    We stayed 7 night. Very disappointed with morning breakfast. Nothing like 5* the food quality was poor. Cleaning also not very good when we come back from out side whole day in room was not clean properly. Then my husband notice bed sheets was not changed. When we ask then. Then after they clean properly. Staff was very good and helpful. The owner of the hotel should improve food quality. People are coming and paying there money to spend some time to enjoy.

    The hotel is great place to stay as it is right next to the metro line and is in the heart of the city. It may not be the lavish property like Atlantis but it's the perfect place for vacation with kids. It has multiple choices of restaurants and stuff to do for kids. You can also order food from outside or order in. They are located right opposite to an McDonald's and right on the main street. So convenience wise it's the best place to be. Also the staff members are very friendly and cooperative. The room that we got was very spacious and impressive.

    Awesome 5 star hotel in such a low price. Hospitality was just at next level. They take care of the customers really like there own relatives. Food quality was the best. Also, room service and everything else were all to the point. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for 5 star at affordable price.

    I had a very pleasant stay at Park Regis. The property is in a good location, room size is good, there is a office table in the room. Big sized washrooms which come with a bath tub! Breakfast buffet had plenty of options in veg food, and the restaurant offers great views of the city. There is a club on the M floor which is apt for folks looking to party! Staff was cooperative, slightly reticent but served the purpose. I recommend this property.

    I stayed at this place recently for 3 days and I must tell the experience was quite excellent. The rooms are spacious, properly ventilated, well maintained, and they provide almost everything along with slippers. We had a buffet breakfast for 3 days, and that had more than 40 items, and it covers most cuisines. The best thing about this location is that they are located in a prime place, which has numerous restaurants to munch in.

    Enough spacious clean rooms, services & staff behaviour are at its best. Each of the services provided by the hotel was too good whether it was pool, sauna & jacuzzi. The hotel is situated at the place where you can easily find the metro, grocery stores, Indian Restaurant by walking distance. I would definitely suggest this property for stay.

    Absolutely perfect...i can give more than a 5 star🤗. We booked last August for 8 days with free breakfast, pool access, sauna and jacuzzi. They have a friendly and helpful staff. A lot of stores nearby, and also the train station is walking distance only. In the rooftop you can see a lot of tourist spots like dubai frame and burj khalifa.. The breakfast i can't say nothing but all delicious... Good recommendation🫰❤️

    Pathetic service and food at the hotel. 1. The hotel staff espicially the manager is extremely rude. When we requested for two dinner plates the staff was extremely disrecptful and denied provided it on the ground that its hotel policy to not give any cutlery if you do not order any food with it. Fascinating we checked the whole website and nowhere in their terms and conditions have they written any such uncalled for and arbitary rules. The hotel staff claims that the property is a 5-star property however the truth is there services are no where near to a five class property. 2. The breakfast served is below average. all items that they claim to provide are bad in quality and sub-standard. There are much better properties available at the same price in Dubai that serve way better food and I would recommend you not to book this place if you are looking to stay in Dubai.

    I'm definitely going to revisit this hotel if i come to Dubai again! Best rooms and most importantly best service. The management will always make you feel at home and provide you with whatever help you need. The facilities are top notch especially the jacuzzi and swimming pool. Location is very good, right in the heart of the city close to many major attractions. Definately worth the value!

    This hotel manages to call itself 5-star only on a technicality. Everything about it is underwhelming, and it starts right when you enter. The lobby is old, dark and crowded; the lifts take ages to arrive; the corridors smell musty and the rooms, even if spacious look like they have seen better days. The staff are poorly trained, and some were downright rude and curt. I saw more than one guest complain to supervisors regarding staff behaviour. The breakfast buffet was adequate, though certainly not flavourful. The restaurants have a limited menu and the quality does not justify the prices by any stretch. Not even going to bother mentioning things like no turndown service, rooms not cleaned often or thoroughly enough etc as by the second day, I had given up the basic expectations you have of a 5-star hotel. Coming back to your hotel after a long and hot day out should feel like a welcome embrace - to us it felt like a cold slap every single day. The location however, is its sole redeeming feature - you will find yourself in the midst of plenty of restaurants, malls, pharmacies and within a short walking distance of the metro. This hotel will be bottom of my list if I ever come to Dubai again.

    Lovely Hotel to stay. Staffs are very friendly, helpful and well coming. Location is Amazing. Dubai Metro is few walks away. Meena Bazar is nearby. Lots of Indian / Pakistani Restaurants are closed by. I enjoyed my Dubai Vacation stay for 5 nights in this Hotel. Nice big room for 3 Adult family. Roof Top Swimming Pool, Bar and Club 7 are Amazing. In future, i will definitely stay in this Hotel again.

    I went for a party on the mezzanine floor. The floor is shared with the night club, so whoever is booking the ballroom for dinner events, please be forewarned. There is free parking available in the basement for the customers. Snacks were good. Main dishes were tasty but not extraordinary. Dessert was very little. Service was good. Maria was very helpful and kind. Some waiters allotted were newcomers or untrained.

    I booked the hotel for 4 nights. As i am a jain and a pure vegetarian so i keep my food with me . i requested hotel staff and manger to provide me a single plate and Bowl , however they denied . The hotel staff is so rigid that they asked me to order food from the hotel itself and then they will provide me cutlery. The staff was so rigid that even after explaining everything they denied to provide me anything. The hotel says its a 5 start property however the window section is worst than a 2 star hotel. They have old furniture and the chair covers in a bad condition. The AC is not working properly. i may not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel even the location to access local market is good.

    The hotel is an amazing place! Great location, and the staff were so helpful. I would have given it a five-star if their breakfast had more continental choices. But if you don't care about the breakfast, I will highly recommend the place.

    The best hotel we family experienced for 7 days of trip to dubai… everything was just amazing and at its best.. the buffet they served was theee best i ever had somewhere else My Personal favourite thing was their bed pillows.. I just loved the pillows.. they were damn soft and i never noticed like when i just slept.. the pillows are something i am missing from the hotel 😂 Special request.. send me the same pillows please, i need that amazing sleep again 😍 Thank you for your kind hospitality ❤️

    *DO Not Recommended, be aware of fraud* -The hotel is clean and most of the staff are nice. It is definitely not a 5* hotel. It is more like 3.5 to 4*. - The breakfast listed as 105 AED but they charge 150 in the hotel!! - Jacuzzi and steam saunas are closed which they blame to Covid while pool is open! No changing room or shower etc for the pool. - I requested for an early check out, and before making any arrangement, I just talked with the reception to see if it is possible and I would get a refund. He confirmed it should be fine and advised me to proceed with my travel agency. I changed my travel plans ans rebook my flights based on this, but surprisingly hotel denied my refund request later! It seemed like they earn money in this way, double renting a room to different customers. Please be aware, you would not get any customer service if anything out of ordinary happens. I strongly suggest to book another place as I'm not sure what else they would do.

    Excellent location, great service staff, specially Joseph, from the ground floor restaurant. Walking distance to 2 metro stations and a lot of dining places immediately next to the hotel and nearby. Breakfast buffet on the 19th floor had good options, including Indian food corner. The staff was managing the guests very well. The concierge desk was quick with helping in booking a taxi. Found the regular room a little small for us so upgraded to a suite which was enormous in size. Bathroom was spic and span with no water leakage or plumbing issue. The walls seemed to be a little thin as we could hear people walking/stomping on the floor above and if one of us was using the shower, the water flowing through the pipes was audible in the room. Nevertheless, a very good experience overall.

    We liked our stay at the hotel. The room was nice, clean and spacious; staff very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is located in workers neighbourhood, a 5 minute walk between two metro stations, and a bit of a ride to major points of interest. I deduct half a point rating for the fact that neither of my two messages (one through Check24 booking platform and another direct to the hotels email address) regarding an earlier check-in were answered. Fortunately at arrival we were allowed to check-in earlier for an additional payment of AED200 which seemed very fair. But the fact that we were not informed, could not plan in advance and had to take a gamble was not good. Also I would deduct a point for the way my another request was handled. After an extensive research of tons of hotel options I decided to book a 10 night stay at Park Regis, mainly because of good value for money, very good reviews and roof top swimming pool with stunning views. Roof-top pool and bar of Regis Kin is a center piece of hotels description and was a selling point for me. I was ready to pay a little premium for it. Unfortunately we had a very bad luck with the weather: on some days it was windy, on some - it rained. In short, out of 7 times we tried to go to the roof-top swimming pool and bar, 5 times it was closed. Hopefully you can understand our chagrin, especially considering there is absolutely no information on the website about the possible closure of these amenities. I fully understand that hotel is not responsible for the weather but it is responsible that a customer feels he gets a good value for the money he paid. Since the pool was closed on many occasions, it is not unreasonable for a customer not to be satisfied. As I talked to the top manager and asked if there is anything she is willing to do to make up for the fact that we could not use the well advertised amenities, there was absolutely no sign of understanding of my dissatisfaction and no effort made to make up for it. There were standard answers that a hotel is not responsible for the weather and there is nothing she could do about it. To my question why there is no information warning the potential hotel that the pool can be closed she said the pool closes very very rarely and only as an exception. So I guess this exception happened at least 5 times during 10 days and she wasn't ready make things good for the hotel guest. Interestingly enough, 20 minutes after my conversation with a manager, the swimming pool got opened and there were absolutely no wind at the pool area. That makes one wonder whether the pool area could have been opened on the prior days also. I asked the manager if there was construction site with all the noise and disturbance next to the hotel (for which the hotel is also not responsible), would the rooms cost the same as on the other side of the hotel. She said, yes. I think she needs an advanced training, lol :) In short, I felt customer service for that particular issue was way below what a 5 star hotel should provide and left with a feeling that profit was a higher priority for the manager than customer's satisfaction. Otherwise, like I said very nice hotel, deserves all the positive ratings but also deserves a better top manager. Looking forward to staying again at this hotel sometime in the future, hopefully with a better weather :) Timour

    Excellent hotel. We stayed in rooms number 310. Big size rooms, Location is best, Breakfast Menu is superb, the guy i forgot his name, he is working in Sports bar and from Nepal is a very good guy, everyone is so affectionate and humble. The only drawback was, there was no fridge inside room.

    Unprofessional I had a disappointing experience with this hotel. I attempted to book a room through their website, which showed a better rate than booking through another site. However, the website was slow and unresponsive, and it took a long time to select a room and reach the payment option. When I tried to make payment, I received an error message stating that there was a technical issue and to contact the hotel reservation team to complete the booking. After contacting the hotel reservation team via email, I explained the issue and asked for help completing the booking for 3 adults, 2 rooms, and 3 nights. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response until I sent multiple reminders, and the response I received was unhelpful. The reservation agent offered a special rate that was actually higher than what was advertised on their website, and it was only for a triple room. I found it embarrassing that they did not even read my email request or provide accurate information. I had to reply and advise them to double-check my email requirement and advise the correct room rate and booking link. Despite my efforts, they did not respond for three days, which was unprofessional. I ultimately decided to book a room at Double Tree by Hilton, which was located just across the road. The staff there were professional, informed, and well-behaved. I had stayed at Double Tree by Hilton before, but their rates were a bit high this time. I decided to try Park Regis to save some money, but it proved to be a mistake. This experience highlighted the importance of professionalism and value for money when choosing a 5-star hotel, rather than trying to save a few bucks and losing peace of mind.

    I was very disappointed with my stay at the Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel. The hotel is overrated and overpriced. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The food is bland, cold, and expensive. The rooftop pool is crowded, dirty, and unsafe. The location is inconvenient, far from the metro and the attractions. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a waste of money and time.

    A wonderful experience all round. The room was upgraded for us, and was spacious, clean and tidy. All staff were helpful particularly our lovely wait staff (?Mohammed)at breakfast, ladies at reception and the senior concierge. Gopal from housekeeping was also great & brought us extra milk, water and different pillows. The second time we’ve stayed at Kris Kin - we will be back again next time we pass through Dubai.

    We had a pleasant stay. Room was surprisingly huge and the beds were so comfortable. Furnishings are a little outdated though. Receptionist Noli was so helpful and prompt. He even checked on us after checking in our room and made sure we do not need anything else. Breakfast spread at Kris View Resto was so-so... less variety to choose from. Staffs at the resto however were worth mentioning for being friendly and attentive. Overall experience was above my expectations.

    One of the Best hotel in Dubai. Great value, perfect location, amazing and friendly staffs, amazing roof top view Overall it was amazing experience to stay in park regis Have directed one star for the below points 1. Please accept a normal request of honeymoon couples like higher floor or early check in or anything that makes their trip amazing 2. Add a live counter for vegetarians in the breakfast. This is really important since it is a 5 star hotel and the spread will look good better if something is added for vegetarians

    The 4 nights experience at park regis was worst. The hotel staff show no curtsey towards the guests. The breakfast was pathetic with the same course every day and the food was served like lunger. During our four days stay we didn't receive any warmth as all the staff looked too busy. A total disappointment. People pls don't go by myth.. they do serve Indian food but very inferior quality and their location in good but not their behaviour.

    Reception has lot of issues especially Tamannah who throwed the card at us and showed attitude for just requesting the adjacent for a family . We got room 43minutes delayed and above which reception Tamannah was not at all sorry even once when they knew we had 3 children with us and we have been waiting since morning. We understand that hotel had full occupancy but disrespectful behaviour from reception after 3-4 follow up and finally we had to go down to the reception to get the second room allocated . Worst staff attitude experienced in any 5 star .All thanks to Tamannah for giving us the 5 star experience and not supporting us . Very disappointed customer .

    Best service you get in any hotel. Specially Rudra who is excellent in his service. He is always available and fulfill our requirement even it is 5 in the morning. His professionalism is incomparable from what I have experienced till now in any hospitality. He understand our requirement and he is helpful and even his staff Smith also amazing person. For their service I would give all stars ok review.

    Rooms and all were decent enough. But the main complaint was with the food. People who all are jains should not visit this hotel as from my experience the staff and management decisions are very harsh and not in favor of customers. We booked hotel for total 4 nights and on the very first day we found out that for jain people there were only 2 items of breakfast while for other people there were minimum 6 different items. We requested to management to add atleast one item additional for jain food but management told that its against our policy and told NO on our face. It was very disappointing and disrespectful as a customer because we paid equally the amount as paid by others but were not treated the same. My booking was for 4 nights and we requested to add one item not on very first day but from 2nd day but was rejected on face. Its a big request for everyone to reconsider decision before going.

    I can’t believe being such a good brand they can hire such illiterate and manner less staff named as Gurpreet, Tamanna, Mohmmed. All three of them are working at front desk, they don’t have basic manners to greet the staff and not have basic knowledge what Gurpreet says is if a group of 4 people come and they want room near by it should be mentioned at the time of booking, I mean it’s very basic if you are all together nearby rooms are required and they are so rude not ready to adjust according to the guest requirement and so rude while they talk. Also food they serve looks so local and sub- standard. Rest hotel is good like the view and the room and housekeeping staff is really good and cooperative.

    One of the best hotels to stay in Dubai. Many Indian restaurants are located nearby. Indian food is easily available. Burjuman mall and metro are quiet nearby. Rooms are the best. Great ambiance, top notch service by the staff. The reception is very helpful as well. They also have a complimentary drop to Dubai mall and La mer beach everyday 2 times. Overall a very satisfying and wonderful experience.

    The location of this hotel is the best. It's like a steal deal. There are so many restaurants, Day to day is at walking from here, it felt just like home. All other services are also very good. Great and hassle free place to stay.

    We had a very bad experience with this hotel. Our flight got cancelled due to poor visibility and we had reached to the hotel to give us refund or provide us stay for alternative dates. They straight away declined to our request saying booking was non-refundable. They did not even considered the fact that our flight got cancelled twice and hence we were not able to reach and was a genuine request. They are very rigid and not at all customer friendly. Even in case of COVID when all good hotel/flights have revised there policies in cases of unseen circumstances, this hotel is still living with decade old policies and practices. What a shame!

    First I had come in 2018 and now in 2022 the time I stayed for an average of 4 to 5 nights I selected this hotel because of its location which is near to the Burjuman Metro station and the availability of Indian food options behind and near the hotel. It is well connected to Bur dubai and the most interesting part of this hotel is its terrace the view is awesome during the night and Day of Dubai skyline. Staff of hotel is good rooms are quite nice and big very comfortable one.

    Great location for tourists. Hotel accommodated a very early checkin (10 am) by giving us one of the two rooms we had booked. Located close to some very good restaurants, and also very close to public transit system. Getting taxi from the hotel is not super easy, you have to walk some distance for it. Hotel doesn't help much.

    We have stayed here a few times and have loved it. The sauna, steam and jacuzzi on the 19th floor is great after a day of sightseeing. The two gentlemen up there are very attentive and will have everything ready for you. The pool on the rooftop is amazing at night time as you can see Dubai lit up. Cocktails are good as well.

    Amazing staff as always. We were received beautifully and allowed to have dinner before check in due to our late arrival. The DJ in the Kris lounge was so great with her skills. Roof top pool is always a joy. The food is delicious a-la-carte but the buffet is not bad either. Only downside was the lounge downstairs which requires a purchase in that lounge to use even if you're a paying guest in the hotel and just awaiting your uber. That makes it inconvenient to wait on your transport elsewhere, possibly at the P level where you check in upstairs.

    Must say this is a really nice property and very very worthy for the price you pay. Their service was simply the best. Very humble and polite staff. Neat and tidy rooms , with all the amenities including sauna and a very well maintained pool. Stayed there for a week and Very pleased with the service they offer. Kudos to the entire staff !!!

    Im a very old customer. Coming here since 2014, the management changed and this place became HORRIBLE. lately they started with this DJ coming every night playing very loud African and Filipino music. And they changed the comfortable Sofas to blue stiff uncomfortable chairs. this place is for classy people who enjoys a glass of wine or whiskey and a conversation with a cigar and a beautiful view not a party place. Who wants to party can go M floor to club seven. MUSIC SO LOUD YOU LITERALLY CANT TALK TO THE PERSON NEXT TO YOU!!! This place used to be an Amazing hideaway NOT ANYMORE.

    Excellent hotel for Indians especially vegans. Very well connected to all parts. Request hotel to initiate asking customers to download careem taxi app and provide metro route map which will have far reaching good effect on their stay here . Would definately visit again if back in Dubai.

    After booking d room n making payment also allotting d room was delayed due to hotel not getting payment confirmation !! After 15 - 20 mins I came back to confirm about d payment confirmation n get d room allotment done. The receptionist was prompt in handing over d room keys ( 501) even before me asking him. Along wit tat I made a tax payment of 100 AED for which neither did I get any receipt nor did the receptionist inform tat it will be added in d final bill or will give a receipt at tat time !! At d time of checking in I told the reception person very specifically to give me a good room coz d duration of stay is for 5 nights ( saw d reviews after booking ) where many have mentioned about d room conditions and facilities. Just as I entered d room 501, I was shocked to see tat d TV is very old n audio was not working also. The bed covers had holes all thru them & the sofa cushion threads were literally coming out !! The furnishings are also very old n have bad marks on them !! So it's looks like they are still making money based on d brand name of the hotel and not for the services or experience they should be  providing to d customers !! Seriously very disappointed with easemytrip for putting such hotels up for booking & Park Regis Kris kin Dubai for still letting customers using tis old hotel n putting them thru tis kind of an experience. We the travelers come here from around d world hoping for a pleasant n happy memories filled trip, but this will definitely be bad for all those involved. I got a call from receptionist Mr. Amal and waiting for almost 30 - 45 minutes they have changed my room from 501 to 1504. I was informed tat they would change it to a deluxe room but got d same room but on a different floor and only slightly better than d old one. The room AC is a dummy, it's only a centralised AC and doesn't change temperatures to our liking. It remained stationery @23 Degrees even after their technician doing a cosmetic job of changing d wall remote and AC filter. Their room fridge doesn't even chill water and even beer cans to d required temperature also, it is a junk. They Park Regis Kris Kin have to update the room atmosphere and their old TV to smart TV's and wifi setup n support which many of the small hotels compared to u offer strong wifi set up n internet abled TVs n some better room atmosphere. I just stayed in Four seasons by Sheraton downtown for 2 nights before trying to upgrade n ending up here !! One of my worst stays compared to any star or budget hotels I have stayed across USA , Canada , Hongkong , Singapore etc . The only bright side was their breakfast resturant staff n their hospitality ( even buffet was just ter n not woow ) ..

    The best part of this hotel is : 1) Location wise is excellent. 2) Buffet Breakfast and Lunch is great with a super skyline view. 3) good options available nearby for shopping and food all within walking distance.

    Perfect hotel. Lot of Indians. Great complementary breakfast, sometimes you may get a que so be in time. Sauna, jacuzzi, steam, gym, pool all services in perfect condition and available. Very humble and cooperative staff. 4 fast lifts. Travel desk available. Airport 7 kms. Many restaurants nearby. Day to day supermarket with souvenirs section available. Metro station nearby. Good view. All in all. Perfect hotel to stay.

    Porter at the reception spoils the over all experience. During check in neither did he respond nor did he made any efforts in helping us with baggage nor guiding us to the lift. He was busy chatting with a small kid & ignored us. Finally on the day of the checkout we see him smiling & us. We were wondering how come he’s welcoming us?! The next second he gets a book & wants a review! Haha! He wants a five star rating so he was being nice to us. Though still he never helped us with anything during check out as well. Such behaviour not appreciated! Hotel should reconsider..

    It is located in the centre of the city with easy access to the metro and shopping malls. Also you can easily go around to the local shops as they are located at the back street not far away.The rooms are really nice and spacious. It is really quite and clean. The best was the view you get at the top ,whether you are going for a breakfast or lunch or dinner ...it is one of the best and breathtaking. Loved it really .one of the best to stay in Dubai.Highly recommend.

    The rooms were clean. The Bathrooms were spacious and clean Very courteous and helpful staff. And most of all,The BEST location that you can ask for while holidaying with your family. Sure to stay in Park Regis Kris Kin on my next visit to Dubai too.

    We were 2 families here for 7 days Wonderful Location (5 starts) - so many Indian restaurants, day to day, metro station and everything is at walking distance Rooms (5 stars) - well maintained and comfortable Breakfast (5 stars) - Refreshing start of the day, Banquet Manager (Ms Dream) very professional & helping. Hospitality (5stars) - very professional Only HR team need to give training to SECURITY incharge (morning) He is very dedicated to his work but needs training to handle situations (kids) & looses temper very easily. Due to him we usually don’t sit (waiting) at lobby area, comes down only when cab arrives Can’t give lower ratings due to 1 person All over good experience Will surely stay here only at next visit

    We just loved our experience of staying here for vacations.Rooms are quite spacious and bed is big, comfy and pillows are nice.We stayed with family of 3 and food, housekeeping services and staff all are good.We even loved the dressing room with mirrors that's easy to dress up nicely. There's music in the bathroom and we all loved it.I would recommend it to all. The old Dubai view is marvellous👌👍.

    Visited the Hotel to attend a function.. Surprisingly, found the food excellent n the Banquet hall good enough for 100 pax. The Ambience was highlighted with the ceiling crystal hangings. An excellent Venue to host small functions...Kudos to the staff n Manager

    Best in the area hotel with 5 star rating and services. The location is just wonderful because you get a lot of eating options nearby and the metro connectivity too. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms are big. They put a special focus on cleanliness and you feel just like home.
