Love the ambience of Filli Cafe at Al Mina street. They have a very nice open sitting which I was surprised to see that even in this Dubai weather was full.😊 Inside the decor is nice and a very smiling staff always welcoming you. Can’t resist their signature Zaffran Tea and their irresistible Bun Maska. We often go there to enjoy a nice cuppa of Filli.😊

Very poor service. I waited half an hour to give an order but nobody came to take . Then I go to the counter to order . Again I wait for more half an hour. Waiters are not even approaching to customer

The dynamite burger is amazing. It is always consistently good. I ordered the chicken schezuan foodles, which was really tasty and tried the chicken shami bun kebab which was okay. I've had better elsewhere. The potato poppers were very good. Their menu has a lot of variety.

Food was great. The Punjabi Somoza chaat was a little too much for my taste. The masala fries favoring is so good. The drinks were super delicious too. They sell packs of teas. We brought the Zafron and Karak. Service was good. Bathroom was clean.

Was asked to vacate the ‘window’ seat by employee Ravi as there were 3 gentleman waiting to take that seat and since I was alone I was being offered another seat by the counter, even after me letting the 3 ‘privileged’ gentlemen know that I was working on an email and need 5 more minutes. Absolutely unpleasant of the employee to come to me and request to move. Not coming back here again.

Nice cosy ambience, staff is very polite and service is pretty quick even when fairly crowded. Food/Snacks are of very good quality and superb tasty. Paneer tikka Kathi roll and Hara bhara kebab burger are simply great. But the cheese balls on the sides were very delicious. To top it all Zafran tea was simply awesome. If you are a tea fan then you will definitely go for second helping of Zafran tea. Not much traffic so you can easily get parking nearby. One of the best places I have been for a quick dinner. Wanted to be simple. The place was amazing. Neat, clean, very good, service was great. Filli tea with saffron was awesome. Slightly overpriced. Probably for location. Otherwise it was awesome. Over all rating : Fantastic Value for money:Yes Will I go again. : Definetly.

I love this place is its location, ambience and spaces. Very accessible to everything. And I had the tea with zafran was special. Have Seat outside too. It's summer hot with tea & a good place to talk and drink your variety choices of cafe.

Really don't like being a Karen but had to. This place used to be a really nice chill place to hangout with your friends over a karak I was a regular. But one day this guy comes over ask us about what we are doing and claims to he the manager then tell us we cant play card games here. I guess all good things need to come to an end.

I have visited Filli two times, once at Burjman, and the second time is over here. I had Saffron tea both the times, and it was nice. I also had some snacks earlier, which was okay in tastes. It is a good place for tea from my point of view.

It was really a great experience to visit Filli Cafe. There is a lot of open space to sit and talk with your friends. The tea they served to us was very tasteful. If you are looking for an open or outdoor sitting space cafe then must come here.

A nice place to dine out and indoor seating. Parking is an issue because it’s paid and the shop is on main road. They have different types of tea, coffee and other snacks. Place has a good ambiance in the winter to sit outside and take tea.

Firstly I would like to thank Mr.Rafih Filli and the team for putting up an amazing team work and the hard work each and every employee and staff puts up in the bringing up the brand name. Since me coming from the same hospitality industry understand how important is customer satisfaction. Recently I had the opportunity to visit one of ur branch in Dubai ( 7th street Mina road) on 11th June 2022 at 23:06. I was there with my brother and we sat down and saw the menu and ordered for 2 cups of Zafran tea (1 small & 1 medium). There was a waitress who took our order and then I realized tat the medium cup would be a bit bigger for me I told the waitress within 1 minutes to change it to 2 small Zafran. She replied back to me in a very rude way she has already punched the order and cannot change it. I requested to her very humbly “Mam plz change it as it would be bigger for me”. Then she said I need to talk to the supervisor in the cash counter without even looking at me. So very politely I got up and went to the cash counter and requested Mr.Ashish to please change the order. He said his supervisor is not available at tat time and he cannot change it. I requested him again tat I had nly placed the order few minutes ago and am sure u can change it as me working as an Senior Human Resource office in the same hospitality industry understand the POS system. Still he didn’t do it. I was very disappointed with the behavior of the staff who took the order and Mr.Ashish. All they had to do was to give me a small cup of tea. I totally lost the space and told them to cancel my order. And he immediately did it and thank you for tat (Mr.Ashish). I left from there and had my tea in a different shop but I would only like to let u know May b they were having a bad day or they were tired but customer service in hospitality is top most important as I consider. I will for sure visit filli again as I had met some amazing and wonderful staffs but would never visit the branch in Al Mina road. You need to train them for sure. The perception and dream of making it big of Mr.Rafih Filli has not changed nor will the unprofessional staffs like Mr.Ashish will. I have been regular every week but seems staff is not trained better and too much changing around. Today was super cold to sit inside when asked to increase temperature to bearable answer was that kitchen area is hot inside. 18degrees is what i saw on the Ac control. Fries were cold which I returned back. Previous visit had a fly in tea when informed plain answer should I get you another one. Not expecting this. 3star is just because of Mr Rafih who has done good in promoting it.

I tried their saffron chai for the first time as suggested by friends. I stopped having tea 6 years back and now Filli has changed my mind. I am in love with the tea and looking forward to try more. 5 stars right away and I have no complaint about ambiance, service or food especially the saffron tea which is my favourite now ♥️

I had the chance to visit Filli in Dubai in December 2021. It was a good experience, but it took them about 30minutes to prepare the meal. I just ordered a sandwich with Tea. We were there at 11am but still they took extra time. Overall taste was good. I could have given 5 stars but I’m not impressed by their management skills. Order was late and by the time tea was a not that hot too.

Ambience was good. Not very crowded when I was there. Had zafran tea. One think I found negative was the high amount of sugar in the tea.

If you are looking for place to chill out with friends and to have good food you got it here. Get some Cookies also because they are the best.😋The vibe there is pleasant and peaceful especially when stop there, in between a night drive.
