The staffs are very welcoming even you step in at the Cleveland Clinic until getting my coffee, Please keep the vibe! 10/10 Also a great spot to sit while waiting for Friend/Family inside the hospital lobby 10/10

Coffee is always awesome. Staff is so friendly they are almost like family.. You only need to show your face or say your name and they immediately know your coffee preference.. Thank you Eli and Mercy for just being awesome as well as all the other member of the team ❤️

I just want to raise this complaint About one staff called Abinab , very rude , when I ordered I asked less ice , he made it with full of ice , I asked him less ice he said why you’re telling me now after I made it giving me his back . I asked who is the Manet here he said I am the manager, very bad to have such employee as manager, he is destroying the image of Starbucks bank we have for long time .
