Went thru drive thru Ordered 2 veef gyros The pirate bread was stale and meat was rolled into a ball. And tried to get me to pay for the car behind me. When I refused I got a dirty odd look

Order was completely messed up and I couldn’t eat most of it. I also created an account within the app to redeem a free roast beef sandwich, and didn’t receive it with the order despite adding it. Staff was nice though. Overall, a waste of $23.

11:15 Pm 4/6/23 Spent $25 on 2 Med. meals & was given smalls. Cheese cups are only 1/4 full. Fries are completely cold. Forgot the sauces. This location is starting to go down hill. What a shame.

So there was this one. Time when I went to Wendy's and I asked for a baconator. But they saiid they don't got a baconator so I orders a chocolate milkshake and curly fries. And they had a arby logo on both the cup and the bag so I just thought nothing of it and thoughtaby they just ran out of cups and bags. So I walked out and that's when I realized I went to Arby's thinking I went to Wendy's. It embarrassed me allot. And. Then I walked home and tripped on a log and spilled all my milkshake. I still wonder what they thought of me when I tried to order a baconator

Food was hot and fresh as usual at Arby's. Fries were unsalted as requested. One staff member was thoroughly cleaning all the tables and chairs in the dining room which is pretty much unheard of in fast food today.

The last time I got the fried pie it tasted like fish. So apparently they fried it in the same fryer as the fish. Totally ruined the pie for me😞

Chicken fingers were good. Mozzarella Cheesesticks were Luke warm. Service was good. Dining room was uninspiring but clean.

Decided to try the Wagyu burger! You can tell from the picture that it definitely doesn't look like the menu shot. But with that being said, it was very good. It was juicy, cooked right and had good seasoning on it. I had the regular one which had lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, red onion and burger sauce which is similar to big mac sauce & was on a Brioche bun. They have deluxe varieries also made with peppercorn ranch and bacon. Price wise, the medium meal is $11 which is not much more than other fast food burgers really. My opinion, I'd eat this over a Quarter pounder any day. It's only a limited time thing so if you want to try, better go sooner than later!

Always fresh, high quality food. Fast service. Clean establishment Mozzarella Sticks and Buffalo Sliders are beyond amazing. Jalapeño poppers w/ bronco berry. Angus burgers. Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich. All delicious. Wash it down with a Jamocha Shake!

Recently I've had every order ive gotten here missing something. No big deal things happen. But I placed an online order at 1145 and because I was scheduled to be there at midnight an hour before close it defaults to 10 am. Well the manager wqs not kind enough to make it for did not offer to cancel it and told me to bad. Figure it out tomorrow when the GM is here. So I did. They kindly refunded it and apologized for the employees not just making the 3 dollar sandwich and acting like sandwich gate keeper. They even offered a free sandwich on my next visit. Well the next night I went to redeem this sandwich with the instructions given to me buy the GM and the same rude manager that started all this told me I was banned from this location I'm nothing but a problem. I was embarrassed talked down to and treated as if I wqs a petty criminal. My grandfather and i have been coming to this location for 20 years and never been treated in such ride disrespectful way. Why would I not think this person might spit on my food or your food. Think about it for moment. I might never ever go back. She also continued to lie and tell me she's the head manager has no Gm And runs the store.

The staff seem to have fun while working. It’s a nice experience. Food is as expected and comes out fast. Zero complaints.

I love arbey's but this arbeys in particulare is by far the best arbeys ive been to. Fast fresh food that tastes great and friendly staff also at the time of my experience everything was so clean.

Amanda and her team made me feel valued and welcomed when I had an issue with my original order. They were prompt to fix the issue and made me feel appreciated and went above and beyond to make sure it was right. Thanks to Amanda for providing an excellent customer service experience. This has been one of the best experiences I have had this year with any restaurant so I wanted to make sure I showed my appreciation. And hopefully Amanda's team is commended for their efforts!

Stores nice people were nice unfortunately the food was subpar getting cold old fries mixed in with fresh hot fries is never a good thing and would definitely not recommend going here late at night because the food always seems to be old and cold
