Recommended! Very nice apartments with modern technology including excellent washer-drier machine. Great location between Kyoto Station and Daimaru. Lots of shops and amenities nearby and a large shrine directly across the road. Many bus stops within 1 block. Sound proofing was very good too. They supply a range of things beyond the norm including hairbands, folding mini hairbrushes and so on. 2 minor unexpected downsides: - I had to go out and buy my own tea bags. - shoe storage is for people with small feet (my shoes could only fit on the top and had to be on the left or sideways or the door would not close; my wife’s shoes also)

Great place, rooms are a mix of traditional and modern. Staff are very kind and helpful, really enjoying my stay so far.

We had nice spacious, clean, comfortable room for 4 people with a washer and dryer machine. Location is awesome because it is right by a convenience store and a Buddhist temple. Very easy to get to other places in Kyoto as well. I will be back next time when I am visiting Kyoto!

Enjoyed our stay. It’s a smaller boutique hotel. They are eco conscious and don’t clean the rooms everyday. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Make sure you take advantage of the saunas!

There was a very neat clean and spacious room for 4 people. The toilet had a spray and the shower had a bathtub. There was even a washing machine and a dryer put together. Enough space to fit 5 luggages.

Good location near Kyoto station. Rooms included a washer and dryer which is helpful. But dusty in microwave area but rest of the room is tidy. Would come back again

Decent service apartment with a kitchenette to cook a small meal, a decent queen bed and a bunk bed for kids, room is spacious enough, staff is friendly but speaks no English at all, little far from anything central, but couple of bus routes run nearby, gotta wait a bit, cleaned just once for 5 nights stay, should do at least alternate days. Location is a minus to catch transport, otherwise okay.

Stayed here for 2 nights. They have quite a large room. Balmuda toaster in the room. A quite big dining table. The 3 of us were able to rest comfortably in the room that we got. Standard utensils, cups, etc were provided as well.

i can't deacribe how amazing the hotel is comparing with the price paid. the room is clean. oven, microwave, fridge and washer with dryer are provided. there are separated living room, bedroom and open kitchen.it definitely worth the price

Equipped with every possible facility one can think of,this beautiful Apartment stay is located right infront of a Buddhist temple, walking distance from Kyoto St. Enjoyed the Dry sauna bath, cozy environment with friends here during the while stay. On top of everything the staff here is extremely polite, helpful and cheerful. They greet you whole heartedly and are very welcoming.
