    Excellent for the value Close to many famous locations, Clean & roomy room, very nice cooperative & professional staff. Breakfast was good, but needs a little more diversity in items.

    I had an excellent stay here! People were wonderful to talk to. The hotel has parking outside which is fast to get to. The bathrooms were huge and the room was so nice and clean. The hotel smells really good and the pool was nice to visit. The area is really nice as well. Plenty of local restaurants and local culture. Street food as well was particularly tasty! If you are into getting yo know the area and exploring and you don’t like pretentious and posh places where everyone is self-centered then this is the place for you.

    The hotel is very good ambience and the reception is very accommodating with grace and Johnson the room is very clean and the cleaning staff is very friendly with the Min and ariful the pool is nice and the bar the is lively breakfast buffet is okay I love to comeback again in the future. I'm looking forward to stay more time again here in your hotel

    This positive review is well deserved by the hotel staff. We previously stayed for a weekend in this hotel and after few days I realized that I lost my phone. We live in abu dhabi and I wasn't sure where I left it. I tried reaching out the restaurant we went to but to no avail (had to wait for a day for them to confirm). Next, we contacted the hotel to check and told us that they will call back. At this point, I was not hopeful anymore BUT they called us back after 10 minutes to confirm that the phone was with them and I can collect it anytime! I would like to thank the honest housekeeping staff who found it and the very diligent lady concierge who assisted me. Keep up the good work and your integrity! :)

    Very friendly staff, they went above and beyond to accommodate and make me feel home during my medical visit to dubai, especially Johnson the receptionist and room service was the sweetest young guy. My favorite part was their staff. Food is ok for breakfasts but great in their restaurant. I didn’t like the location of the hotel much honestly, no view whatsoever and too close to locals so I had to keep my windows closed always. Safe area though and close to a lot of things.

    We came here based on the very positive reviews we read. We were shocked to say the least: - TV channels not available - Safe not working - Phone not connected - light bulb is burnt All the above was fixed later on but still you would expect this to be ready before you enter the room. If you want to get in or out of the hotel, prepare yourself for at least 20 minutes of traffic. Breakfast is underwhelming. Cheese and veggies look outdated and the omelette is prepared in an inside kitchen you can’t even see. Lack of Arabic selection. The pool is on the roof. Frankly, not clean. Lots of leaves, pigeon feathers and plastic remains that goes for both the big and the small pool. The staff is overall friendly and welcoming. That’s about it. I don’t think I will ever come back here.

    Not a good place 1. check inn time in 1AM was 15min. all i wanted is the key and go to sleep but they ask me so many things. its not my first hotel you know 2.breakfast service was not good when i ask to take more from the buffet they ask you need more food? for 70usd better to go holiday Inn with international standards as i did

    Enjoyed a nice 2 night stay at the Jumeira Rotana. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the Burj suite when we checked in and were very comfortable in the super spacious room. One of the things we always like about Rotana is the super friendly and helpful staff and here was no exception. Special thanks to the front desk staff for their warm welcome housekeeping for setting up the extra bed and the guys on breakfast service for a cheerful start to the day. Nice service, dinner and drinks at the Boston bar too!

    We stayed for five days with our family. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good gym and very nice pool at the top. The hotel is about 10 minutes by cab from the WTC and 10 mins walking from the beach. Excellent choice for a work/family holiday.

    Absolutely devastated with this hotel! Paid for me and my family to go for new year 2022 going into 2023 and to celebrate my sons 10th birthday…unfortunately we wasn’t able to go/stay due to my daughter becoming really poorly with scarlet fever over the Christmas period and she wasn’t fit to fly(doctors orders)… we then contacted the hotel & the company we booked with, to try and rearrange as we was absolutely gutted but it was out of our hands and our daughter comes first of course !… After nearly 6 months of constant phone calls nearly 20 emails back and fourth being told we may be able to have this resolved and given high hopes a manager will contact us and sort this. We was told last week theres nothing they can do, but was happy for me to waste £2000 on just the hotel for a week and made my phone bill sky high as i was calling from U.K to try and resolve this, I was absolutely disgusted with how long the customer service of the hotel have dragged this out! Being told we’d be able to sort it and given positive high hopes. I was never interested in a refund just wanted to rebook mine and my family’s stay! Thanks for wasting my time and giving me positive hope that my family and I would be able to come. Disgusting how you think it’s acceptable to keep money n not be able to rearrange a stay due to a child being seriously poorly! Zero rating from me!

    The hotel is really cool, calm and comfortable. Mr. Minhaj from housekeeping is efficient in his duties, but he also exhibited a friendly and courteous demeanour. specially thanks to him and everyone in the hotel who making us feel welcome.

    We went for roof top iftar buffet. Since it was in open so we expected nice view but there was no outside view at all.its covered from sides so a bit of disappointment. Food was OK, still it can be improved. Enough variety but there shouldn't be any compromise on taste. Friendly and polite staff.

    Wonderful service by Ashish Bisht definitely I will come again in gypsy restaurant rooms are broad the best part is swimming and it is so clean .all gym equipment are available.

    I´d like to thank Fairos, he was so nice and made us smile everytime we saw him. Alos the other staff was very nice. BUT - The location and the rooms are very good to see the city and be near everything. Everything else was a catastrophe for us. The buffet for breakfast was okay, but there wasnt to much variety. Also there are not enough tables for the guests. In the evening, I personaly ate soup for the last 4 days bcs, it was everyday almost the same. It was a sportsbar, where the people could smoke in it. I could not believe my eyes when I saw that. One night there was not enough space for us and they told me i could eat in the lobby. Next time i will definetly just book the room without the food. If it wasnt for Fairos we wouldnt come again.

    Upon arrival I was informed that my room is not available although I paid online for the whole duration. I was offered a room at Rotana the villa instead. When I arrived at The Villa, the manager asked me how long I will stay there because my reservation is not with his hotel! After complaining to the management of Jumeira Rotana about the hospitality of the The Villa on the phone, they offered me a suite the next night if I stay at the Villa that night. The suite that was given to me was dirty and disgusting as you can see in the photos.

    One of the best hotels in the area, very good value for money, the staff is highly qualified, especially the receptionist, waitress and the chef, even the valet that is mini bus driver too, so the hotel is very clean, food is healthy and various, transfer to the beach and mall is great, all the services are the best, staff members give all their attention to the hotel's guests, rooms are big and well equipped, bar, restaurant and swimming pool are very nice and clean as well. We spent a very great time here, so I highly recommend this hotel !

    Not helpful at all I made a booking today and by mistake entered the wrong date and immediately within moments contacted Agoda and informed them about the issue and they immediately called Jumairah Rotana and informed them.about the issue but they are so headstrong and non cooperative that they kept on saying one thing, we cannot do anything and they just want to take the amount and exploit my mistake . It is good that I came to know the ways and behaviour of this property and definitely would stay miles away from them and would suggest the same thing to others. This shows their mind set and attitude.

    I had iftar buffet at Rotana jumeirah. It was a pathetic experience with vvv poor food quality. It wasn't worth the price. Food items were cold n soggy with bad ambience n chair covers were dirty. Dates station was down stairs n rest of the Food was on the one side of the pool n sitting was on another. My 2 guests couldn't show up n it was a big face saving. Thank God. A big Noooo!

    Stayed here for two days with family. Very good hotel with nice location close by to kite beach, Burjuman,etc. Restaurant is very nice and the staff excellent and welcoming in leadership of Mr. Gambhir, Chef Gaurav, Ashish, etc

    A one Spot All.. Rotana standards to the rooms and services was impeccable... I will not forget to mention Ashish & kalavati at the breakfast buffet ( very attentive) and catered to all our needs. Sandani and Dawda(dawood), hasan a great team..with the best knowledge to the property and helpful in all of my 8 days trip. Firoos for being helpfull and doing things out of his way for us ( a family of 5) Housekeeping very clean rooms, great job...needs only a tag and they will spick and span your room as per your timings. Everytime we entered the room after our trip we would have everything neat and tidy... A Must Stay!!! Many more trips to plan with this property... Thankss for a wonderful service...

    Very nice hotel and a very courteous staff. Location is great. Lots of eating joints nearby on the walkable distance. The price is also very generous. Very close to downtown dubai.

    Have not stayed at this particular Rotana but ordered the take-away Turkey Dinner for Christmas Eve dinner. Excellent communication while ordering, meal ready on time with excellent service and packaging. Included sausages, stuffing, potato's, carrots, cranberry sauce and gravy and everything was cooked perfectly, especially the turkey and was piping hot. Great value and highly recommend! Many thanks to everyone at the Jumeira Rotana that assisted for making a memorable meal for our family and friends this holiday season.

    Absolutely amazing! Very comfortable spacious rooms, everything clean. Location is not in the centre but taxi is quite cheap and easy to catch. But there are two things i really need to say: 1) the staff is extremely helpful and friendly! Always smiling, ready to help you with every request! 2) all inclusive meals are just delicious. Everything unbelievebly tasty and fresh! Writing this rewiev just to let to the hotel management to know, that your team are doing great job. Well done😊

    I had a very poor experience at the Jumeira Rotana hotel since they forgot to put hand soap near the sink, the room's window view is terrible and we can't open the curtain because it is visible to the neighbors outside, the hotel is very old and in a low-profile neighborhood,the reality is far away from the images in the Rotana application since the images look nothing alike. Furthermore, we kept deposits for extras at the reception but had to pay cash for every order of room service, there were only two electricity ports, and the lighting was very dim. Moreover, although I am a golden Rotana reward member I did not get any upgrades. however there were good respectful staff and spacious rooms. Hence, I respectfully rate this hotel between 2/5 and 3/5.

    I called Infinity Spa based on a good deal with Cobone to have some relaxation time after a tiring National Day events. I was shocked that one Filipina lady from Spa Infinity Salon name Melissa, sooo rude and shouting with me on the phone, staff that ruined the beautiful hotel. Anyways I can still book a stat with Rotana but not to book to Infinity Spa at all. Good thing the manager Tutul reached out very apologising of what his staff did. Just a suggestion, hire a good staff with good manners. As costumer wont know if you are dealing with personal issue or you are sick which is also not a reason to be rude and disrespectful. Hope the Management will take an action with this matter. Thanks

    We stayed very recently, we were really impressed with how helpful, polite and friendly all the staff were, especially Mohsin, Salman, Feroze ,and Arifa. They all made our stay enjoyable and nothing was too much for them. Also all the staff were helpful in guiding us about how to get to destinations. We would highly recommend this hotel

    Nice and clean hotel. The staff was very supportive, specially the support staff at the reception was helpful in all aspect. Rooms are quite big as compare to other hotels I have stayed. Lots of shops and markets around, the only draw back I see is that its not near to the metro station so everytime you have to take a taxi. Nothing else, the stay was great!!

    Awesome stay with my wife and her friends. Real men of hospitality that ensured our smooth and lovely stay, Ashok, Johnson,Umar, bellboys, recreation Team and restaurant breakfast team. We will be regular visitors because we felt we are home.Be blessed all.

    Very old hotel .The first impression at the sight of the hotel was defaulting, the photo on the website and in reality are two different things. You go inside and it smells of mold. Our room was on the first floor, I attached the view . Well .The best view of Dubai. Construction goes on all day, day off on Friday. We didn't manage to check in earlier, were waiting at the cafe. The room is large, it smells of humidity. There are no dishes for tea or coffee, you will see paper cups instead, it looks cheap (covid measures) BUT! if you go down to the breakfast buffet, you will drink the same tea from the glassware . On the photo of the “classic room” you will see bathrobes, unfortunately it is ONLY pictures. Slippers were not found in the room either. The cabinets are very old, cheap little kettle and iron. All very poor quality. The pipes need to be cleaned in the bathroom. At check-in, we did not receive any information about the hotel facilities . The Lady took our documents to scan, payment for the tourist tax 120 drh, (I thought we paid all taxes, but no.) Then they offered to sit on the sofas and wait. Information about where our breakfasts would be held, we were not told, I had to go down and find out with me WHERE and WHAT TIME .It also turns out that they have a bus to the beach? Thank you for letting us know. We specially rented a car to go to the beach .(you can find a sign near the elevators with the bus schedule, but we didn’t pay attention to it.) One evening ,we decided to sit in a pub and celebrate my dad's birthday (in advance, he has it in October, but I won't see him, since he lives in Russia, and me in the UAE) We sat until late until 2:00 am. We asked for the bill (700drh- $ 190) And I ask the waiter to put the bill on my room. The waiter did not immediately bring the bill, went to the reception and came to me and said that I HAD to pay the bill on the spot. Since the amount is VERY large, 700 dh. I remind you that we are HOTEL GUESTS . When I went to the reception, the manager is Mohisin said either you pay the bill or set up 1500 drh as a deposit.. AT FIRST . Things like a deposit need to be warned in advance when guests check into the hotel (plus give all the information about the hotel) I have never experienced such humiliation. I did not plan to pay for my father's birthday that evening, but to fall off at the end of our vacation. When asked why I was not warned about the deposit, Mohsin told me I'm sorry, but we have such rules. Excuse me? Sorry for the irresponsible staff ruining my vacation and overall hotel experience? they talked to me as if I had come from the street and not a guest standing in a hotel and spending money there. Mr.Mohsin said that he would write a complaint about his staff? You have a guest at 2:00 am and instead of ,give the over options and solution,you promising to punish your staff? disgusting attitude. If honestly want to move out of here. I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A BAD REVIEW IN MY ALL LIFE. And I would not have written if the night manager had solved the situation in a different way. But I could not forgive such humiliation “SORRY”

    This hotel is a very good place to stay when visiting Dubai. It’s literally 10 min away from Dubai mall, city walk and La Mer. The receptionists, the concierge and everyone in general are very welcoming and kind; they’re ready to assist you with a big smile 😊 The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and clean, and so is the bathroom.
