The one star will be for the nurses, I have been going for antenatal in this clinic which have only one gynae dr preeti ( would have changed if there was another) because since I started seeing her I always get negative vibes from her as if she wants me to quickly leave her sight, out of all (4 or more) of my visits I only had my baby’s heartbeat checked once because a scan was booked, I don’t know if this is the norm in Ajman or just for this doctor. Before I had my first baby, I attended antenatal with aster clinic in gardens with dr Suma Thomas starting from 3months+ and she was soo kind and always checked my baby’s heartbeat for every antenatal ( which is what antenatal checkup is all about I.e mother and baby checkup). To my utmost surprise today, I went for antenatal today and she just asked her routine question (ieAny problem), after addressing that she said that’s all. I felt so sad that I didn’t get to know how my baby was doing and she never mentioned anything regarding the lab tests she ordered previously. When I went out I explained to my husband how badly I felt about the antenatal visits, he asked me to go back and ask for my results and take it it directly to her, I did same and when I saw her I quickly reminded her that she hadn’t checked my baby’s heartbeat or well-being, her reply was that that she can’t do it now as the bay is still small ?, how is 16weeks +6days fetus small to have a heartbeat checked, she went ahead to say she can only start checking it from 7months and that if I want to check the heartbeat now I should pay an extra 250aed outside my insurance cover ?. I told her I felt so bad and couldn’t continue if that’s how she’ll be treating me and she said (replied)BETTER! Sorry for my long rant, but I had to get to get it out to feel better. I can’t say if it’s discrimination (cos of my skin colour) or that she doesn’t care. I studied Nursing and I know what antenatal checkups should be , so I’m appalled by this kind of treated from a dr who took an oath to care. I’m leaving this note here, so that any pregnant woman who reads it will at least know what to expect from a normal antenatal and also don’t put the life of your unborn child and faith in the hands of a dr who doesn’t care about your well-being. Thank you Aster. I guess my rant ends here. Time to find a new clinic with a dr that knows and understand their profession. Ciao

Please NEVER visit gynaecologist Dr. Preeti. She is extremely rude. I will never ever visit this clinic and wont recommend anyone. She does not care about her patients nor does she have any manners to talk. When we tell her she is rude, she shows double the attitude. If she continues with this attitude she is going no where.

My wife always prefers to go to Aster Clinic and the closest one to us is the one opposite the Ramada Hotel in Ajman. The staff is really friendly and efficient, specially Sister Binu who has always been very nice and caring on every visit. The Doctors are good. Overall experince has always been satisfactory.

I have been to this clinic a couple of times and I would say this is one of the worst clinics in Ajman. A total mismanagement and never expected this from an group like aster. This clinic is not at all customer friendly and you will get tired by standing in queue multiple times. Having said above, the doctors are really good. But aster really need to look at the processes involved in dealing with the patients, from reception to billing.

Its a good clinic but it's very difficult to get appointment and waiting time for walk in customer is very high. Even if you come early you will have to wait significantly.Number GM doctors must be increased in the clinic. Atleast one more doctor appointed it will be better. I went to aster ajman for consulting Dr. Preeti. She is very rude and strict in her talking ways and doesn't give much time for conversation with her. It feels uncomfortable while discussing with her . Also felt too much negative vibes in her talks. She is not interested to give much time to her patient to hear her problems and always in hurry to say bye bye to patient. Maybe be she is experienced no doubt but a patient always first searches for comfort which she never gave. Dr is good. Issues are with the staff and a lot in terms of training is required. The front end reception itself is pathetic. Their faces lack confidence and are not welcoming ; the speech is muffled with a low voice. Amongst them selves they will speak with a clear voice but always in their native language. Once you finish with the clerical mess, you proceed to the pharmacy next door , after standing in a queue one staff will take your prescription and not tell you anything. You have to stand aside with a bunch of other customers and watch your prescriptions being passed from one staff to the other. After waiting for 20-30 mins , they may call out your name. Communication is greatly lacking ! I think the staff need to be told that they are in UAE and people who don’t know their native language also may visit them.

File opening staff at reception lazy and dont want to answer the questions, Doctors faces are without smile like we came here for asking some money from them, the fact is that, location is good but staff is less, male and female sitting area no one can distinguish, need to improve services , pls hire a supervisor, at the end dear doctors smile on your faces is very important in this profession.

It is the worst clinic, I ever visit. I had very bad experiences .It is always crowded and I have to spend around 2_3 hours to see doctors and sometimes general doctor only one doctor and one time , I was negclited alone with my child to register our self after standing 30 minutes on the queue from 1830 to 1900 . I was told by reception that they close the registration .However they close the clinic at around 2100_2200 and still a lot of sick people on the other queue and behind me.that s make me very disappointed and I went to Thumbay hospital and I make self payment to see doctor which was very costly for me.the only thing that I remember good with that clinic , the pediatric doctor he is always patient and doing his job in good manner. Dr. (faiza) is a great doctor! she is very understanding and listens to your concerns. she takes time to listen to the patient and advise on their health issues! I highly recommend him as we have been going to him for all of our families medical needs.

I have been regularly visiting the Aster clinic Ajman. The doctors and staff are very cooperative, specially Dr. Waqas Anwar is highly compassionate, caring , professional and emphatic. He gives his best time to listen to the patient and communicate very effectively. He provides best counselling which really gives relief to the patient.

The clinic is recommended, I have seen good changes from my previous visits , staffs are very friendly, polite and takes time out to answer your queries . Waiting time have improved, however it’s understood all healthcare have the same issues when there is a surge of patients coming in. They take the initiative to proactively inform the patients about the number of patients waiting before you and approximate waiting.

I have been seeing Dr. Preeti Ranjalkar (Gynaecologist) at Aster Clinic Ajman, for the last 2 years. It’s a challenge to find and stick to good doctors in the UAE, unlike India, due to factors like changing insurance policies, frequent changes in residential locations, etc. We happened to find Dr. Preeti, after a bad episode with my previous doctor. At the first consultation itself, I could sense a comfort zone with her and now I cannot think of changing my Gynaecologist ever again! I am currently pregnant and approaching my due date, under her care. Alhamdulillah – everything has been smooth sailing for us so far. Thanks to Dr. Preeti, who handled all our complications correctly with her expertise and is guiding us at every step of the way, going forward. Needless to say, she is well experienced in her field of work, senior in position, but still very easy to talk to. She is quite straightforward when it comes to medical advice, someone who will not mince her words or sugarcoat things. Yet she is so assuring and comforting at the same time. That’s the balance you need from your doctor, for a stress-free pregnancy journey, in my view. She discourages wasteful expenditure and never prescribes unnecessary medical tests or medicines. She is very mindful of what is covered in insurance and will always guide you appropriately. The best thing about her is that I have never seen her rush through any appointment. She has always given me enough time to discuss my concerns and addressed even the silliest of them patiently. Over and above, Dr. Preeti has also always checked upon my mother, who was suffering from an illness and undergoing medical treatment in India. She has been kind enough to share her knowledge, extend her help whenever requested and always lift our spirits, for which I am truly grateful. It feels good to have a doctor who connects with you on a personal level and ensures you are doing well, not just physically, but mentally too. Coincidentally, she is also from the same state in India as my husband’s family, and that makes us connect with her even more. I visited ajman numainiya clinic yesterday... The service is good from the reception, nurses and doctor... But the waiting for lab result time is too long.. Yesterday I did the blood tests like cbc and crp, usually in any laboratory the result will be available within 2-3hr. Almost a day crossed and im still waiting for the result. The management has to take a effective action to solve the issue in delayed laboratory reslts..

This my first time consulting to Aster Al Nuaimia Branch with Doctor Afshan Zulfiqar. I came because I am suffering from hypertension 140/120 and this severe headache for the past 4 days and decided to take Renitec to ease the pressure which really helps me a lot and proceeded to this clinic. They just based on my blood pressure were that time became normal and no physical or any test done by the said doctor. where she wrote as diagnoses - head ache and myalgia.... and given me paracetamol. She don't even know the Renitec for hypertension. Very disappointed.. Poor Service.. Just taking consultation fees..

I have visited this clinic around 10 times. The waiting time for pediatrician is very long. And some the front desk executives talk very low, you never here them through their mask. The staff are sleepy and don't communicate properly. Doctors are good and experienced.

What is this? Its ridiculous. We sent mail on Thursday for lab reports till now we didn't receive our labs report. Otherwise you should not have done labs test. Its your responsibility to sent reports to patient. Other hospitals are very far better than yours. Test was done on last monday.What kind of operations you have.

Worst experience.. Visited for my family members mild fever. Waited for an hour time in the clinic but was told over the phone that the queue was clear. The isolation room is dirty and they force the patient to sit in there. Very unprofessional approach.

Has visited Aster Ajman branch last week unfortunately. I had visited with very high fever, the nurse checked my fever and since it was high she made me sit in a room saying because of fever we cant take you in and the doctor will come. I had to wait for 20-30 minutes for the doctor. Dr. Hari was the doctor available, i told him all the discomforts i had, he just gave me a medication for the fever and asked me to come after three days. He was very silly and careless, very saddening that being a doctor it seemed like he wanted to runaway fast from the patient. Please do not keep these kind of doctors as its risky for the patients because I visited the sharjah branch they did all my checkup and said it was the edge of being worse. Please look to it. Thanks.

Clinic is clean and hygienic, understaffed though. Only one person at reception juggling to do everything. Only one nurse multi tasking. Should appreciate the staff. Doctors are good. Overall not a bad experience. Takes around 30 to 45 mins to complete. Can be little faster if proper staff is there.

Getting reports from this clinic is a nightmare, despite of many calls and email reminders requests, you still need to wait for the reports. They should seriously adopt automated mail reports system. The clinic was well maintained and in line with customer service untill Pandemic.

Worst clinic in uae , they give appointment to you and other people same time ,so for one check up you need to wait more then 3 hours no management all they care is money!! I will never ever visit any thumbay clinic and not recommend anyone.

Please advise your pharmacist to write correctly with his marker on medicines. He wrote 4 ml and it reads 9ml on a paediatric syrup. Who’ll be responsible for consequences ?

Poorly managed and control. No respect of the patients and families coming for visit. Long queues with waiting period more then 1 hour. never recommended

I have been visiting Dr Preeti, Gynecologist-Ajman Aster, for the past 5 years. She is very approachable and explains the diagnosis and course of treatment very clearly. Morever, she is ever willing to clarify all my medical related doubts. The nurse assisting her is also very supportive and is very prompt in giving a telephonic call regarding the result of the lab reports. Overall, I am very very satisfied with Dr Preeti and her team.

Dr Ali has performed procedures with great ease and expertise. Team was a great help and comforting during the procedures. I would highly recommend Dr. Ali Akbar for any dental issues.

I had the best pain free dentistry with Dr Ali Akbar Abbas .He took enough time to make me feel comfortable with anaesthesia and did my tooth extraction with ease. No pain or problem with my extraction and he goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you understand what you should do with your teeth. I am usually apprehensive about needles and he did it with no sweat at all, Thanks for your gentle touch and the staff were also very professional.Truly caring about your dental health.

A very family friendly dentist Dr Ali Akbar, i went in with my 2 year old son. The doctor explained everything very well. I usually don't do reviews but i was really amazed with the service i got and believe this should be a benchmark for every clinic. Thanks again for the wonderful service.

Ridicules service., I was waiting for More than half an hour after I put an appointment. The walk in patient came after me also met the doctor. They called me after half an hour of the appointment time. Don’t waste your time putting appointment in this clinic, they won’t respect the appointment time.

I had a great experience with Aster clinic, Ajman . Especially Dr.Preeti and her assisting nurse Mrs. Sreerekha. Both are very approachable and supportive. Appreciated their efforts. Good thing she understood the problem and advise accordingly not like advise unnecessary things .

Dr.Preeti Girish Ranjalkar and Ms. Sreerekha her assistant work togther as a bad team towards patients and both were non-supportive. Dr. Preeri refused to help or give advise, she is unprofessional, she is mean, unfriendly, gets irritated and angry and gives unjustified reasons for her unwillingless to help ... I don't recomment this Dr. and this clinic for anyone at all

Thanks to Dr. Amira Mohamed Abourageh Tabikha who helped me to fought with COVID-19 and recovered shortly and thanking to all nurses and customer service executives and pharmacy doctors and nurses.

Of all the Aster network clinics this has got to be the worst. To begin with the guy at the reception has no empathy and customer service at all! He directs patients to go and see the doctor against the schedule screen. Quite preferential treatment for a certain set of customers. Worst my child has been treated by a professional !!!! Not even the first time. On previous visits they called us to give feedback and the common promise...wait for it.....we will improve. Aster has been our clinic of choice but this brach is a different breed.

Wonderful experience with this Aster clinic. Gynecology doctor was well experienced, and especially the branch manager Mr.Shanavas was so helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth consultation for my wife, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose this clinic and would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent services, staffs specially front office r excellent services, I went to aster clinic ajman before few days to do the covid test n I required the report very urgent, Miss Satabdi (Front office) helped me to get the report as urgent basis, and it happened 2 or 3 times,I am too much happy with her and other staffs services.
