The results from having treatments at kaya skin care have been phenomenal. I saw fantastic progress after just the first session . I would definitely recommend as this has stopped a daily issue of dealing with excess hair growth, so for me- pretty life changing! Ive also wanted to recommend visiting this branch in particular just because you get to deal with Lovely caring people like Eman.

I had 2 laser sessions with Manal. She is very professional and makes you feel comfortable. I had to schedule an appointment in a tight time and she was understanding of my situation.

I previously rated them 5 stars, I'm changing it to 1 star for the terrible experience I've been having lately. Ever since the new customer service girls came the services have been terrible. I had scheduled appointments no one followed up; i have a package that's not yet completed and usually I'm booked once a month but for the past months they ignored my appointments and never rescheduled when I canceled even after providing them with the rescheduled dates. They don't follow up AT ALL. They started ignoring customers completely. Today I called to ask about a technician they took forever to pick up the phone; the old receptionists used to answer the phone within seconds; this new employee even after waiting for her to pick up the phone she wouldn't let me talk and was of zero help. I'm switching to another clinic as soon as i finish this package; I'm not renewing with this terrible customer service

Friendly and excellent customer service. But theres a gem in this branch. My brothers recommended him, and as expected, the best laser hair removal! All thanks to Mr. Carlo. I can say that hes the only reason for the 5 stars.

One of my friend suggested kaya and it was just amazing than I expected. I had chickenpox scars all over my face and after the first session of chemical peel and micro needling itself the change was drastic and I am very happy. Friendly staffs and Doctor… Go for it

I do my laser hair removal here, their machines are very good. My experience there is great, especially with Carlo, he is very experienced, knowledgeable, and thoughtful to his clients needs. Thanks to him, the laser sessions are seamless and with minimal pain. Will definitely continue doing my sessions there.

The new management and secretaries in the front desk have been very uncooperative and unprofessional in their work, in which they cancelled three of my appointments without properly informing me on email. They just sent that something is cancelled without even mentioning what kind of session or which appointment date was cancelled. Not only that, they also tried changing my technician for my sessions without informing me even though I made it very clear I only want a specific technician. I’ve been a client of Kaya for such a long time, and these discrepancies in appointments and professionalism were never an issue till the new management and secretaries came along. I’ll be finishing up my remaining sessions, and if the appointment scheduling and professionalism issues aren’t resolved, I’ll be looking for another clinic with better services in the future.

The branch in this kaya??. What i heard from other client, The management and customer service over the phone who takes the calls rude and unprofessional. I dont recommend the sweat underarms botox here in Kaya,because within less than 2 months, sweat came back. It is a waste of money.

Really really bad experience with this clinic zero management Never ever recommend anyone to visit this clinic for waste of their money They do consultation with one doctor than on the day of treatment they will say ur doc is not available other doc is available she will do ur procedure Giving appointments without knowing either Dr available or no u visit clinic and ur doc is not available then they are telling to you do ur procedure with the other doc why? how other doc knw about ur scenario ur skin conditions when she did not consulted u I had my last session with Dr Nancy she told she will do but she left country without my treatment what is this behavior how I doc can leave u in between ur treatment without informing patient and no body bother to inform me today I told them to book my appointments now they are telling doc is no more there with them it’s really pathetic this is the service u r providing to customers they way u r dealing u should close this clinic instead of giving such pathetic services. I m also a healthcare worker if this is the way u dealing with us I don’t knw what u people are doing with others I will not let u go like this I will complainant on DOH portal this is not a joke. Don’t go for this 4.7 rating fr sure this is fake rating

This clinic is one of the best so far. I’ve tried a couple of clinics, but this is the only clinic that I benefited from. I tried laser, softlight and facial, and I am very satisfied with the service! Some family members and I always rely on kaya for beauty services. Personally, I’ve had Sanjuna as my aesthetician, and I’ve always been satisfied. She has helped me decide what suits me the best and offered me affordable deals. This is a place I would definitely recommend!

I took advantage of a special offer Kaya had for some services I was interested in and have had a great experience so far. Manal is the technician I've been seeing, and she has been so professional throughout. She answered all my questions beforehand and alleviated any concerns. Manal has gone above and beyond to make the experience comfortable for me. I have not completed the treatment yet, but so far I am very pleased with the immediate results.
