My parents recently celebrated their anniversary at your establishment, and while the location is undeniably charming, our overall experience was marred by subpar service. Despite requesting room cleaning, the staff failed to fulfill this basic request. Moreover, the hygiene standards of the housekeeping personnel left much to be desired. We hope these concerns are addressed promptly to enhance the overall guest experience.

Spent a wonderful evening at Rosewood Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, and a special shoutout to Christian for making my experience even more memorable. The food was exceptional, and the ambiance with lovely music created a chill vibe. The area was neat and tidy, and the pool was a fantastic addition. Can't wait to visit again! The team was so welcome starting from entrance. We were so impressed. Allow me to appreciate this one lady named Bandana from Glo bar, she was so welcoming and made the best recommendation on the food. Because of this lady we are planning to come again and again. Once again we really loved the service you provided.

Great accommodation and friendly staff. However, average food. Clean and spacious rooms, bit outdated interior. Very helpful and friendly service from all the staff, especially the housekeepers. The Staff make sure you are treated well and comfortable during your stay. Hotel can be quite busy and noisy or quiet depending on which side of the hotel you’re in. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of international dishes and egg, pancakes, waffles stations. Food quality was superb but falls behind in terms of taste & flavors. An average breakfast buffet similar to other 5 star hotels, don’t expect something special or original. “glo” on the 3rd floor by the pool offer great seating area and views of the city, can be loud at times but great vibes. Food and drinks are average.

The reasons for 4 stars is the because the hotel still uses plastic water bottles and those too small ones which means a sustainability nightmare. It’s an absolutely gorgeous hotel with stunning views, staff is amazing and very friendly and rooms are GORGEOUS, loved the bathtub! The outdoor area is very nice with a great bar and breakfast is to die for… It is definitely worth every penny, I just hope they start using refillable glass bottles like most other luxury brands.

Nice ambiance, nice view, seating outdoor seeing the sea and watching the city was mind blowing. Can’t forget to mentioned the service, I felt like a king when Christian served me the wine which I ordered. I’ll definitely repeat my visit but next time will be for two.

All was great. will revisit. Clean and luxurious rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. Hotel location and the indoor access to the mall was great. The only thing I didn’t like that I had two rooms same category but one was smaller than the other.

What can I say. It’s the second time we’ve visited this hotel in five years (only due to the pandemic). We have been lucky enough to travel a lot and this is the best hotel we have stayed in. We stayed there in early November 2022 and I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh and new the hotel looked considering we hadn’t been there for five years. The decor in the lobby is amazing. The staff are truly exceptional and nothing was too much for them. Polite and courteous and we’re always happy to look after us. The room was also amazing and we were lucky to have a sea view. The only bad thing about the hotel was the fact that we had to leave! I cannot wait to return here next year. Many thanks for the incredible hospitality

Amazing experience!!!! We went to Hidden Bar to celebrate my friend's birthday and the atmosphere was perfect, especially with the live music. The drinks were very tasty (try anything with gin!) and the food was great (the waffle fries were fresh, and the condiments came in the cutest containers). Definitely recommend!!

Always a treat to visit this hotel. There are SO many restaurant options and the mall is attached to the hotel so there are even more restaurant options available. We have visited the Spa too and its also an incredible experience. Will always be back!

At a vantage point overlooking the water, with an excellent view of the city. Spacious and clean rooms with friendly staff. One of the best hotels I have ever been to. I would on any day highly recommend it to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.

Amazing brunch - Jenny and Emanuel provide brilliant service. Food was just outstanding. Been in the UAE 5 years and this has been my favourite brunch by far. So chilled and just awesome in every way. Will definitely be back!

We had gone for a dinner with family friends to the GLO restaurant. Its an open, pool side restaurant with the view of water and reem island. For a group of 6 with food and drinks the cost was around 1500aed. Ambience was great, service and staff were very warm and friendly. But definitely a place for luxury and special occasions. if you are looking for a budget feiendly place, its a big no. If its for good ambience and dont care much about the cost, its a good place to try. Food was good, nothing exceptionally great. There weren't any vegetarian options on the menu bit they were ready to prepare a veg burger or pasta or a margarita pizza for us. Overall .. great ambience, not budget friendly, decent food.

Our glasses were never empty and our server Deepika is amazing for putting up the best surprise for our birthday celebrant. Food selection is very nice and their assorted dessert is really a 10/10. Hidden Bar has the best classic and homegrown cocktails with impeccable and cozy service that is nothing but warm and welcoming. Highly recommend the espresso martini and every martini cocktail they recreated! Amazing gin selection as well. Come for sunset drinks!

This morning my friend and I decided to go for a day pass at the Rosewood pool. It was an amazing experience. The views are stunning and the food and service were impeccable. Sachin and Emmanuel made sure that we had a great time, their service was over the top. I ordered a poke bowl and a Spanish Sangria, both delicious! I would definitely come back.

Considering the hotel is close to cleaveland hospital you would expect the management to be very caring and supportive since major life operations take place next door. But the hotel is not accommodating at all and very business oriented. Bad booking experience. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay close to the hospital.

Phenomenal hotel with great pool. Two things stand out the most for me: 1) the staff are very experienced and friendly without being pushy 2) the whole place including the pool (yes the pool) is accessible (for people with disabilities). Sense of luxury and calm in the middle of the city.

Our experience was wonderful. The location is great, in city centre. The room was special and the breakfast was perfect. At breakfast we were served by Fe, Manas and Salina, which made us feel so welcome. Definitely will return.

It was lower then expected, poor room service and sometimes no one answer. The late night noise on the lobby was not convenient. Bath robes was very small and bath accessories not complete. Room windows weren't clean and made the view look bad. Extra charges for telecommunication upon check-out ??

Love how the hotel reception is so friendly with me and my family . My toddler loves the hotel, the rooms in luxury style and the size is very good and they have options of connecting rooms and the food quality is excellent, and the location is perfect specially the hotel is connected from inside between galleria mall and Cleveland hospital.they have Valet parking service and optional service for self car parking. We had a great evening at La Cava, looked after by Apollo, Jordan & Paulo. They were VERY accommodating to my cheese requests as I only eat soft cheese. The wine pairing was AMAZING. Highly recommend.

The behavior of the staff outside the hotel left a lot to be desired. I found myself taken aback when I tried to call an Uber right outside the hotel. Instead of offering assistance or understanding, the staff was noticeably aggressive, shouting at vehicles to move along and even yelling at guests. There was no obstruction or significant delay caused, merely a brief moment needed for guests to board their rides. The hostility even prevented us from getting a taxi conveniently. I hope the hotel addresses this issue soon as such incidents significantly tarnish the overall guest experience.

Extremely Overpriced & You are not getting your money's worth. The hotel is extremely overpriced, considering what they offer as far as quality of room and customer service. The breakfast was mediocre with very limited food selection. the shower water were relatively a bit cold, I couldn't get it to the hot temperature I desire. My room was facing the pool area, so I couldn't get any afternoon naps due to the sound of music and kids playing/screaming. The hotel design is modern, the staff is nice and very accommodating. There is a direct access from the hotel to the Galleria shopping center. The room was clean and very comfortable. There is a nice business lounge that is great if you want to do some business and get some drinks.

Apollo our host was more than acomodating. He informed us of the story behind each of our wines, was polite, helpful and made us feel very comfortable. A great location with great staff! The wine is great too. "The listening station" is my new favourite wine.

Restrict attitude from staff who would allow customers to stay in the hotel without green pass on Alhosn application but wouldn't allow customers to go to restaurant although fully vaccinated against COVID-19. No common sense

We sat outside on a table right by the sea where the view was amazing. The service was perfect, John walked us through the menu calmly, and let us know about the different options we had, and helped us decide what we should get. What is best for us at the time. The atmosphere and the music were great. And the gin collection was delicious. Would definitely do it again.

This was our first visit to La Cava. Giordano provided my wife and I with a cheerful greeting and escorted us to the cigar lounge so we could enjoy a comfortable, secluded location. Giordano offered us excellent information in aiding our wine selection. Later, he checked on us on a respectable periodicity to ensure our experience was the best possible. We were very impressed by their professional demeanor. We will come back again because of the superior service and hospitality.

My friend and I had an afternoon tea that was simply phenomenal. The Majlas in the Lobby showcases the beautiful scenery to enjoy your afternoon tea. The food was delicious and we could tell that the selection was carefully chosen and well put together. Not only was it beautifully put together but it was delicious as well. The service was what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. I highly recommend an afternoon tea here.

A great product doesn't always guarantee a success. It's only when a great product is combined with great people that you experience something very special. We were blessed to have both the best hospitality product and the best hospitality people on our stay at Rosewood. Even before we arrived, no request was too small or seemed difficult and even at the early hours we arrived we were met with a warm welcome! The hotel itself has every amenity you could possibly need or want, and if there was something missing I'm sure it could be sourced by the staff! We had the most amazing breakfast buffet during our stay, and a calm and peaceful few days poolside. We just need to visit again in cooler months to try the bars and restaurants outside! Thank you for such an incredible stay! A true sign on our contentment is we really don't want to leave!!

Glo bar offered an excellent menu for the Oktoberfest. We liked their pretzels, their potato salad was pleasant and the view is second to none.

This hotel is the worst ever. I made inquiry about wedding venue and asked them to give me more information by email or call but no update after that.They kept promising only and kept ignoring my calls and messages.im not recommending this hotel as they have very poor customer service

It was an amazing service on the all fronts of hotel! I bought a SPA treatment for my husband and the emotions which he took I’ve never seen before, we got a lots of experience with Hotels of 5 ⭐️, but now Rosewood on the first of our rating! When we came they gave to both of us welcome drink with ginger and lemon, after I spend best hour in their 25m pool with the sea view and sunset 🌅! Lifeguards was always around the pool, area was super clean and place is so quite which make my time there more relax! My man after SPA procedure was so relaxing and enjoyable like never before. Thank you for that amazing service and professionalism in all parts of your beautiful hotel. Necessarily will come back again!!

Reasonably priced hotel close with great access to all the ADGM mall action. Could do with more staff on reception. Painfully slow checking in and out with staff standing there but telling you they cant help...!

The night we spend at the Rosewood hotel was delightful: the swimming pull is amazing, the waiters and waitresses are very kind and I ate the best breakfast ever. Everything at the hotel is amazing: we took a cheese & wine menu at La Cava and delicious cocktails at the Hidden bar. I advice you Dieny cocktails!

This is my second visit to the hotel and I can’t fault it. I was staying for work but my wife joined me for some leisure time. The staff can’t do enough for you. It’s very clean and well appointed. Good choice of restaurants on site but really handy for the mall which has more options than you could imagine.

This is my second home. I have been checking in on weekly basis for more than 5 years (for work purposes) . Staff are very friendly, professional and efficient. Rooms are super clean and the room service and housekeeping are so helpful and proactive. Frontdesk and bellmen are so sweet and they do their best to make the guests feel comfortable. The location is just perfect and you don’t need to use your car . The mall, various fine dining, salon, pharmacy, coffeeshops are just walking distance from the hotel.

The service at the Hidden Bar was exceptional. The ambience was amazing and the staff was really attentive. It's a perfect spot for a romantic date or just an intimate gathering of friends. Dieny created the most delightful, tantalizing cocktails, not to speak of the best chocolate layered cake desert I've ever had! It's a must try! Mr T, the manager, had such charisma and a professional but warm approach to. All the guests. It was a memorable birthday at The Hidden Bar, Rosewood.

Awesome experience! I love the gym and the layout of the spa. I really enjoyed the sauna, jacuzzi, eucalyptus room and cooling mist. The combination was fantastic. Also, everyone in the hotel was exceptionally courteous. The hotel also provides convenient indoor access to the shopping mall. I highly recommend!

Overall an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff are fantastic, obviously well trained and put the customer at the centre of what they do. The reason for giving 9 and not a 10 are just a couple of small things. Firstly the lack of turn down service in the evening which I would expect from a 5* hotel, and secondly (and this only a small point related to the fact we stayed during Ramadan) is that it would perhaps be an idea to allow Manor Club guests the ability to use Aqua for lunch, as this would then be much more convenient than having to wait for food to be prepared in Aqua and sent to the Lounge.

Very good hotel and service. Especially, the breakfast service was great. My only disappointment at breakfast was that there were no dates! This is a no-no for a hotel in the Middle East! The room was very spacious and comfortable, except that the reading lamp on the ceiling does not do the job, really, and the chair to work at the desk looks posh but is far from ergonomic. I guess few people need to use it, so you may not get many complaints about it.

We are still talking about our stay at Rosewood! It was an incredible experience. The most standout thing was the service. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping was polite, knew what they were doing and ran an incredibly smooth operation. The rooms were the height of luxury and the turn down was lovely - there were special touches like a water bottle and the slight turn up of the duvet. Just lovely - the location, rooms, service. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

A beautiful location, we came for afternoon tea and were seated in a lovely lounge with view of the city skyline. The service was excellent, all staff was very polite and helpful and made us feel comfortable and welcomed, and the afternoon tea was gorgeous! The biggest selection menu we've ever seen and we loved the food, every item was perfectly put together and balanced, we're definitely coming again!

If I could leave this hotel six stars, I would. It was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. The staff and management was endlessly helpful and accommodating. They greeted us by name anytime we walked by them. The breakfast spread was suitable for a king. The executive room we were given was spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable (not to mention an awesome view). The spa was nice, and the massages were good (I preferred gentle/slow and my spouse preferred deep/hard and we both got what we wanted). Abu Dhabi itself doesn’t really have much going on, so the highlight of our stay was truly the hotel experience.

La cava Red and Rare night was fabulous. Much better than what we expected. The staff were so good. Erica and Paolo were so knowledgeable, extremely friendly and approachable. The wines in the package were top class as well. Strongly recommended.

Quite simply the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff at the Rosewood were outstanding, there was nothing that was too much for them and at the same time they were friendly and charming. On top of that the breakfast was incredible, the rooms have everything you could ever need and you never wanted to leave the swimming pool. Thank you for making my work trip so much better!

Lovely staycation for our anniversary and the staff really made an effort to make it special. Sven from front office and Andrei at check out to the housekeeper (sorry forgot name) for decorating the room and the pool boys. Very well trained staff throughout. Great option for city hotel. The only downside was the awful experience of the car park. There is no signage from the parking area to the hotel entrance and also leaving the exit signs are all wrong. Simple fix needed to something that ruined the arrival and leaving experience to what was otherwise a lovely stay. 5 stars deserved on the assumption the car park is fixed!
