Convenient hotel near amenities, as well as the Koshien Stadium. However, it isn't exactly downtown so if you are a tourist looking to travel for the sights and sounds, this may not be your first choice hotel. That said, it's location next to the metro train station makes it easy to navigate and move around Kobe. Stayed in the Executive Room, which is decently furnished and comfortable. Only disappointment is the lack of gym facilities. There is one on the 5th floor, but you'd need to pay for use which I'm not keen.

A little old, but nice and the staff is friendly.

We were ataying at new building of West wing . The room is bigger than average Japanese room size. The location is next to train station and shopping center in 5 mins walking distance. The hotel dinner and breakfast buffet are not recommended.

Small size (like most Japanese hotels). Newly renovated. Very clean room. It is equipped with some smart devices and air purifier. The staff are very friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet is included in price and has great selections. It is a very popular hotel for tourists. There is a big subway station just about 500 meters out. A plaza next door provides various shipping stores and restaurants. The food court in the plaza was amazing. Try the sizzling beef on a hot plate.

I really enjoyed my stay. Close to the train station and many places to eat are within walking distance. I only wish they would change the shower heads to a different style so we can adjust the spray angle. They are in a fixed position and water falls onto the floor outside the shower making a big mess.

We stayed in the West building which is supposedly newer. They have two breakfast areas and both are quite clean and modern. We estimate loved their desserts in cute jars. They serve both eastern and western breakfast.

very close to Koshien station. everything is nearby and market store and starbucks Rooms are larger then in another hotels around 👍 The room is comfortable for living. clean and warm. There are no tea spoons in the room. no water in the refrigerator.👎

The around area is busy during baseball season, espacially professional baseball game and high school competitive games. The high school competitive games are held for two weeks in spring and summer season. However, this hotel is reasonableness, clean, and staffs are friendly.

A good hotel at suburbs area of Osaka, Japan. It is located near enough to local train station, AEON Shopping Mall (there is a supermarket inside it), and Kidzania. There are also several international food stalls, such as KFC, Yoshinoya, and McDonald's near the hotel for foreigner visitor who do not like Japanese cuisine. The breakfast was not too special, they served buffet Japanese menus. But overall, the room is quite nice, even the bathroom was a little bit old.

Reasonably priced hotel. I have stayed in both main bldg. and the new West wing. Both are very well accommodated. The West wing is a newer bldg. Very good access to the Hanshin Railways Koshien station. Which takes you to Osaka/Umeda station in 20 min. Universal Studio Japan in 25 min. The famous Koshien Baseball stadium is right in front of the hotel (less than 3 min walk). There's a huge supermarket/mall next door with plenty of shops and cheap eats. Now the little minus points: gets rather crowded with tour groups (probably because of good access to freeways, 2-4 buses filled with tourists came every night. Restaurant inside the hotel tends to be on the pricey side.

Environment and room are comfortable. An empty bottle was found under the bed. Breakfast and dinner are the same. Dessert made me sad. Table and floors were still dirty and sticky even after waiter came to cleaned them.
