Very Bad And Rude service. Quite expensive. Noisy and lobby ia full of Dirty girls. Managment is not friendly they dont treat u like guest.

Not customer friendly, For their prices service is bad. Other hotels give better service for the pri es they charge. The night bar is very noisy, you hear in the closed rooms.

If you're planning to stay with family or even a business trip this hotel is not for you, security guards, managers are super rude, rooms are dirty corridor sleeps like dead 🐠🐟, but if your going for clubing and partying and spent money on ladies then it's a good place for you

The manager of the Mirchi Club very rude. I don't know his name but I visit twice MIRCH CLUB. One tall guy at Entrance call himself owner . have very bad attitude not only with me with mostly coustmer . He force coustmer to order bottle.or rest make line and wait for buy tickets. Attention ly he take time to give tickets with roud behavior. Staff is greedy. No one listen if u complain every one need tips. I try to complain for this guy at reception but use less. They r use to it. what is this how you have like this manager in your hotel staff also bad if you don’t know how to take care customers don’t open the club no need to have after party be kind if you want to have customers don’t be rude like this should talk good don’t think you are the manager and can do everything I go for pay not for free you just manager not owner bad so bad to think to visit here change your mind 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Scammers, will tell you that you have not paid. Rude with tourists. Bouncers force you. Rooms are dirty Just like guest house for adult services Cockroaches Cold food No room service Noisy and smelly Put old sheets on bed

Housekeeping is so poorly. Rooms are very stinky, smell's so.bad. There is no Towle, no shampoo, shower also is so bad.. when we are taking shower cold water stops and they fix it after 40 minutes.. Not even worth one star rating

There are so many things bad in this hotel. I will mention just one that l was not able to sleep at all because the sound of club music was so high noisy not convertible l hope you understand

The room had smell of woods. They charged for dental kits which was supposed to be complementary

The Hotel is good for one night or more, but not good for business trip, due to the following reasons: 1- Sound insulation between the rooms is too bad, 2- Too much noise from the clubs, and screams/Moaning from couples during their special time. 3- Room Hygine is not that high, but quite good. 4- Internet is not fast enough, 5- No handspray in the toilets. 6- Towels not good. 7- Houskeeping or laundry not always answers the phone calls. 8- Housekeeping not vacumm the rooms every day. 9- Grills not cleaned and have dust. 10- wall sockets loose and not fixed properly. I didn't try the pool or gym yet to conclude an opinion

Ramee Royal Hotel in Burdubai first off all very expensive and its not worth it. They entertain parties not the families. Not able to sleep at all. whole night Dj around us. There are 7 night clubs in the hotel. For everything money they choose money out of you. Service staffs are good and polite.

One of worst ever staff response on the customers . Does not pay any attention regarding room service . Have travelled to many places but no such negligence towards the customer and such bad behaviour ….. worst hotel have been waiting from past 4 hours for the reservation room lol 😂

This hotel got worst bollywood club at 1st floor with worst front staff…they discriminate foreign tourists

Clean and neat rooms. Service is not that great as response time is high. They could not repair safety locker for 3 days ! I had got good price due to summer so value for money for me. Nigh club noise as this is common for all hotels in Dubai. Difficult to get taxis from the hotel though metro station is just 600 mtrs but difficult to walk during summer.

the worst hotel in Dubai . not clean and smell very bad . there is 2 night clubs in the hotel so you can’t sleep because of the noise the sound of the music is very loud and anoying. it’s not good for family you feel not safe in this hotel . very bad experience

The hotel is large and quiet and really good from inside for staying. Clean and fresh but quite basic. The badement parking is very tight and I scratched my mirror. The lift has some undesired posters that are embarrassing and needs to be removed.

i am giving 3 star this hotel service is not good and rate are very high specially on weekend night ,Asian bar is toooo crowded Indian boys and Pakistan girls are mostly visiting here , you can found here drinks food are very expensive if you are boaring at home on weekend night and you have some extra money then u can visit here for nothing just waste your mony time .

Worest experience. Breakfast was pathetic. Room service was good.
