Can I leave no stars? This has been the worst stay ever! I came here covid free but now my nephew, mother and I are now positive for it. We have been treated horribly since we notified them of our results. It’s not like I don’t have travelers insurance because I do! Now they don’t want to pretend that we’re not here and “don’t know the protocols” but they have 5 other rooms who have covid. None of the other visitors even know about these cases. AND they won’t help us contact the dha to get us to the proper isolation

I really wanted to like this hotel, but I definitely can't be misleading with my reviews as the hotel website did. Front desk: It was confusing at first, telling us we get different rooms even though we booked identical rooms, but someone stepped in n fixed that because my mom was not having it. Please ask fir Derrick he is amazing. He is the definition of great customer service. He'll help you to the fullest (Please tip him generously) Room: Premium rooms are large Needs fixing in bathroom. The blow dryers work for a short period, n you have to reboot. Smells musty if the AC isn't on. The light switches are operated by you, leaving your key card in a slot if removed when leaving the air goes off until you're back and you can smell the must. King bed is two beds put together with the middle squeeze you. They are firm, not soft, like the many hotels I've been to but not uncomfortable except for the middle connection. Outlets are ridiculous. Both my husband's and my charges got stopped working, and we had to buy new ones. Only 2 outlets worked The phone sounds like someone is singing hindi music in the background when you are using them, making it hard to hear Rooms are clean. The view is beautiful, the pool is beautiful and relaxing. They don't have a microwave if you don't get a suite The lifts take forever and will be packed, especially at night when the 3 or 4 clubs are booming with music, which is like a party spot in the night. There are a lot of call girls there and people who don't stay at the hotel. The hotel website description is so off for this place.

Stayed there for 3 days, the service was excellent, staff was very helpful and friendly. Talking about the food, food was appetizing and appealing as the presentation was top notch. All types of customers were taken into account while preparing the buffet menu. The sit and eat area was filled with light and music was playing . Eating inside and outside both were available, along with that the room experience was excellent all the mandatory things were prepared sheets were cleaned and bed was prepared every time i left my room and came back every time a great view with excellent service . I would definitely recommend if someone is planning to visit dubai and wants a hotel to stay .

I regret to say that it was a huge mistake on my part to choose this particular hotel for my family's stay. I had anticipated easy access to the city and nearby restaurants, which led me to make this decision. However, I was thoroughly disappointed with the ambience of the hotel throughout our stay. The hotel seemed to be constantly bustling with a crowd that included a significant number of ladies dressed in provocative attire, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for my family. The overall vibe gave off a night club-like ambiance, which was not what we were looking for in a family-friendly accommodation. Moreover, the smell permeating throughout the hotel was highly unpleasant. It seemed to linger in all areas and contributed to an overall unclean environment. The condition of the rooms was equally disappointing. The outdated decor and worn-out furniture gave off the impression that we were transported back to a bygone era. The lack of modern amenities was a letdown, and it did not provide the comfort and convenience we expected from a hotel in this price range. Overall, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. I would caution anyone seeking a comfortable and family-friendly stay to consider other options. There are numerous hotels in the area that offer a better ambience, cleanliness, and up-to-date facilities.

Definitely not coming back. Elevators are always full and there are only two. Don't be surprised if you want to stay here and have to wait 20 min for an elevator. There is Covid and it shows that you need to keep social distancing which is important since everyone wants to take the elevator

Oh my god, I actually don’t know where to start. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel so comfortable. Room was amazing, the breakfast especially the omelettes. Danny the waiter is just brilliant. I was their last week and asked if possible they could get the Ireland v Scotland rugby game for me. Which they did, out on the big terrace and the big screen. I definitely recommend this hotel. AMAZING ☘️☘️

Very nice hotel. Breakfast Food was very tasty. Room are clean and neat. Lobby area is nice. Location is perfect. Have good parking options. You got many supermarkets nearby walking distance. Few veg restaurants as well if you would like to explore other food options. It has swimming pool as well. Staff is very supportive almost everybody speaks Hindi.

Stayed here for a week and didn't really have any complaints. Service was good. Breakfast every morning was pretty much the same but more Indian dishes. There's room for improvement. They should consider arranging another elevator because 2 elevators for such a huge hotel is not very convenient. Especially when you come late after a long day of touring.

One of the best hotel in bur dubai. This place fulfills all the requirements one looks for in a hotel when traveling with family and friends. Everything one needs is just around the corner. Has clubs in the hotel itself if anyone wants to party. Moreover the food is amazing, staff is super friendly ! What else can one ask for !

Very POOR communication from the front desk. I called multiple times to the front desk regarding my reservation for December of this year and rather than hearing me out, they choose to transfer me to another line which ends up disconnecting my phone call. I tried explaining the situation by calling multiple times but they just end of transferring me to a dead end. I don’t know how they are getting all the good reviews here. I haven’t been to Dubai yet and I’m regretting it already.

It was a horrible experience. Somebody entered my room without my permission and I am not sure who did that because I wasn't around. Very noisy because of the club and bar. I don't think this is a good and safe place for family or single women. I don't know how to say this but I have seen some men getting call girls to the hotel too which was very disturbing. I had booked it thinking this is a safe place and a family hotel. Breakfast is also not that great. The only good thing was the rooms.Hope this helps.

The room and service are not worth the price. The room is incredibly small, and they neglected to provide essential items like a toothbrush, toothpaste, iron box, indoor sandals, or a shaving kit. Furthermore, there were no tissue papers in the room. When we asked for a toothbrush, they brought one, suggesting that they should have initially provided it but chose not to. I will not consider going back there or recommending to others due to the subpar service and lack of basic amenities provided.

I strongly recommend against booking with this hotel. I have booked 3 rooms with them 3 months in advance via Booking.com. They have continuously declined the payment method despite it being accurate and valid. The hotel has ignored my messages enquiring about this problem. One week before our stay they have cancelled our booking without providing any proof and despite us providing different valid payment methods. I have tried contacting them and they have refused to provide a solution.

Had a wonderful stay here. Breakfast spread was good. Mr, Sohail was very helpful during breakfast time. It is a very busy and happening hotel, especially in the evenings. Only con is the waiting time for the lift. Wish there were a couple of more lifts. They have only two at the moment. Overall very good hotel with good staff.

The Hotel is well located, near to Sharaf Dg Metro Station. Great staff, especially the bell-boy’s, they are so helpful and go beyond helping you carry your luggage. On the first night I didn’t know that we were placed above the night club and I couldn’t sleep because of the vibrations and the music that last until 3am but they accommodate our request to move from different room the next day and we had comfortable stay after. The food is also great with fast service!

It’s extremely hard to find someone available to solve out a reservation problem. I called a lot of times, send several emails during a week long am no one responded. In the end I found someone at the reception but who in the end hand up when I asked to confirm the change. Agoda system decided to make the reservation for one person instead of two, so I just wanted to add one more person not even that big deal…

This is a good hotel around Bur Dubai area. It is inclose proximity to bank street where you can find most of the major banks. It has decent sized rooms and a good Greek restaurant, Elia, which serves authentic Greek dishes. If you have business around the old part of Dubai, this is a good place to stay

I have lived in Dubai for so long and never been in a very reasonably priced hotel long back. Super clean room & well organised, professional staff and fast service, lovely food and beverage. The overall score of this hotel is 8.4 out of 10, and it is well deserved. I think all the above is because the management of this hotel is super caring of their staff and people, which is why they have such qualities. It is highly recommended for the best lovely stay.

Majestic Hotel is a great place to stay when visiting Dubai. The room rates and on site dining are in line with the average. Centrally located near main thoroughfares, businesses, restaurants, stores, clubs. Majestic has several clubs to attend on site that also have nice menus for after club hours, an outside lounge area to enjoy shisha, Majestic is also cigar friendly. The have a gym and spa to help maintain ones physical upkeep. I definitely recommend this location and will booking another stay there myself.

I come and stay at least twice yearly as I need to be in that locality. I like your hotel, but please fix your television and the channel offering. It's 2023, and technology has advanced. It still feels like the 90s with poor clarity, and most channels need to be fixed. I hope you look into it.

The travel desk in the hotel is a complete rip off. Take only general directions and DO NOT book any trip or ticket through them. I had only arranged desert safari through them and they charged me heavily and agreed facilities were not provided. Rooms are overpriced. There are several options nearby that can be explored.

Too much of waiting time for Lifts. The requests we send on mail are not considered at all citing silly excuses. Had a very bad experience when staying this time with respect to rooms. Had to wait 4 hrs to get a room and was told guest extended the stay hence we cannot give that room. Managers not available on Sunday and reception staff are a waste of time to deal with. The Skyline rooms are not big at all. The breakfast spread is good and that is the only consolation. The nearest Metro is Sharaf DG and takes 7 to 10 mins walk to reach.

I have been staying with Majestic for past 4 years on majority of the weekends and have always loved the exceptional customer service provided by the team. Since beginning have received a great and timely service by Mr Jessi & Mr. Nipuna and now I have a newly joined member added to my list of favourites Ms. Krishna. Its people like you who make our visit and stay pleasant always. Keep up the good work and stay blessed. Will be seeing you all again soon. Cheers.

I had a lovely experience. The skyline room is honestly the best. I would like them to bring their room service meal cost down a bit. The receptionist and all the staff especially Kishan were altogether very helpful and friendly. You'll feel right at home here. Only wished they had sound proofed their room walls more since I had an unpleasant night due to a couple of neighbours making a lot of illicit noises all night long. But other than that, it's great, do recommend.

The worst part is break fast. They have very limited dishes and repeats the same, when you ask for masal tea within the timing of breakfast they will say its finished and if you want, pls pay extra dhirams and we will give. Very very rude staff at the breakfast resturant. They are not bothered at all about what you want. We pay extra for breakfast while booking and the staff at resturant are very very arrogant. But 5 starts to the reception desk. Mr Alex. Very vety warm person and very cooperative.

Majestic Retreat Hotel provided me with an outstanding experience during my first international trip. I was pleasantly surprised when the receptionist offered us a room with a skyline view on the 23rd floor at an incredibly affordable rate, making it one of the best hotels in town for its value."

One of the worst experience in dubai was staying in this hotel. I've been here for a week and all i got is disappointment.. A hotel with cheapest crowd and arrogant authority, only Labor staff members are good ..If you are planning to visit with your family or either want some decent crowd i would suggest to kindly ignore this place. They're not running a HOTEL, they're running a brothel that's it, they don't care about client needs and satisfaction.. they'll ask you for money first for every single thing you'll ask them even they'll charge you approx 15dirhum for some cutlery and a glass, book this place at your own risk

Great location, friendly staff, Krishna , a lady at reception went out of the way to assist us in checking in . thanks to her However extremely disappointing service especially the elevators. Today morning I had to wait for 20 mins to go for breakfast, last night was even worse. The whole positive experience as a tourist in Dubai goes for a toss when u are coming or going for an activity- just due to these long waiting time in elevator!!!! 12 rooms in a floor and more than 20 floors getting serviced by 2 elevators!!!! Come on management have some business plans if you want to get positive reviews. If not for the good service in reception during check in by Krishna , would have rated zero

Absolutely loved my stay their. If you can afford a premium room, it will be very nice. They have parties everyday at Barrels and Ms. Wong. However, I felt the classiest lounge was Sundowners. Affordable and great sheesha !✅

Rooms - The size of the room was too small to adjust even our luggage. No balcony as shown in the images for skyline rooms. Too much noise from corridors and even rooms above. Even stinky smell was coming in the corridor. Service - Service was very poor. One time we called multiple times but no one bothered to receive call at reception. Location - only thing that is okay for this hotel. Food - Food quality is also not good. It was all indian cuisine, same like Indian hotels and even bad taste. All guests were Indian, no trace of any foreigner. Don't know how they managed to get these ratings and reviews.

We stayed for 5 days at city majestic. We have faced mixed kind of experience. Well i will rate 6/10. First of all the location of the hotel was good as everything was near such as Dubai frame, Dubai mall. The main issue was the stay in room such as size if the room was small and bit conjusted. And basic annemities such as Tv's speaker and volume was not working properly, lights issue, iron was not clean from bottom (it was rusted) and the stand was also broken. Reception and room service - View from room was awesome as given by hotel's friendly staff on our request but the reception/room service was not quick in response as we have to call them twice sometimes. Thank you!!

The service was good but the hotel amenities are quite poor. The shower heads in the bath were leaking and the pressure was so low (yes I checked for the pressure knob, there isn’t any). The telephone lines have a lot of static and can barely hear anything on call. Most annoying aspect of booking were the incoherent rates. The hotel rates at the desk were far higher then the hotel’s own website.. Kindly ask the room manager to be a little more proactive in aligning the rates so there’s no confusion. I didn’t even get the chance to get a later checkout even though I checked in by 7 pm. So that’s been quite a nuisance. Overall , it was an average experience.

The hotel is very close to Bur Duabi. Good spacious rooms and amenities. Apart from being a good 4star hotel it has some very good restaurants. So if you stay at the hotel you have a wide range to choose from and if you just want to have a good evening, you can select one of the restaurants. All have good food and beverages.

It was just okay. Good location, I think that was the better part during my stay, looking at the surroundings. Disappointed they didn't have a taxi-booking system for visitors. Had to wait and walk a long distance during night hours, before I got a taxi for myself.

Pathetic hotel not meant for family stay. It has 3 pubs and bars with not good quality crowd coming from outside. With only 2 lifts for a 27 storey building. Not at all recommended for a family stay. On a positive note rooms are spacious though. NOT recommended. Avoid even if available at lower rate.

Excellent service with amazong rooms with amazinf views of the city!! We booked the rooms for 4 nights and have been satisfied with our stay. The breakfast spread in the morning is amazing. The housekeeping staff is also very polite and attentive. They have other restaurants in the same premise which would add to your experience !

As a four star hotel, you expect something better! The safety box didn't work, the fridge didn't work, the telephone didn't work. The toilet always had a very bad smell. For every single items, I called several times and no one cared what you asked. Every day you have to wait 5-8 minutes for the lifts! The check out took nearly one hour. In conclusion, one of my worse experiences in Dubai.

Just came back from my trip at Dubai! I am satisfied with the hotel and will definitely recommended the hotel for the following reasons:- 1. Friendly staff! They are very polite and ready to assist you at their 24 hours receptionist counter. The cleaning staff are on time for room service cleaning. 2. Convenient! They have worked with some cab drivers in front of their hotel, so there is no issue of booking a cab. 3. Easy assess 24hrs convenient store just besides the hotel. 4. The hotel ia located at the heart of city and the room view was great that i can see dubai frame from the wide balcony offered! 5. Spacious room with bathtub and balcony! 😄

Worst service ever. There is no sync or coordination between their executives Poor service. You need to ask for a service multiple times and the only answer they gave us "we will take 15mins" Breakfast menu is so limited and not many options for vegetarian I feel they pay for the reviews because nobody is gonna like the rooms once they visit . We booked in 2020 but COVID happened and we had to cancel but they didn't refund the money and we regret till date

We are from Gujarat. We stayed at hotel majestic retreat via Royal gulf tours and MakeMyTrip from 19.04.22 to 25.04.22.The hospitality was awesome throughout our starting to end.Very good.and cooperative staff include reception, Room service and house keeping. One thing was amazing and that the morning breakfast so good so healthy and so yummy.Swimming was the most relaxing time fr us Want to thank that lady from reception who was on morning duty at 19.04.22 she understood our situation of early check in and gave us.a good room One blackfellow was there who was very arrogance and not cooperating at all He told me to wake up my young kid who was sleeping on sofa just for sake of other rules as there were no guests there Anyways we enjoyed thoroughly with rest of your team and thanks for making our trip more mesmerizing by adding the efforts Thanks.again

Room was nice. Service was pretty good. There are a few clubs inside the hotel, so if you don't want the noise upon entry then this would not be the place for you. I think my biggest complaint would be how long it takes for the elevator. I believe this is also a residential building so there are alot of people that use the elevator all day so it takes a few minutes sometimes. Otherwise, for the price, this is a decent stay.

I got upgraded to the family suite from a standard city view room. While the suite was spacious, it was not well distributed. The bathroom was near the entrance and I had to walk across the living room area and dining table to get to it. While not a big deal, it was inconvenient. The view from the balcony gave a nice glimpse of the city.

After the first night we had to completely change the hotel, as soon as we arrived, the room was not as clean as it should have been and there was a heavy smell in the wardrobes that you couldn't put your clothes inside for sure!!! we called to ask for another room, they said they will call us back the next day, but then we didn't get any call, we called again, then they waited for the supervisor telling us one time, and then another one and so on 3 times .. at night we could not sleep.
