Hello (2018 Review) This 3 star hotel is accurately rated , but there are some things you have to know before checking in /booking . 1. Water : (there is surprisingly no free water In the room or even in the buffet !) Also bring your own juice and snacks . 2. If you will visit the beach get a deck chair and an umbrella as there aren't any 3. It would be convenient if you rent a car if you don't have one . (The shuttle bus won't tour you around and there are nice views ) 4. Pretty small pool but it is good for a short stay Now the Food : Breakfast is pretty awesome and not really bad compared to anything else . Food is overall good. The only thing is that there is no water !! I'd recommend this hotel for people who are planning for a short stay in Sharjah . The pool and beach are convenient for a dip but the water is very cold in the pool . The rooms are clean and housekeeping does a pretty good job . WIFI is free and it works but does not load quickly. Gym equipment are not so cool so just walk on the treadmill for exercise . I had a nice stay at this hotel overall .

The front desk staff all were professional and pleasant. Dining room for breakfast were nice and pleasant. . We do not know when will be our next visit to this hotel but sure we shall return to this lovely place. Already recommended your hotel to a few of our friends. Thank for such a great service

Worst service and hotel ever! The room was unclean and disgusting! There were bed bugs, untidy bedsheets. The washroom smelled extremely bad and even the towels looked poorly washed. Would never recommend staying here honestly, even the customer service was so poor , staff don’t know how to talk to customers and asking for unnecessary charges to be added to the bill?! The hotel rooms are old fashioned and not worth the price we can get better hotel rooms cheaper than this in better locations. When i told the receptionist there are bed bugs in the room she said “okay we will clean it” seriously??? What kind of hotel / service is this?? -100 rating!

This is one of the worest hotels i had ever been if there are a negative star i will give -5 Service is very very bad .

😞 1-The pool is good and nearly under the shade I can give 8/10 👍 2-U get one bottle water for the whole stay even if its 20 days 🤣, and we asked and they apologized. If its my business i will give it without asking. Even for the towels they have the same problem 3-The internet is weak and when they come to ck it the maintenance will blow air in it. What does that mean 🤨 4-Gym is good enough u will see most of the equipments u need for whole body I can rate it as 7/10👍 but it will be locked with key and u need to call reception for it remember to take towels from the pool 🏊‍♀️ because theres no towels in it. 5-Our one night was ruined because of the loud guest in the next room and the staff did nothing even we asked them , well paying for that doesn’t make sense 6- Two times we found the front desk clerk night shift is sleeping 😴 🛏. 7- The reason for my stay in it for long is the good price according to other hotels 🏨 am sorry the way i review but i have no other choice. I wish they fix this few things and it will be a great hotel

Very bad experience never recommended. Problems that i face, shower was not good and was very small hardly you can stand, AC was not working properly sweating whole night, blanket was not good and no bath slippers. For sure i will never go back there.

Stayed in for 7 days, the rooms are very spacious and the manager upgraded our room to luxury suite without any extra charges. Nice co operative staff , pool was clean n everyone staying there can use it , gym n restaurant were good too. There is public beach on walking distance just across the street.

Very bad experience .when I checked in I saw 2 guys from saudi arabia they checked out they was asking them 1 pillow is missing then they asked me to pay 100 dhs as a deposit and I paid then when I checked out me and my sister first they asked my sister 1 pillow is missing her I understand they doing like this to take the deposit then they asked me their is 1 small towel is missing hhhhhhhh. This is bad way from them and they have bad behaviour when they talking with the customer.... I will never go there again ..

Nice hotel to stay for 1 or 2 days only. The pool is great and the hotel itself is in a calm area. But I didn't like the receptionist, she was rude and unhelpful. Also there aren't much attractions around the hotel meaning you need to go far to find a decent restaurant or a grocery.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Sharjah. I enjoyed with my family. The hotel is clean and quiet, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is excellent, the staff are friendly and respond to our requests quickly, and the location is excellent and close to services. Nice environment and location, and the price was affordable. The room could be a bit better, and it took time for us to find our room. There was no guide, and lifts were hidden somewhere far!

First of all its one of the worst hotels ever They are mentioning that its 5 starts but truly it’s less than that They’re having a very bad attitude and a very different policy than other hotels I’m so upset that i came all the way from abudhabi for nothing.

Agreesive😡 Front officer Behavior Mr.M.M someone from India. I have never seen unprofessional, aggressive, unethical, argumentative behavior of the Front Officer on the reception at the time of check-in and check-out. Faced issues with towel, room smell, TV, pool safety, play area timing, pool assistance, delay in services and unnecessary service charges. Of course food was good and the restaurant office allowed us to have breakfast even after getting late to the restaurant. However, I never recommend to book this hotel again.😡😡 Conclusion is Front Officers Mr.M.M

Sukey staff he is very bad in customer service; he was dealing with us very rude . The weather very nice i want to set outside he told me set inside her not good coz he don’t want to walk for outside, he bring the food latey with anger face i feel i work on him. Subhan allah . When i asked him morcon tea he told me we didn’t have . I asked the other waiter he bring to me . What this deal. . He is not deserve to be in front or to deal with customers. The other waiter his name Avanish , he is very good person he is polite and dealing with us very good , respectable person.

Had a great time with my husband at Sharjah premiere hotel.The hotel inside and out side is very clean.This is a best place to relax and enjoy your holiday.Staff is very supportive and friendly.Also the Food is very good and the restaurant is very clean and well organized.Overall everything is excellent.Highly recommended to everyone.Hope to go there again for a holiday... ♥️🤍

Amazing Hotel. Food is also tood good. Very spacious and lighten rooms. Near to beach and all necessities. I stayed there for 3 days. Very excellent experience.

When no one welcomes you in a proper way and manners how the experience will be good!!! Not recommendable place at all, the room was dirty as you can see all the dirt of your feet’s bedsheets wasn’t clean as we found bugs too coming to the staff behavior they are so rude as they do have lots of terms and conditions but they won’t let you know about it until you pay and clear all the payments and heads toward your room as they are surprising you with their extreme terms and yeah not to forget the main point that they are always ready to charge you extra if you are having guests!!! Yes poor facilities behavior and no use to waste your money.

The hotel looks amazing, however the staff and certain policies are way different from how other hotel works. Certain areas such as dirty hot water, additional charges on basic items such as dental kits, and the change in the attitude of the employees upon checkout. At the end I think the hotel looks amazing but not worth visiting.

Really thanks to manager and staff for their excellent service provided during my stay highly recommended to all tourist and residents who want to stay in sharjah must visit this place

3 star hotel. Road approach,parking good. Slight humid smell in rooms. Price only 40 $ for dabble bed.

Really nice place. The renovation works are very good and the rooms are decently sized and furnished. Excellent choice for both short and long term visits. Good location with easy and close access to the public's beach as well as privilege access to the private beach of Lulu hotel (sister hotel at the beach). Daily shopping needs are also covered by Sharjah Cooperative and Coppins supermarket (working 24/7) at short walking distance. The hotel offers a swimming pool and health center and provides daily free transportation to Dubai (Deira City Center) at 16:00 and coming back to the hotel at 20:30 free of charge. Lots of dining and shopping options are available around but your need a car to reach in the hot season (winter time you could take a walk to Khalid lake and all dining options there on foot). The prices vary depending on the time of booking, but overall are very reasonable. Staff is super friendly and welcoming and they speak several languages aside from English (Russian and Italian are among the list) and are welcoming at any time to provide services and/or guidance even if you don't know much about the area and available attractions. You are also within short walking distance from other amenities as a bakery and laundry shop as well as ATM machines around the hotel (but none inside the hotel area).

I was desparetely looking for family Eid staycation , googled several hotel and resorts at the very last moment had no choice but to book Sharjah premium hotel . I must say I was not dissapointed at all , value for money . Amazing Hotel , clean surroundings, well maintained , good customer service , quick check_in , good food and swimming pool . Mr Mohd Nusky , reception staffs , housekeeping and security were exceptional . In comparison to 5star I think it was worth staying here . Thank u and best of luck

Amazing staff throughout the facility!! Rooms are really nice and the pool area is really cosy. Shame that they don’t have a buffet spread for lunch and dinner!! Will definitely be coming back to stay here with my family and friends!!

Great location. The pool was cold. Rooms are cosy. Supermarkets 100m down the road. Aquarium close by.

Very bad treatment with people working in the receipt and this gives a very bad reputation to the hotel please management try to handle this to not loose more customers and they try only getting money from the customer not making them happy to come back as any other hotel
