. I stayed one night with family in a cold whether of December month. Food items are over priced. Overall over priced compared to the services provided. But the good thing is that an underground car parking is available.

Good for one night stay. Not very clean but the staff are helpful. Drinking water not clean and if you ask for bottle drinking water they charge you for it.

Rooms curtains are very dirty and smelly staff was drunken they washroom was to dirty also breakable flushers shower was not in service hand wash not available I told so many times after that they are saying please adjust they are just chasing money

Situated 5-10 mins away from the Ajmer railway station, hotel Royal Melange is a place to relax and rejuvenate. Their xtremely neat and tidy premise, efficient and fast service and polite staff was impressive. We were here for work and the 3 nights we stayed were of rest and recharged us for the next day.

Rooms are spacious and clean... decent and well lit. The only drawback, as others have said, is the bathroom. They need to maintain it much better and require proper ventilation. The staff is well behaved, courteous and eager to help..

Very nice hotel, located near to the railway station. Good services by the hotel staffs. Good breakfast menu and served on a timely basis sharp at 7 AM. 5-7 mins walking distance from Soniji Ki Nashiyan, 15 mins walk from Anna Sagar Lake and 20 mins walking distance from Ajmer Sharif Dargah. Spacious room and bathrooms. Nice roof top view of morning sunrise from the hotel. The person at reception desk also helped us arranging a auto taxi for travel till Ajmer Sharif Dargah and also introducing to a Khadim. Overall our experience was very enjoyable and comfortable. The only suggestion to keep the common spaces of hotel also a very clean such as corridors, 1st floor office space, roof top seating space etc.

I hd booked the business suite.. It was spacious.. Amenities were ok. The washroom door lock wasn't working, so i woul say the maintenance could be better.. Courteos staff..

Great Place to stay. Very well mannerd and polite staff. May it be the room service, the housekeeping, restaurant and front desk. Always eager to help you out. It has a lovely pure veg restaurant. Tried paneer kadhai, dal , fulka and rice. Very good. Room service excels, we ordered masala tea thinking the spicy version but they got it wrong. We complained immediately got it remade for us free of cost Rooms we had taken a family suit, very comfortable has new tvs, so you can watch TV as well movies via USB. Ac is good and chilled. Although a veg restaurant you can order nonveg to your room via zomato. Try mango curry restaurant. Overall a very pleasant experience. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to you all.

Had a one night stay , rooms are ok , they were clean , not premium but they were fine. Staff was very cooperative and courteous 5* to the staff. Rate wise ok. Breakfast was godo too. Location wise also accessible. We went for Dargah visit and this was not far. Ajmer anyway doesn’t hv much of the options and if you are looking something affordable and fine in the quality, you can chose this.

I have stayed here 3rd time, staffs are very polite,we reached there at 6 am in the morning and they have provided us room without any extra charge. Highly appreciated.. Food is also upto the mark.. overall best hotel.
