If there were 0 stars I would give that. Most dishonest, disrespectful people at the club. Music is too loud, I can hear it in the building opposite with the windows shut. Disrupting the sleep of my whole family. And when we ask them to turn it down they do so for a couple of mins and then full blast again. Horrible and super dishonest! I would never set foot in the place.

I checked into this hotel last night. And in the morning, while I was sleeping in the room with my girlfriend, the door suddenly opened and a man came in from the dry cleaning. And when I don't have such a request. This was not pleasant at all. It was a bad experience. Be careful when sleeping indoors with your girlfriend or spouse. Employees can enter even though the door is locked.

One of the worst hotel I had ever stayed in the world. The whole hotel smells like cigarettes. Loud music did not stop until 4 am. The morning noise started from 5am. I tried to talk with the front desk to change room. He just told me the music will stop at 4am and he considered about it. But never told me the morning noise will start at 5am and wake me up again!!

Rooftop club plays really loud music in the middle of the night and disturbs neighbours. I don't know how hotel guests get any sleep.

Actually i wish there was a no-star rating because i don't know how is this claiming to be 4-star hotel. First off, i ask for a NON-smoking room and they gave a smoking room. I called customer service and they say they'll send in room service?!! Finally i got a non-smoking room and IT STILL SMELLS cigarettes a bit. Then the room service attendant gives a key (card) that doesn't work at all. But the shocking thing of them all was there was NO toilet bidet faucet. Please do me and yourself a favor and never ever go there even if it was for free.

The attitude of the security is unacceptable. I had a meeting in the hotel and had been stopped in the middle of the lobby and questioned about the purpose of my visit, moreover he said that I was not allowed to sit in the lobby area!!! He was disturbing me for around 10 min until I went to reception to complain Sleezy place full of strange men looking for adventures and women with social responsibility

The room was bad, crowded area so families please avoid visiting or staying there. Therw was gery loud music till 4am.. I didnt stay there but we came to meet our friend and we were not able to sit for more than 1 hour.

RUDE RECEPTIONIST named Zara/Sara whatever!!!!!! We checked in to Capitol Hotel Dubai January 5, 2024 and stayed overnight. We were very happy overall despite the noise from hotel rooftop ended at 4am but my daughter enjoyed the pool and it was only us until 12nn probably because holidays were over. Instead of being happy, my family went home pissed and so confused as to why Zara was rude to us. We only tried to ask if we could check out late but she rudely answered us that it is not allowed and that they will charge immmediately if we check out beyond 1pm. I understand that there are policies and we respect that but at least she could have changed the tone of her voice. We've been to other hotel and we only get smiles, thank yous and doing their best to grant our request if possible. When we finally checked out at 1pm she didnt even bother to look at me and just asked for me to give the cards and she tear the container of the card immediately in my face as if she was angry with me. I was shocked and felt so bad on the treatment that she showed me. Normally hotel staff will say thank you at the end but intead treated me like i never existed. The saddest part is that this Zara is also a Filipino which are known to be hospitable and smiling despite the challenges in life. This Zara does not deserve to be in that place, she is just making Capitol Hotel look bad because of her. I hope the management will do something about this and hear us normal people being treated rudely and badly😢

Sooooooo unprofessional. They gave us a rooom under the club directly and they didnt inform us beforee music is soooo loud couldnt sleep the whole night . Highly Un recommend

The hotel has a few clubs where loud music plays until 3 am, it is impossible to sleep. Bed linen is old. Everything in the room is old, the bathroom is also old, practically no hot water, The hotel is actually a maximum of two stars.

I RECOMMEND NO ONE TO BOOK IN THIS HOTEL FOR THE BAD AND LAZY SERVICE. RECEPTION IS ZERO HELPFUL SERVICE. DOES NOT DESERVE 100 DHS TO PAY FOR.

STAY AWAY! Mold in the bathroom. The smell of smoke everywhere! We couldn’t sleep! The music I so loud that u can’t sleep if u sleep on the first floors. Just stay away!

It was a great experiencing watching India Pakistan match. The food was awesome. Ambience was great. Loved the way we watch the sports here...BZ..

housekeeping staff is very nice especially i met a young boy sheryar i guess who was very well spoken and hard working

Lobby has specific small, probably smoke of cigarettes. But staff if friendly, very polite and professional. Thanks to the lady on the reception from Philippians how has given our envelope to taxi driver)))

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. Everything is wrong with it, no point on even trying to list things because everything you could possibly imagine is wrong. Do not stay here.

Lovely hotel in Meena road. Good 4* hotel . Big lobby . I like their ambiance . Lot of choice for bar and restaurant .
