    My first experience with (Al Corniche Body Building) and have not been disappointed! I train here about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, motivational music, Participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. I love that they provide parking, towels for workouts, Drinking water, and most importantly the same group of quality trainers is there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It’s a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure.

    A good hall with times reserved for women only and mixed times as well. A beautiful view of Ajman Beach, and there is a dirt area in the back for parking, but the gym membership is high!
