    The pizza was great! Kind of felt nostalgic, like it looked and tasted like how the old pizza huts used to taste back in the 80's & 90's. It was an online order and the delivery was fast.

    Love the pizza from this location ! Just beside the Fir hills and the University, which makes this place a favorite pizza for most of the students, and they even offer student discounts. Hershey's brownie and the pizza are the best combination here. Friendly staff and lovely location ! Definitely recommend trying this place!!!

    Must have been my mistake for ordering an hour before they closed but I just spent $47 on the absolute worst pizza I've ever had in my entire life. There was almost no cheese in the stuffed crust, which was so burnt it was hard to chew. The dough for my $17 pizza seemed as poor of quality as the $5 pizza Mia garbage. Absolutely no sauce on the wings I ordered, just a small amount in the bottom of the container and the plain wings sitting on top of them not tossed or mixed at all. The guy who handed us our pizza was very polite and seemed great but if he made this pizza he's got to go. I should have definitely ordered Papa John's.

    Absolutely reminded me why I don’t order from pizza hut. Bland, dry. The pasta barely had any Alfredo sauce but had SO much cheese it was way overwhelming, spent almost $40 for me and the babies to have takeout and just really unsatisfied 😩🥲 The boneless wings were okay though honey bbq I think.

    food was old and cold when it got delivered. Called the store and they said they would remake my order and send it out. The delivery driver left the remade order on my front porch in the snow and just drove off. Don't think I'll be ordering from pizza hut again.

    The Customer service portion was good but the food was nasty in taste , normally Pizza Hut is great for my family on the weekends and everyone loves the taste of their pizza. Today we all was disappointed with the tasteless pizza, it was hardly sauce or cheese on the pizza, it was a good amount on meat which was good, but over all nasty. We end up ordering from Marcos pizza

    I went to my local Pizza Hut and ordered their new item the pizza melt, I ordered three of them. and you could count the pieces of meat that you received on the melt it was horrible over half of it didn't have anything on it and for $6.99 I think we deserved more than just crust and eight pieces of meat definitely false advertisement from what was shown on the television but there you go again you can't believe everything you see on TV because it was definitely oversized on the television, but I was very disappointed and would love to have gotten my money back $6.99 really, that cost me $21 that could have been spent on a real Pizza somewhere else.

    I hate lazy workers. We all know the difference between fresh food vs food that was already cooked with cheese on top then thrown back in. You know we know. But that's so annoying. Market st Pizza hut is lazy. Didn't even brush the cinnamon topping just slapped it on there right in the middle. If food don't look good you don't want to eat it. So thanks for ruining my Friday dinner. Also ordered half pepperoni on the pizza.

    I ordered Pizza Hut for my family using the app. I ordered a box meal consisting of two pizzas, pasta, and bread sticks. I received notification from the app saying my order was ready and that I had received 46 points for the transaction. I paid for the order using Apple Pay online. As I pulled up to the window and gave the cashier my name, he said ma’am, I’m not seeing an order. I showed the young man the app showing that my order was ready, as well as showing the points I earned, and the store I ordered from, as well as my receipt of payment that came from Apple Pay. He said that there had been issues with the app, and that he would grab a manager. The manager came and I showed him the same prof. He confirmed that they hadn’t received the order due to an app issue and he asked me to pull up my email and see if there was a message. I had received an email saying that my order could not be processed. I explained to the manager that my payment had been taken and not yet refunded( to which I proved), and that I pulled up in expectation to pick up dinner as I didn’t know anything except what the app confirmed. He told me he would call the DM and ask what to do. He came back to the window and told me that the DM said, there was nothing he could do because they didn’t receive the order due to the system error. He said I’d likely get a refund in 1-7 business days. I explained to him that I had only had 25$ and I spent 23.99 on the dinner. This is how I planned on treating my family for dinner and without any spare money I could not just go and order elsewhere. I explained that this left me in a dilemma because my family still needed to eat and now I couldn’t go to the grocery store or order elsewhere because I had no money. He told me there was nothing else he could explain to me and he shut the order window. I sat in the driveway feeling dumbfounded and baffled. I immediately called corporate because how was i supposed to feed my family now!!! Corporate could not come up with a solution because they said the store was a franchise. While still on the phone with corporate, the manager comes outside to my car window and once again try’s to argue his point. I try explaining to him once more and he tells me he does not want to hear it because I’m just repeating the same things and says to move my truck out the driveway. I ask him why is he antagonizing me, I explain that I’m on the phone with corporate trying to find a solution and I also explain that I am not blocking his order window. He says well I’ll just call the cops and tell them to escort you off my property. I said please do. Officer Ryan came and after explaining to him the situation he says, “I understand why you are frustrated and I don’t understand why they wouldn’t just make the order providing that you have shown all necessary prof. He then hands me money and said, I’m going to get you guys McDonald’s tonight because you won’t get anywhere with this guy!” Crying I tell him thank you because I literally had no money to buy my family food because of what happened!!!

    This particular Pizza is the best. Pizza is always Great and hot. Employees are always nice and polite. I’ve tried other Pizza Huts while in other areas of Akron and they don’t compare to this one. This is my go to pizza spot. Keep up the great food and service.

    Food was a mess! I got a pizza box for my kids and the pizza was already torn apart and smashed up and everything! I do not recommend at all !!! I wish I took pictures because it was so disrespectful and disappointing!

    Chicken wings are $10.99 for a six piece. Very expensive right? I ordered a 6 piece and only got 5. I called the manager (Shawn) at the West Market location, and he handled the situation very poorly. My family and I order from Pizza Hut a LOT, and after my experience with the disrespectful manager there, I will not be ordering from that location again. He pretty much told me not too anyways, so, to make sure my food is not being tampered with, I will go elsewhere.

    Wings were on point! Highly recommend this places wings. However they changed their pasta recipe and now it resembles dominoes pasta and feels like they heavily downgraded their pasta and upped the price for a double whammy. Pizza hut do better.

    Since I chose contactless delivery, I guess a knock on the door or a phone call was part of the “contactless” request I made. Therefore my food sat outside for who knows how long and got cold. Don’t count on the app to update you.. it was still in “out for delivery” status when I happened to find my food.

    They aren’t very nice and friendly. Nor do they value customers. They short me on my wings and they refuse to fix their mistake. Supervisor on 2nd shift Friday refused to fix that common mistake I’m not going there to waste my money on those mean people ever. She was like ok I don’t care.

    The 3 star's was from the delivery,very nice 👍 I opened the box and it looked good until I bit into it, and it was very dry I called the store, an the manager answered,I said my Pizza 🍕 was dry and I even ordered extra sauce!! I thought it would be 2 ladles or more I treated it like a extra topping,but she said it was aladdle and a half an basically that was it so I was stuffed with my pizza dry pizza and nothing was really done about it so be it but I was unhappy but the driver with very nice, and pizza like I said look good the appearance of it.It was the taste Master 3 topping pepperoni and bacon and sauce....,.
