Stayed
here
for
7
nights,
but
I
would
not
recommend
this
hotel
to
anyone
specially
if
you're
from
India.
Only
housekeeping
staff,
F&B
interns
at
the
restaurant
were
good
rest
everything
was
awful.
Below
I
am
listing
down
all
the
bad
experiences
I
had
with
this
hotel.
1.
No
response
to
my
request
email
which
I
sent
to
the
hotel
days
before
checking
in.
2.
Reception
staff
is
very
cold
,
rude
and
unwelcoming.
Even
their
manager
is
like
that.
They
can't
communicate
properly
in
English.
3.
My
booking
had
breakfast
included
even
then
on
the
first
day
they
stopped
me
at
the
entrance
of
the
restaurant
saying
BF
is
not
included.
Upon
showing
my
reservation
they
allowed
me
to
enter.
Well,
after
two
days
they
went
beyond
and
pulled
up
my
father
(who
is
60
years
old)
from
the
breakfast
queue
and
asked
him
to
go
to
the
reception
saying
the
inclusion
of
breakfast
is
not
updated
at
their
end.
HIGHLY
UNPROFESSIONAL
STUFF
THIS
WAS
!!
4.
If
you're
an
Indian
,
breakfast
will
let
you
down
as
they
hardly
have
any
variety
in
Indian
food.
Quality
also
doesn't
do
justice
to
its
5
star
tag.
5.
Cleaning
shower
of
the
toilet
is
very
slow.
No
shaving
kit,
no
dental
kit
provided.
6.
UPON
CHECK-IN
THEY
WILL
DEPOSIT
500
DIRHAMS
PER
ROOM
WHICH
IS
NOT
MENTIONED
ANYWHERE.
I
WOULD
TERM
THIS
ACT
AS
CHEATING.
7.
Rooms
are
NOT
sound
proof.
I
strictly
asked
them
to
NOT
give
me
roadside
rooms
which
they
obliged,
however,
the
sound
of
nearby
metro
was
still
audible
in
the
rooms.
Overall,
I
felt
discriminated
for
being
an
Indian
as
it
seems
the
hotel
staff
is
quite
subservient
to
people
from
the
Western
and
middle
east
countries.
