Firstly
I
would
like
to
thank
Mr.Rafih
Filli
and
the
team
for
putting
up
an
amazing
team
work
and
the
hard
work
each
and
every
employee
and
staff
puts
up
in
the
bringing
up
the
brand
name.
Since
me
coming
from
the
same
hospitality
industry
understand
how
important
is
customer
satisfaction.
Recently
I
had
the
opportunity
to
visit
one
of
ur
branch
in
Dubai
(
7th
street
Mina
road)
on
11th
June
2022
at
23:06.
I
was
there
with
my
brother
and
we
sat
down
and
saw
the
menu
and
ordered
for
2
cups
of
Zafran
tea
(1
small
&
1
medium).
There
was
a
waitress
who
took
our
order
and
then
I
realized
tat
the
medium
cup
would
be
a
bit
bigger
for
me
I
told
the
waitress
within
1
minutes
to
change
it
to
2
small
Zafran.
She
replied
back
to
me
in
a
very
rude
way
she
has
already
punched
the
order
and
cannot
change
it.
I
requested
to
her
very
humbly
“Mam
plz
change
it
as
it
would
be
bigger
for
me”.
Then
she
said
I
need
to
talk
to
the
supervisor
in
the
cash
counter
without
even
looking
at
me.
So
very
politely
I
got
up
and
went
to
the
cash
counter
and
requested
Mr.Ashish
to
please
change
the
order.
He
said
his
supervisor
is
not
available
at
tat
time
and
he
cannot
change
it.
I
requested
him
again
tat
I
had
nly
placed
the
order
few
minutes
ago
and
am
sure
u
can
change
it
as
me
working
as
an
Senior
Human
Resource
office
in
the
same
hospitality
industry
understand
the
POS
system.
Still
he
didn’t
do
it.
I
was
very
disappointed
with
the
behavior
of
the
staff
who
took
the
order
and
Mr.Ashish.
All
they
had
to
do
was
to
give
me
a
small
cup
of
tea.
I
totally
lost
the
space
and
told
them
to
cancel
my
order.
And
he
immediately
did
it
and
thank
you
for
tat
(Mr.Ashish).
I
left
from
there
and
had
my
tea
in
a
different
shop
but
I
would
only
like
to
let
u
know
May
b
they
were
having
a
bad
day
or
they
were
tired
but
customer
service
in
hospitality
is
top
most
important
as
I
consider.
I
will
for
sure
visit
filli
again
as
I
had
met
some
amazing
and
wonderful
staffs
but
would
never
visit
the
branch
in
Al
Mina
road.
You
need
to
train
them
for
sure.
The
perception
and
dream
of
making
it
big
of
Mr.Rafih
Filli
has
not
changed
nor
will
the
unprofessional
staffs
like
Mr.Ashish
will.
I
humbly
request
you
again
to
please
train
them
about
customer
satisfaction.
Just
thought
of
sharing
the
experience
with
you
all.
