Fraud Company. They cheat customers. i bought a silver pendant set for 800 dhirams from mint jewels in june 2017. I was brainwashed by the sales man to buy silver but after returning home i found out from others that I was charged almost the double price than you get from other stores and the item was not worth that price.So i returned it the next day. since there is no cash refund, owner bishar asked me to purchase something else. Everything was so expensive in that store and was not worth and unfortunately i did not have time and left the country. i called him from abroad and asked whether i can take gold coin for that money. he said yes and confirmed it.whenever i wanted to send someone to collect the coin on my behalf, bishar was not available. this continued for more than a year and last month february when i was in dubai i went to mint jewels. I had called bishar and told him the day I was coming . Inspite of that, he did not arrange the coin and said that there are no gold coins available in the store and he promised to deliver it to abudhabi (where i was staying) on 26th of feb without fail. i believed his words. but he did not come or call. i kept calling but everytime some excuses and new reasons. Then he said that he will transfer the money which is 800dhs to my account. he did not do that.he did not pick up my calls thereafter. I left UAE by then. Anyone would get frustrated with this behaviour towards customers. I was asking what is rightfully mine as a customer and what was promised. He kept giving false promises and did not want to give the money or coin. Then when I told him I have recordings of the conversation and that I will take the matter legally, he agreed to give the coin. finally after almost 1year 9 months, when my father-in law went to collect the coin he cheated us again by giving gold coin hardly worth 600 dhs. He took 200dhs and gave stupid explanation for that. I tried to speak to him . But he disconnected the call and didn't pick up the calls after whenever I tried. I was charged 800 dhs in the bill for 4gms of gold coin with no further details in the bill. I am not in UAE now and definitely wanted to take legal action against MINT JEWELS and its owner BISHAR for cheating. More than the money, i wasn't given consumer rights and was cheated and made false promises. Be careful . They will cheat you with high prices(you can compare with other stores) and they will not give what is rightfully yours as a customer. There is no customer service department or anyone you can go for a solution since the owner BIshar manages the customer care also. So you will be stuck. Next time I am in UAE, i will definitely take this matter to ministry of consumer rights. Mainly because if no action is taken against such businessmen who cheat customers, they will cheat customers again. As a proof, I have attached the copy of the last bill and the coin I received from them. He has charged me wrong price for the gold coin without any further details..For sure this shop is going to be closed soon.. Dont be fooled by such shops.

They give excellent first impression, because all they want is to sell. They don't really care about the fittings once you purchase it. I'm extremely disappointed with their tailor Kristina. If you find the dress of your dream in a better price buy it from them but find a tailor that understands and is experienced in wedding gowns. To cut a long story short: I ordered size 8 of dress from Spain,although they wanted me to take the one they had in store(size 10)and alter it. Got the dress sooner that they expected, and after 4 months I went for 1st fitting. All she had to do was to make it shorter. She failed. It was 3cm longer than what we agreed. Somehow they convinced me it was perfect (it was convenient for them cause the tailor had to go on leave) Later that day I realized it wasn't evenly cut from both sides. Unacceptable work for a wedding dress tailor. She doesn't have any understanding at all. Wouldn't recommend that place at all. You may find good offers and think you are saving money, but an the end of they day you are wasting your energy, good mood and time!

The Wedding Shop is the perfect gem in the city. I was searching and found the saint patrick collection breath taking and the price tag was super reasonable. Some of them look triple the price because they are just so wow. Jen there was so so helpful throughout the whole process. I'm so impatient to experience the dress I bought!!! Lovely selection of dresses but very poor aftercare. It has made wedding dress shopping a truly stressful experience. Upon buying my dress I was told it would be adjusted to fit 8weeks before the wedding. I have had three fittings and all they have done is take in the back so now it is too tight and it's still far too big at the front. They then proceeded to tell me that I had gained weight and that's why it was tight (untrue, I have been measuring my waist biweekly). I have now picked it up and taken it to stitch in time where they are actually trying to help me. All the assistants said was "this is the trouble with buying the sample" despite them assuring me it will fit perfectly at the time of purchase. I'm now getting married in 3 weeks time and I'm hoping that stitch in time can help me. For the amount you spend in this shop the tailoring should be perfect, it is far from this. They just want to make a quick sale and will tell you anything until you buy it.

Been with a lot of bridal shop and I may say by far this boutique has a wide range of selection and not to mention staff is very friendly and accommodating. They will listen to what you like and give advise. About the price very reasonable so if you are looking for elegant but not too expensive dress then this is the place that is worth to visit.

Horrible customer service experience, the shop manager not only knows how to deal with customers horribly, he uses bad words to call the customer, they keep lying aboit their products, the salesmen are liars and they want to take every bit of money from customers , and when the customer complain, the shop owner uses bad words to customers, i have registered a complain with dubai customer rights and the complain is in progress, if u want to be respected and u dont wanna loose ur money, dont walk in that shop, there is no zero or minus star, i would have definitely given them minus, horrible attitude of the owner and manager, when i complained to the sales person and i sqid i need to talk to the owner, he called the owner on phone and said owner is in abu dhabi, lying, he was just around and when i insisted that i need to see the owner, he came to me after 5 mins and started shouting at me and calling me bad words, poor attitude...

I visited this boutique in November of 2016 to try on wedding dresses for the first time. The staff was so informative and patient. They make appointments with only one bride in their store at a time so all attention is on you during your appointment. They don't oversell the dresses as they understand this is an important decision for the bride. I fell in love with my dress at their shop. They recommended that I visit other boutiques as well since this was my first time trying wedding dresses. I couldn't stop thinking of this dress after I left so two weeks later I scheduled another appointment to try it on again. My heart was set and I placed my order. Couldn't recommend this place and their staff enough for other brides that are feeling overwhelmed with the whole wedding dress shopping experience. Absolutely wonderful experience for me. Waiting for my gown to arrive to start the fitting!

Mint Jewellers team was very efficient when I contacted them whilst in Dubai to sell some gold jewellery. The communication on WhatsApp was excellent. We then visited the store on the same day and Anas provided excellent customer service and explained everything in detail re weight of my gold items and their cash price. I would recommend Mint Jewellers to all!

Me and my wife wanted to begin something in Gold investment. We searched on Google for various options, and our eyes immediately fell upon the 4.9 rating (with Google reviews of more than 1000). It was a bit strange that every review said excellent customer service. We had a word with one guy. He was so calm and patient to listen to our queries explaining how and in which we should invest. In 30 minutes he sent us the location on Whatsapp. We went the next day and luckily at that time we were the only ones in the shop and all three service agents were trying to explain things to us so respectfully. When we asked them to explain it again, without any hesitation they explained again with examples so our query was well cleared without any doubt. We are very happy with their service, and for all future investments for gold we will approach them without any doubt or thinking about any other gold dealers. Great customer service & appreciable gestures. Looking forward to do many more dealings.

I was sceptical initially on this shop seeing the huge number of reviews with 5 star ratings. But on going through the reviews, I found out that there were many who actually did reviews often, thus helping me to decide over to come here. I understood the reason for this as the staff was asking me if it was possible to write a review about them. This is run by a Keralite and has been in existence for 7 years. The staffs r very friendly and does the job great, explaining the procedures of what happens after we give the gold. In order to check the ownership of the gold, they r to upload all the details in the Dubai Police app and also, get the confirmation from the CID for approval to confirm its not stolen. They give u the current rates looking at the market at that moment. But takes 10% from the amt owing to the buying and selling difference rates. Other jewelleries buys gold only if u r exchanging it for buying something new. But this is few of the places where u can sell off gold for money. They take all kinds of gold and also have options for buying from them even though buyers r less. Altogether good place and transparent. Definitely recommended in case of emergency.

The staff were so so so kind ! But really I didn’t like the fees procedure! I was fine with the one that was listed on the website and i booked ! I think 4 dresses for 100 aed which is “ok” ! When i reached there it was divided into sections and each section has a different price ! I don’t see it professional for a nice place like that!
