Very quick service by the friendly staff.Great quality on the food and just like any other value for money

We were at McDonald's Wonder Park/Karen Park, 1st there was no one maning the till and we had to lay a complaint to get service, then when we got service she was dismissive and didn't listen so we had to do 2 transactions for 1 order. The order arrived and the packaging didn't match what we ordered and it was disgustingly dirty with ketchup stains all over like they reused a dirty container, the food was cold, my burger also had ketchup stains on the bun like it was being mishandled, fries didn't have salt but the juice was good... To top it off we got sick

Drive-thru is the worst, long cues all the time, bad service, not satisfied with the quality of the the food my burger had dried old wilted lettuce.

I’m so tired of dealing with this. This is the second time this has happened. I ordered a mango frappe and I got a strawberry frappe. Like can you get anything right for once. This is frustrating. I’ll be getting my food from the McDonald’s in Pretoria north from now on.

Fast and reliable, They have a very friendly Staff in Ms Mapaseka she was very helpful.

A convenient place for a quick bite if you need something to eat. It is open 24/7 and this makes it the best around the area. They also offer delivery service which is convenient for the local community.

It’s school holidays and thought to spoil the kids with afternoon at McDonalds where we could enjoy lunch and the kids can play. On arrival we realise the play area is not operational, the kids were disappointed but still keen on lunch. The traditional counter ordering has been discontinued so we had to order via a kiosk which wasn’t an issue until we couldn’t order what we wanted because it’s only available on the app and not via the kiosk. We choose something else, our number was displayed 10min after that our food was ready to be collected. When I went to collect, the food was not ready and we waited and only got our food 20min AFTER the initial call that food was ready. When the food came, a burger was missing so we had to wait a few more minutes. Also they no longer give lids on Coldrinks lol. The bathrooms are access controlled with a code which is nice for safety, but there’s hardly anyone by the bathroom so you have to keep scouting for someone to assist so you can access. This was really not a pleasant visit to this McDonalds, definitely a thumbs down.

I went there to buy doughnuts and they just threw them in the paper bag and gave them to me. Even the big Mac box would been fine. The worst part is it wasn't the first time. The first time I let it slide because I just assumed they ran out of boxes but now I see they want to make it a habit and it's unacceptable.

I recently visited McDonald's Wonderpark, expecting a quick and convenient fast-food experience. Unfortunately, my visit left much to be desired, and I left feeling quite dissatisfied with the service. First and foremost, the wait time was exorbitantly long. Despite the notion of "fast food," my party and I ended up waiting for more than an hour to receive our orders. This was far from the efficient service I had anticipated when choosing McDonald's. It seemed like the staff was overwhelmed or understaffed, resulting in a painfully slow service process.

On 23 Nov, I ordered 3 of the item called 'Hamburger', which is R24 each(and other stuff). On the website, it says it contains the bun, ketchup/tomato sauce, pickle, patty, mustard sauce and onion. None of the 'Hamburgers' I received contained mustard sauce and also there was no onion. The same thing happened at another branch. McDonald's is cheating the public.

Service was poor. I had to wait while PPL after me were served. They don't understand their system. It was also hellpacked

Mcdonalds wonderpark , pathetic service and most rude person working here Mapaseka buying lotto on her phone at the door of the building and screaming and telling me that she needs to spray sanitizer when I come to her she says she was calling me but when I ask her why she is on her phone and calling me by Ay wena how do I answer her by hey wena

Just got served via the drive through by a very rude lady called Mpumi. She got our order wrong and when my husband spoke to her she answered very rudely in tswana thinking I also don't understand...when confronted about that behaviour she was very dismissive and unapologetic. This left a very bitter taste in my mouth. So non- vernacular speakers get treated like that??!!

Loved it, and the out door setup is peaceful and the fact that when your food is ready they bring it to you instead of you going to collect it.

Was there on the 31st Dec at night, the staff was amazing and in such a beautiful mood. Dancing and singing, that just made the experience 1 of a kind!!!

The queues are long but their burgers are always nicely salted, the service there is great too. No complaints.

The food was great even though our fries 🍟 had no salt but overall I enjoyed the meal and the service was excellent

Honestly the worst McDonald's ever for Delivery! Every week I have to fight with McDonald's because of a wrong order. It's not even a mistake as they will tell you they put what you didn't order in there. No call to explain and even escalation to head office is just null. Every week they will ensure to deliver an unpleasant experience! So so frustrating that no one cares enough here. They act like they are doing you a favour. Would not recommend to anyone! Steers Karenpark is the best alternative!

It was truly such a bad experience today, they ruined the whole days mood and my entire experience with Macdonald, I also don't think I'm going back to that Macdonald again they were so rude and disrespectful. "The customer is always right" they definitely didn't see the value in that, the owner of that Macdonald should definitely see to talking to them and reprimanding them, such bad service from those 2 staff that were so disrespectful towards us even dispite the fact that many people were there.

Card reader unit box is broken and dirty. Its covid and now you must pick this broken dirty thing up to do payment.

After long time of not going out decided to take my kids n mom out for sit-in lunch we were scaptical at first for our safety it was nice social distance maintained not full inside. Nice experience and service

There is no COVID-19 compliance officer on site. People come in and go out as they please, without waiting to be sanitized or called in. The store supervisor herself went out through the entrance and she was wearing tekkies the day I was there. When I told her, she gave me a look that would have killed me, if I was not made of timber and caliber.

Top service, default meals for my kids and thank you for having apple pies always available unlike year before last.

Every 3rd order for delivery is either wrong of has items left off it. Burgers so dry they would be at home in the desert. The slowest fast food restaurant in Pretoria.

Such a horrible place to be ... slow service.. long lines entitled staffs, rude and zero coordination...who ever owns that specific outlet should be called to the HQ for a refund or rebranding of the place... change all staffs employ motivated people

Terrible service, i ordered food 25 minutes before arrival, they only prepared when i arrived. No acknowledgement of their fault. Chips disgusting Leaking soft drink Unpleasant experience

The service is mostly great. I just don't like that they habitually ask you to park and wait for the order. It defeats the whole fast food concept, especially the drive-thru option. You expect to be in and out within 5 minutes and end up waiting for 20 minutes.

the staff is so slow even serving they communicate with other people besides serving those who need to be served, their attitude is arrogant because they Re very ignorant

Proximity to the people is good. Need to work on safety of your customers where you are located, there is always dodgy people lurking in your parking lots and I would not recommend a female to venture alone to this drive thru.

Ordered food on the Macdonalds app. My order only arrived an hour and 30 minutes after the time I placed the order. Food was cold upon arrival. Don’t think I’ll ever order food on the app again. Not impressed. 🚮

I don’t know where the staff there got their training for customer service from because clearly they did a horrible job. How does one assist me to complete my order and let me pay for something that isn't there?! I ordered 3 oreo McFlurrys paid for them with assistance from the staff only for them to tell me when I have to collect my order there are no oreos and all they can offer me is plain ice cream which is not even the value of my initial order. Bathong and then there comes, I assume the manager trying to act superhero when he also doesn't know what he is doing, the best he could do was tell me about putting extras and sauces to the ice creams😒 The picture is the best he could do. Never been this annoyed!
