Yesterday i have visited the place for hair trim. Before place the appointment and on location also i have asked if they can do, I don’t need hair cut for me please do trimming on my hair. Before cut my hair i have clearly explain i need only hair trim. Badly i agreed to blowdry hair. Generally this money seekers charged me for haircut If u doesn’t need haircut don’t visit this because they doesn’t provide customer requirement. As your reply can u see layers on there?? No one contacted me

I had booked for a facial in this saloon and prior to the facial I had requested for a consultation. However they recommended me to go ahead C tox facial which costs around 17500, the beautician informed that I would see results and my skin would peel and brighten from the next day that’s the highlight of the facial providing results. However I went ahead and got the facial done but didn’t not see any peeling occurring since two days of the facial. I had called the saloon and informed that I had no peeling and they informed to check again for another few days and get back . Since there was nothing happening as instructed I called them And informed again and then they come up with stories and excuses that peeling is not necessary for the facial. I asked them the difference between this facial and the normal one if initially as adviced this was going to be best facial treatment giving instant results. After several calls back and forth I request to speak to the manager which they didn’t want to put me through they kept giving excuses as he’s not available. Then I was put through to a lady whose suppose to be a cosmetic head in the saloon who had lots of knowledge. She sent me a message from Australia and the way she spoke to me on the phone was absurd and rude. And she says she knows it all and that there may be this particular treatment isn’t the suitable one for me and many things.. she just screamed on the phone. she sent me some tutes of the treatment and told me this is what it is. As per the tute it says it should peel but then it didn’t. They scam you for the money that we pay and don’t do the treatment properly. Please Beware! I had reviewed them on Facebook so that people don’t fall for their trap. But they have eventually blocked me. These people are big time cheaters. The woman named Danni who contacted me couldn’t answer the difference between their normal facial and c tox facial. Please be ware.. Waste of money time and unethical people

Clean place. I went for the cracked heal treatment... and FINALLY a place that really invests in removing the callus. Not just a few scrubs, but really did a good job to get my feet (and heels in particular) back into shape. I recommend going here for cracked heel treatment if you want a decent callus removal.

Got my keratin treatment done from here. Bit on the expensive side but the service was great. The girl who did my hair was so nice and informative and asked me how I want it to look and all. Think her name is Hasini. (Not sure) but yes can recommend the service ! Dint have to wait on both days

I usually go for salon zero for facials and waxing. They have a nice room for those services. I have a highly sensitive skin type and to whatever skin product I use, I usually get acnes. But that did not happen in salon zero. They use quality skin care products. In the beginning, they consult you and give options that you can proceed with. The facials and clean ups are very good. That gives you a glow and the treatment you wish for. Privacy is well maintained in waxing. It is also done in with good products. Once I did my hair rebonding with them. It was very well done according to my wishes.

I really like the place and would like to recommend them. The staff was very helpful. Hair looks natural and the quality of hair is great.

I visited the place for a haircut for me and a hair trim for my little girl.... They did a professional job.... The outcome was very nice.... Still I wish they could be little more friendlier ...... And it would be very hrlpful for the customers if they had a more spacious vehicle park and a parking attendant......

This is the first time that I visited Salon Zero for Microdermabrasion. I am really satisfied with the service provided.The girl who was done my treatment (Isurika) is very friendly. I highly recommend Salon Zero.

Wanted to get a Beard Trim - They said 5 min is the waiting time - I had to wait for like 30 freaking mins. And the barber royally ruined my beard - after giving specific instructions on what to do = all for 1200rs..... Now I have to go to another barber to at least make it look decent so I can go out. Thanks a lot Salon Zero!
