It's a great hotel to be staying in Bur Dubai.5e Very conveniently located aged53 right next to few good restaurants and shopping place. Also walking distance from a metro station so that if anyone wants to get around Dubai on a budget or commute to work this is a great place to be. The view from its top floors is also great as it gives e you a great view of the city. It also has good places to eat with out door sitting.

Update (Feb "22): After I posted my below feedback, hotel responded immediately and promised to take all measures to correct the few negatives. Since I am staying now for the second time at this hotel and noticed significant improvements in these areas, I have upgraded my rating to 5-star. Review (Dec."21). On the positive side, Very new and Cozy. Excellent location. Staff are very polite. On the negative side, few negatives:- Longish check-in because of few people manning the counters, House keeping too busy to attend telephone calls, limited items in Indian food options at breakfast, etc. Summary: Very good hotel and excellent location. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed at this hotel last April 29, 2022 to May 1, 2022. The interior design is top-notch. The amenities are great. Staff are very polite and accommodating. My commendation to Pauline who gave us free vouchers and upgraded our room when she found out we're staying for my husband's birthday. The gesture really made our day.

I’m very grateful to the employee Kennedy. Assisted me right away when I needed a vehicle. He is very kind and extremely helpful, personable, and friendly. I was in great distress upon my check out day. I missed my flight and returned back to the hotel which was sold out for the evening. He provided much comfort and helped me to relax for the remaining hours prior to my new flight. Kennedy is very accommodating and I am so grateful for his excellent service and kind heart. I am very pleased with my overall stay. My room is comfortable and clean with everything that I need. Service from all employees all around exceeded my expectations. Thanks so much

I recently completed a three-day training session that left me with a range of impressions. The hotel's location, conveniently situated near the metro and in the bustling city, initially held promise. However, my overall experience fell short of the expectations I had harbored for a renowned establishment of this caliber. While the location was certainly a positive aspect, the service provided by the staff left much to be desired. Their lack of responsiveness and cooperation dampened the overall experience. One notable area of disappointment was the dining experience. Over the course of the three days, lunch remained consistently uninspiring, with limited variety in the menu. This monotonous culinary offering was unexpected, especially given the potential for innovative and delightful meals that one would anticipate from such a respected hotel. On a brighter note, the hotel's hygiene standards were satisfactory. While not exceptional, they met the basic requirements and didn't give rise to any significant concerns. In summary, my time at this esteemed hotel chain had its highs and lows. The convenient location was a definite asset, but the lackluster service, uncooperative staff, and repetitive dining options were noticeable downsides. Given the expectations I had from such a prestigious brand, I had hoped for a more memorable and enjoyable experience....

I want to thank in the morning breakfast two ladies who are Shreya, Pallavi and kritima they are great in customer service and they helped me a lot and others in the breakfast. Arjean is very helpful now and always smiling. Also in the reception a lady called Shazam’s was wonderful but unfortunately a lady called April should not put in reception she has no customer service and she has attitude and always when I ask something she replies in a rude way as if she is busy and I am not important. I stayed for 6 months in this hotel and just wanted you to highlight these issues that need to be fixed. I hope when I come back customer service would be better with these employees.

They hotel was Amazing! Unforgettable! The staff was excellent and very respectful, but the 2 that stood out was Andrew, and Omar! They were very helpful for getting everything we needed, and making our stay very comfortable. Our stay at this Double Tree was a very pleasant experience. They have nice facilities and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. We had an issue with a taxi driver at one point, and Hakeem, Purity and Andrew stepped in on our behalf to help resolve the problem, which we really appreciated. I also got a treatment in their spa that was very relaxing and reasonably priced. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice stay in Dubai.

New, classy hotel with modern architecture with theme of grey, copper and black... Hygienic rooms.. Overall u ll hv a nice experience in dubai.. Only small concern I felt was. A kind of stickers has been used to the glasses, which doesn't really allow u to get a clear view out f the window.. Rest everything fine.. Also know that it is a dry hotel, they don't serve alcohol. Good staff, neatly maintained.

Just checked in the hotel for a 3 night stay to celebrate my friend’s birthday. I was expecting a suite upgrade as a Diamond member, however reception claimed the hotel was full and refused to upgrade to suite eventhough the app showed availability. She just mentioned they already upgraded from guest room to executive room, which both are exactly the same just that the view is different. How is adding executive lounge access any different where Diamond members already had? Quite disappointed for a first visit to Dubai as a Diamond member though the room is nice.

Stayed here for a week during New Year’s Eve. Prices were double or triple as normal but expected (wouldn’t pay again tough ). Fairly new hotel and rooms. Pool with a nice view on the 19th floor. Staff is really nice (valet, reception and luggage). Booked a room with a view but it was completely blocked by black stickers (avoid booking this type of room). Poor in room dining quality and bad WiFi .

I couldn’t expect such a cool hotel if a great quality and service in the old part of Dubai. The level of it is on the top! Moreover I was amazed by the modern interior design and decor. I appreciate a high esthetics in everything. And this style took my heart. Kinda lofty one.

My second stay at this new 5 Star Doubletree in Dubai. Perfect Location to go anywhere and everywhere in Dubai! Amazing breakfast and very nice spacious rooms. Staff seems to be not as friendly as they used to be in 2021 when the hotel opened this time in 2022 but still really nice staff mostly.

Great hotel with amazing facilities and spa treatments! The staff were also very helpful booking our COVID tests and arranging any cabs. Be mindful that i don't think the hotel is in the best location in relation to public transport, however taxis are fairly cheap and easy to get.

Amazing hotel just down the street from Burjuman Metro Station. Don’t know why I haven’t stayed here sooner. Great customer service from check-in until check-out. Ronald, the chef during breakfast, provided excellent service and omelets. Will definitely consider this location again when staying in Dubai.

A high standard hotel by Bur Dubai standards. I love the industrial theme of the hotel, with the panoramic suite a favourite amongst all the hotels I've stayed in. Many thanks to Nway in housekeeping for the truly spotless condition of the room. In fact, everywhere I ventured in the hotel I was aware of remarkable cleanliness - respect to housekeeping. The only disappointment is that the hotel is dry, but it caters very well for its chosen demographic. I knew that before attending and it certainly didn't affect my decision. Two pools, but there is limited space at the adults only pool - understandable as it is a city centre hotel after all. Highly recommended, and if you need a drink, there are bars within walking distance.

I had a short stay in Dubai and booked Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, M Square in Bur Dubai. I must compliment the reception staff specially Ms. Srijana for making the check-in so hassle free. Her smile and courtesy along with quick check-in made our day. The room was clean and view was good. The breakfast was also good. I will definitely book this hotel again and also recommend my friends for the same.

It’s nice. But their veg food is not good. If u r a pure vegetarian, I would say don’t prefer. And also if u r travelling with an infant, they don’t provide milk also complimentary. All over world infants milk and food is complimentary

Lovely hotel to stay at. We stayed at the apartment room, which was quite big and comfortable, with a kitchen, guest toilet, living room and a lot of necessary equipment. The service was nice and staff were quite courteous and helpful. The buffet breakfast was vast and delicious, with something to please everyone's tastes. It's just a 10 min walk from the nearest metro station, so definitely worth staying at.

This was our 3rd stay and like always it was great time and experience. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. They always greet you with a smile and kind words. You can feel at home because the staff remembers that we have been here before. I recommend to everyone. And I home that we will come here next year!

We stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days and our experience was awesome. Especially their service, hospitality and the room cleanliness was top notch. I had a long stay at this place (for more than 1 month) and it was a very pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is quite good, very close to BurJuman mall and metro station. The room was comfortable with all necessary amenities. It was quite comfortable. Only problem I faced was, for few days the hot water supply was bit slow. I had to turn on the tap for a longer time before it get warmed up. The service of the staff was excellent. I have to mention Shilpa in Spice Tree restaurant for her warm welcome for breakfast. I also had pleasant experience from Durgesh who works with house keeping team. Overall, very good place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, staff are helpful and friendly. However, we were hassled by Chef Mohammed who stood over us asking us to give the breakfast 5 stars. We saw him doing this each morning we were there to other people too. Hotel 5/5!

Wonderful place to be in, so central to all dbx place of attractions and very close to airport too. I have been visiting this hotel for the last two years practically staying every month for couple of days. Some months every week. Hotel offers very reasonable price, service is excellent, breakfast is royal, and cleanliness of the rooms are note worthy. I always feel home in this place. The foyer and the lobby are big, it gives a great rich look and feeling in terms of ambience.

The Hilton Team were far superior than other hotels I’ve ever stayed at by miles. They provided us with an upgrade upon asking, their rooms were spacious, clean. Room service was fantastic. Theh even went out of their way after we checked out to provide us with a temporary room to breastfeed our baby. They (without asking) provided a birthday cake to my father in law in his room and also my daughter (whose birthday fell also during our stay with Hilton) - This was provided by the breakfast staff during breakfast much to all of our surprise. Breakfast was honestly the best we’ve had out of many of the hotels we stayed at with a great range and varieties. Facilities and cleanliness was great. The staff are the friendliest people we’ve met, always willing to help and always with a smile - from the check in team, to the security team, especially Renny. We hope to come back here and would advise any family with a newborn to toddler age to come here. They also have a great kids pool.

Rates are high but its worth the experience and is reasonable for a 5 star hotel. Lots of options for rooms and apartments available. In room dining options limited, but the location of hotel is right in center of city. Great experience.

I had the opportunity to attend my own college graduation there. Overall it's a really elegant place with a nice turn out of modern deco. The lobby is beautiful and cozy. The conference salon where the ceremony was taking place was nice and big. The restaurant where the dinner was served was really good, the food and the personal were nice!

It's a Great Hotel with Amazing Location. Rooms are pretty but don't expect much view. The elevators, the lobby, in general theme of the hotel was impressive. The best part of the stay was our check-in with Irish within a 30 second. Polite, friendly and genuinely helpful staff at the M Square. She give me some fresh and hot cookies that was perfect. I use my digital Key in this Hotel to open my door. It was very smooth and perfectly working. Thank you Irish and M square Double tree by Hilton definitely will back very soon.

Fabulous breakfast. They killed their fabulous view by having a net design on their windows. There is a lack of information sync between the housekeeping and the reception. The reception said room cleaning is limited to 6 pm but the house keeping cleaned after that as well. Really helpful staff. At least 2 litres of water should be provided in the room. Apart from that it's a really good hotel.

Started with good reception, The receptionist named April completed formalities quickly, noticed herself one of our members birthday in the system, given free kit. Which encouraged me to refer to my friends to celebrate events there.. the room interior was good. food in the restaurant was good. In short overall value of money. Afzal

Stayed here for three nights to visit the Expo. Excellent hotel, great service, free beach shuttle, perfect breakfast, room upgrade for Hilton Honors Diamond Member. Perfect stay. (I am just missing the Hilton Honors Points, but i am sure that they will be credit soon)

Stayed here for 7 nights, but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone specially if you're from India. Only housekeeping staff, F&B interns at the restaurant were good rest everything was awful. Below I am listing down all the bad experiences I had with this hotel. 1. No response to my request email which I sent to the hotel days before checking in. 2. Reception staff is very cold , rude and unwelcoming. Even their manager is like that. They can't communicate properly in English. 3. My booking had breakfast included even then on the first day they stopped me at the entrance of the restaurant saying BF is not included. Upon showing my reservation they allowed me to enter. Well, after two days they went beyond and pulled up my father (who is 60 years old) from the breakfast queue and asked him to go to the reception saying the inclusion of breakfast is not updated at their end. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL STUFF THIS WAS !! 4. If you're an Indian , breakfast will let you down as they hardly have any variety in Indian food. Quality also doesn't do justice to its 5 star tag. 5. Cleaning shower of the toilet is very slow. No shaving kit, no dental kit provided. 6. UPON CHECK-IN THEY WILL DEPOSIT 500 DIRHAMS PER ROOM WHICH IS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE. I WOULD TERM THIS ACT AS CHEATING. 7. Rooms are NOT sound proof. I strictly asked them to NOT give me roadside rooms which they obliged, however, the sound of nearby metro was still audible in the rooms. Overall, I felt discriminated for being an Indian as it seems the hotel staff is quite subservient to people from the Western and middle east countries.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and absolutely enjoyed it. We were taken care of my Pauline who was always nice and helpful. The room was beautiful. Large, spacious, clean, up to date, modern and comfortable. Bathroom design is absolutely incredible. The metro is really close to the hotel and so is the bus station so travelling around is very easy. There is also a spinneys supermarket right next to the hotel with a mcdonalds, pharmacy, money exchange and a couple of other shops. Dinner at the rooftop pool was fabulous and the delicious food arrived very quickly and it was fresh. I would 100% stay at this hotel on my next visit.

Nice, modern rooms albeit not very spacious so for a couple staying longer than a few days it may be not enough space. For a solo traveller the room size is perfect. If you are looking for more affordable option and don't mind staying a few miles away from Downtown, the location is good due to the proximity of a metro station. Downtown can be reached within 10-15 minutes by taxi (but it may take longer during rush hours). A shopping mall is located with a walking distance which is convenient. Friendly staff and great service. Breakfast buffet misses some Indian dishes that are usually available in other Hilton hotels in Dubai.

It was a great hotel with amazing location. I really felt like i was at home during my stay in this hotel. Very smooth check-in welcomes you with the warm and delicious cookie. It was yummy ☺️ All the staff do their best to make you happy and feel at home with their smiling faces. The rooms were clean, new and modernly decorated. The gym was good. The pool area was great. If I come to Dubai again I will definitely stay here.

Good spacious rooms, nice swimming pool ( they have 2 pools). Location is definitely good. You have a lot of good pure veg restaurants at walking distance available for 24 hours. Service attitude and actual service is not good at all. They need to definitely work on it. Pretty good place but service just screwed up the start experience.

This hotel really maintains the value of Hilton brand and never disappointed us during our five nights stay. Having stayed in Hilton brand hotels in several countries around the world, I think this was one of the best. Rooms, lobby and facilities were new and clean, reception staffs were attentive and caring, and breakfast was good. This hotel has made our visit to Dubai more enjoyable.

The breakfast had many choices, big shout out to Ronald who cooked my eggs perfectly, the fantastic porters both in the evening and morning shifts on 16-17 Junes (sorry I couldn’t remember your names!) and the reception staff Omar! Reme (service Captain) very eager, always available, very friendly, polite and professional. Chef Neelam prepares very tasty dinners. Every request is catered for, both in food and room service (such as laundry rack, bathrobe,...) Kritima, Rakshya and Victory always try to meet the hotel standard in food service. They are very friendly, helpful and polite. We feel very comfortable and welcome here.
