I ordered for food well in advance The staff was very friendly specially the host named Joanna She was very understanding The food arrived on tome and we enjoyed to the fullest Not to forget the view from the restaurant It’s beautiful location I wish they cud maintain the cleanliness of the see they glass to enjoy it to the fullest Thank u For the experience

It's got a great view. Quiet, natural and beautiful. The services are great and the service personnel are also very attentive to the details and go above and beyond to ensure great customer satisfaction.

Lunch here was good and didn't take forever to arrive. My jollof with pork chops was delicious, except one of my pork pieces was off. It was promptly replaced when I mentioned it. The other dishes at my table were good too.

I stayed in the deluxe room on the top floor. It was just so ok. However, there’s no front desk or reception in the building where the deluxe rooms are. Also, it’s not easily accessible for the physically challenged as there’s no lift in the building. The pool and it’s surroundings needs an upgrade.

Very exotic and luxurious accommodation. Very delicious food prepared by the restaurant. From the restaurant one can have Avery clear view of Akosombo dam.

Stayed over there for the weekend n had a blast. Every dish I tried there was good. Their banku n Tilapia, steak in hot sauce n yam, and red red.

The place is very nice. I do love it.

The hotel is oldish and overpriced. Obviously the location is great and the view amazing, but next to that the rooms are shabby and noisy.

Clean -nice views- people working there are pleasant- those are the positives- the place is RUN DOWN!! I wanted to leave immediately even though I had paid for 2 nights-it’s just old, outdated and tired! In urgent need of a MASSIVE makeover.

I went for a full body massage and it was soo damn good. I'll do it again anytime I visit Akosombo. I could see the Akosombo Dam from their premises. One gentleman at the Reception was so kind to take pictures of me when I requested and he was so patient with me as well.

Went to use the pool. And it’s a really nice place. We even got a discount for swimming because we were a large group. I’ll rate the place a 3/5. the changing room wasn’t the best though - smelt like pee.

Great view! It is the perfect place if you are looking for peace and quiet. The room was a bit small and there isn’t much to do other than the ferry ride. But I enjoyed the experience and the staff were very friendly and professional.

Rooms requires some upgradation. There should be more options in the breakfast. I miss the gym on site. But overall my stay was comfortable

Good facility, good scenery, hard court tennis, within minutes of Dode Princess ride. Needs a few more ideas to make the place vibrant

Serene environment for families, friends and corporate. They have nice dishes so do not worry it is out of Greater Accra. Time on the boat is definitely a must! You also have the possibility as family/friends to purchase fresh tilapia on your journey back. I did not have enough of the place before leaving 😀

Perfect, simply perfect, since it's inception 1997. The VRA property offers breathtaking scenes of the Akosombo Dam. Located on a steep slope on the mountains of Akosombo. Great for families, business and actually in a security zone. Staff are friendly, clean rooms, good food, spacious conference rooms and good pool.

The hotel is situated in a private area on a hill that has magnificent views of the Volta Lake, Volta Dam, and beautiful greenery. Clean place and the staff works hard to make sure you have a pleasant stay. We waited and hour and a half to check in. And discovered no “welcome drink” was offered. When brought to the attention to the supervisor, she apologized but made no effort to accommodate what was advertised on Expedia. Additionally, there is no fitness gym or “attached winery” as also advertised on Expedia and was used in making our decision to stay there. Overall would return and recommend this place.

Great location and good service. food was nice and tasted very fresh but took longer than expected. Workers were nice and polite. I will surely be there again.
