Wanted to try this place because of its unique and fancy name but found everything very average at this place. We asked the waiter what was special in tea and she said 'everything' then we placed the order for ginger tea and asked her if she could suggest something to snack on and asked her what was special and she said 'everything'. After deciding om our own we ordered the punjabi samosa from the menu. The items arrived in a very simple and sad manner on a plate, the price that was charged for this was not justifiable at all. We ordered more tea later in bigger size and the waiter said the bigger sized tea cannot be served in the Kulhar and will be served in a normal glass only. Place was well lit and decorated but the level of service and food quantity could not be justified with the prices that they were charging. The menu placed on the table was a photocopied version which had food and oil stains on it.

Please don't visit this place. In tea they add dried ginger so it tastes different. If you order double masala maggi they add oregano and Chilli flakes that is their double masala maggi which is definitely not good in taste. They offer you with both indoor and outdoor sitting arrangements. If you want to smoke you can sit outside and smoke but they will not give you an ash tray. The service is okay. Not recommended place to visit.

If you're a fan of ginger tea and find yourself in Dubai, then Chai Sutta Cafe is the place to be. Known for their wide selection of chai blends, this cozy café offers a delightful concoction of flavors that will satisfy even the most discerning taste buds. The ginger tea here is absolutely fantastic; it's made with fresh, aromatic ginger that adds a spicy kick to every sip. The balance between the bold ginger flavor and the smoothness of the tea leaves is simply impeccable. So whether you're seeking a warm cuppa on a chilly day or simply want to indulge in some comforting goodness, Chai Sutta Cafe should definitely be on your list. With its casual ambiance and excellent service, it's the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a steaming hot mug of ginger tea.

Beautiful cafe. Most places in Dubai service the chai with evaporated milk, this place however serves some decent fresh milk chai. The kulhad experience and the miti aroma was like wow. Decent open air seating and good indoor capacity with social distancing. Recommend…!

A place with casual but comfortable sitting where you come to unwind over a Kulhad Chai and Maggie that makes you nostalgic and you don’t end up with a hole in your pocket. Ample indoor & outdoor seating with enough food options in the menu starting Maska Bun, Garlic Shots & Samosas to Sandwiches, Maggie & Pizzas. Paired with some Cold or Hot beverages. I got the opportunity to meet the owners Rricha & her husband Milind who introduced us to their best selling Paan & Rose tea. I was apprehensive at first but I was blown at the first sip of it. Refreshing & so flavorful. Well I had 4 cups of different flavors of tea from the menu ( which kept me up until late night ) but worthy!

Chai Sutta is a perfect neighborhood spot to gather around for some chit chat with your friends or family over a kulhad of hot chai and some yummy quick bites. It has a great outdoor space which is perfect for the ongoing weather. The indoor space is dim lit with bar stools type seating, one wall at the back has adorned wonderful quotes on chai. I am sure any chai lover like me would pause and read it and definitely relate to it. A precise menu of pizza, sandwiches, Maggi, burgers, shakes and offcourse varied varieties of chai. We tried their Adrak wali chai which is supremely divine, apt flavours, mildly sweetened and was soulfully satisfying. It's gonna be regular for me when around the area. But again 3dhs for a small kulhad was disheartening though. Phew.. but the chai was really good. Pair it with their bun maska and that becomes a perfect match made in heaven. Simple treat that can be relished any time of the day. We also had paneer takatak sandwich, a lovely tangy paneer cubes encapsulated in grilled bread and went well with green chutney alongside. Loved it. We had their CSS pizza, which was thick crust, loaded with cheese and veggies which was decent in taste. Loaded fries was regular fries topped with cheese, nothing fancy and lacked the wow factor. Tandoori Maggi has oodles of masala to it, spicy one to my tastebuds but tasted okay. Service was friendly but could be more better. Overall an hangout place and can certainly be tried if around that area for some desi street style food n kulhad chai with an apt tag line 'cuddle in a kulhad'. Certainly Recommended!!!!
