Poor staff. I told them to book an appointment for Thursday they said they will check and confirm but they didn’t bother replying. I am giving them messages on whats app but they don’t care.

Worst customer service, the only word they know is sorry, I was there on time but I got in to the scan after 1 hour. They keep saying excuses with no action to improve.

Today I had my appointment at 11.30am, when I reached the reception I was welcomed with a nice smile and warm gesture, the nurse from inside came and took me for my scan and she was very kind and gentle the way she handled the complete scan, the senior lady, was also so very gentle and she really did a great job, while she was doing my scan she explained everything which normally does not happen, I have been for scans before, I must say this is the best place....they services are really good and very friendly staff.

I found the worst service ever, regretting to visit Al Safwa Radiology Centre. After making the appointment we waited for 2 hours. I’m pregnant and I was terribly hungry but I couldn’t leave the centre b’coz of my scanning. After waiting for so long with out any meal I suffered from health problem. I suggest pregnant ladies should never ever visit this centre. Regretting to visit this centre.

I will update this... I had an MRI done for severe pain in my hip last Tuesday 7 March and I was stuck in the MRI machine for over half an hour because it wouldn't start! Staff were polite and professional. However, the experience left me in doubts over the quality of the machine and images! I would advise exploring other options carefully before deciding on this center for their services. Update:. My specialist in Dubai was very unhappy with the report. It was basic statements. He was disappointed in the quality of images. They were blurry. He showed me images of newer machines and they were high resolution and very clear. I will need to get the MRI re-done. Wasted my money trying to "save" on out of pocket expenses.

Receptionist are very rude behaviour. My appointment is 2:00 clock I waiting for 1& half hours that time no other patients are there. Still there are enjoying and wasting time. For me Like this happened 2 nd time.

Doctor is late by 30 minutes, patients with appointments waiting. Unprofessional. They bill you but dont know when doctor comes. After the doctor came there was some issue for equipment and there was a further delay.

Was recommended to try out this place by a relative. We wanted to do the 4D ultrasound scan. Located inside CG Mall in the reception we found a friendly staff Ms. Midthia who was very warm, helpful & humble. After a few minutes we were called for the scan and were assisted. who again made us feel very comfortable and explained the process. She was with us all throughout the scan to ensure everything went smoothly. The scan was conducted by Dr Kawther, who really defines how an ideal doctor should be. He was warm, friendly & soft-spoken. He was very patient n explained to us each and every segment of the scan in detail. The world needs more doctors and staff like these. Would totally recommend this place and worth the money spend

I had a rather terrible experience with the front-office staff especially the lady in the reception- Migila. Even on the telephone, she was bitter, and upon arrival I learnt that she was not just off mood the other day but it is part of her attitude/habit...She had to make rude statements that were totally uncalled for, to every sentence I said. When you charge premium prices, can you also ensure that your staff match up to that level of professionalism, good language, and courtesy? Otherwise staff like her is sure to tarnish the reputation of the entire firm. The gentleman who was also in the reception was helpful, but he did not know how to ask a customer to wait while he was still finishing with me file, and went on to entertain the other customer, asking me to wait. This is totally unacceptable...but he can do good with some training.

All the people I dealt with were kind, courteous, professional and very helpful. They were very compassionate and very concerned with my comfort. They also eased my anxiety with their handling of everything.

Please don’t go there to do HSG there is no post procedural care was given to patients. After the test the lady who was in charge asked me to get up soon after it’s done and went out of the room leaving me alone I fainted and fell on the floor and woke-up after sometime where no body was there to notice or take care. They should have informed me that I might faint or they should have left me lie down until i am ready and now due to the fall i am suffering from neck pain and swollen arms.

I don’t suggest for early pregnancy women to go here for ultrasound. We had a very bad experience after taking the appointment still you to wait more than 2 hours. Even if you pay self without insurance I don’t know how long it will take for insurance ones. When ever I approach them they give only excuse that something delay happening inside. Why they approved for an appointment then. Worsttttttttt center.

Very poor service staff. It took 3 hour to take an X-ray after insurance approval. That also Thursday noon time.at 2:45pm. Replay was “ report want to write detaily.”

Hello guys I will be short, Iam one of the people who are scared from MRI. as I had artificial disk I need to do MRI to check but I always delay because of this machine. But white this guy KODEESHWARAN he really understand my case he was talking to me make me feel relax so I did it 🎉. I did two times MRI with him which I still don’t believe . My recommendation for people like me have high fobia from small places and breathing issue if u need MRI do with him he is really not feel he do just job. He makes You feel secure and relax . Great experience as before . I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff (specially receptionist) and Dr. (Rupa) were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. (Rupa) really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit so I highly recommend this clinic.
