First time to visit this hotel, it is a very cosy place, all the workers are very helpful and supportive, they always go the extra mile to respond to your request. The food there is very tasty, huge portions with a variety of options including vegan plates. The activities at the hotel are very interactive. They have horse back riding, cow milking, bread making, fruit picking and finally pottery making. However the pottery is not at the place, it is done in another hotel 1 blocks away. Definitely it is a great place for me to visit more than once.

Hospital, good food, great location, variety of food .. good staff

Visited the place several times on the past 4 years and luckily 😉 they still hold the same food quality and service. The restaurant is located inside the hotel with outdoor option and also indoor, every thing is build on ECO system. We tried several items and all are very tasty with more huge portion, so it's highly recommended to go for sharing especially for the pegions and the half duck plates, don't miss the green salad and the masque tagin. Prices are reasonable to portion and quality

We enjoyed the place a lot. Although we wanted to eat feteer for lunch but it's only served for breakfast. Nice place with simple a country style. The prices are a bit expensive. They plant and grow herbs and veggies that they use to serve the dishes, which makes their dishes so authentic.

Went there a month ago and after many recommendations from friends in order to try authentic Egyptian food. You’ve to reserve ahead in order for them to prepare the dishes. The menu is quite extensive. We tried the Valarie duck, pigeons and some other bits to share. Everything was delicious and smelled so fresh! The service was immaculate with the waiters being attentive and happy to help. The decorations are simple yet very beautiful. Would definitely recommend and visit again one day.

Food was great and service was very good - people working there were cheerful and helpful. Mr Ahmed the manger is doing a great job !! We also ordered feteer for take away- better reserve ahead- feteer was received on time very well packed and is delicious Highly recommended

Organic food, decent personnel, interesting variety

Beautiful setting, you walk through some little walkways with different crops growing everywhere, all labelled in Arabic and English. As you walk into the restaurant there is a little stream of water fast flowing alongside you. Very nice place, food was good, not great but overall very nice venue.

Incredible food! The food is very delicious and homey, highly recommend to try the molokheya, pigeons, and ducks. Their grilled chicken is also very tasty. The staff is really friendly and the service is very good with a very reasonable price for such good quality food and portions. We were a big group so we had to preorder the night before and the service was very fast when we went there. The only minor inconvenience is they only take cash not card - but there is an atm right outside the restaurant.

Food is ok. You’ll enjoy it if you like authentic Egyptian food. Just that the value for money is not really there.

The place is nice with partial lake view. Quality of food is good. Prices expensive compared to other restaurants in the area. Waiter is not friendly and they refused using the visa machine which wasn’t convenient

Local food with a local atmosphere. It isn't fancy hut you'll love it. My only problem is that they have two menus, one until 2pm and another after 2. As a result, you cannot have feteer in the evening, or chicken for lunch before 2.

Great place, staff very friendly and helpful. Literally staff take an extra mile to make a great place to visit and eat.

Amazing taste, atmosphere and service, everyone was so friendly and hospitable, try the half duck, very juicy and melts in your mouth, the portion is huge and the taste is out of this world, definitely coming again

i’ve been to a lot of restaurants everywhere. However, this was the worst waiting experience I’ve experienced. I waited 2 whole hours for my food to be served and we were treated poorly due to not reserving beforehand even though no one told us we should. Wouldn’t be visiting here again and i don’t recommend unless you want to wait 2 hours after ordering for your food.
