I’ve been with Tips and Toes Al Barsha for a very long time now and they never fail to deliver good service. Everyone is welcoming me warmly and the assists me until I finish my service. Adam, my massage therapist since I started coming in Al Barsha branch is always amazing. The reception ladies (Jenipher, Gillian, Mitch and Cristine) are always smiling and always willing to help me with future bookings and if I have additional service. Laila and Kath for my nails, they always do the best and Abida my hairstylist. ❤️

I’ve been coming here over the last 3-4 years now. The prices more than make sense for the consistency & level of service offered. Also the yearly package is a very good deal , I do miss the half year package, but like I said the yearly one is excellent too. Moreover, if you have an issue with any service, the management are extremely efficient at handling it & always are polite. I’m especially fond of Gillian, as she is always in a good mood & makes it a pleasure to visit. Jennipher , too is very efficient & manages to run a tight ship & the staff are generally calmer & quieter when she is in charge. For eyebrows especially HD - Lavinia is my one trusted favorite. Always kind & excellent at her job. For my hair color, Myra is always patient & the best part is she doesn’t chat on like other hairstylists where you feel compelled to answer. She understands people are there to relax. Great place

Nail polish chipping from the next day, staff are like robots, if you have an issue no one has a clue how to help. "But we cannot because of the system the system", just ridiculous. overall the service and staff are below mediocre, pricey for no reason. Don't waste you money, tons of better salons in Dubai.

i have visit this albarsha branch and I have the best experience in Hammam with Fatiha, Best experience in Hair with Olivia, all the Front desk team, Latifa very helpful, Joe providing best cofee overall I am very satisfied. Thank you Al Barsha team

That's my second year with w membership. Im happy with the service. However I wish they will always bring new colors for the nails. Gillian is very nice and professional . I also like Cynthia's work she's the best there. All the technicians are nice there in general.

Customer service is superb! Moroccan bath by Fatiha was so refreshing, I't was my first time and she did a very good job. For sure you will come back again for another moroccan bath. I also did full body massage after hamam. Adam did my full body massage and she was very very good as well. One of the best massage I've experienced, 100 % recommended. The whole time I was there the manager Ms Allalou always checked on me and assisted me the whole time. I will visit this branch again because of the exceptional service I've experienced.
